Got there about 5pm Saturday afternoon. The wait time for a cash game was gonna be over an hour which is totally understandable for a Saturday. So I played the tournament instead. I had called about 3 different times before we came in from out of town to play with several questions and the people on the phone were very friendly. Once there the people and dealers were friendly and professional. Will definitely be going back and highly recommend this place

This room offers nightly tournaments and live charity(cash) games. The action is great most nights. The staff does a great job to provide a safe place to legally play poker in Georgia.The service staff for food/drinks is awesome. The only thing they need to step their game up on is the bathroom in the live charity room. It needs some serious remodeling.

I have to be brutally honest.. the only good thing about this place is the money they have flowing thru it and the charity work!!.. other than that they have no idea how to run a business like a machine. I (the customer) makes a cash flow business be successful or fail.. Apparently no one in management is concerned with customer service of Darcia when they screw up!.. security for customers in/out of the establishment.. I told management back in Nov 2020 that they needed to get security lights in the parking lot. I was told they were working on it. I told them if a person gets robbed from the negligence of them being more concerned with money than safety I would testify for that person if legal action was brought up against them. They have one security person trying to cover the whole business inside & outside. Why dont you just hire a team to make your patrons feel safe and secure!! Unbelievable!! I experienced first hand of a staff trying to automatically charge me $125 for the buyin when its only $100... I normally would do the $125 but three other people had been upset for being charged $125 without being asked if they wanted the staff bonus. Management has to realize in a hurry that LKQ needs the customers and not the other way around. I havent been to the place since December when the server (Darcia) screwed up!.. It was brought to managements attention but no one did anything to rectify theSCREW UP!!.. not even a simple apology!! this place is going to have major problems with customer relations soon if they dont get their act together.. Im sure they will read this and say Oh Well... and keep moving because the money is coming in right now.. but it will change once people start to see the issues that need to be addressed ASAP!!.. I still play cash but at other places because they know how to treat a customer.. whether your buyin is for $100 or $1,000... I would rather go to Biloxi, MS and drive 5 hours away.

So let me explain what happened, a guy makes a bet of $200 on the flop, player to the right of the dealer had her cards covered from her hands, I didn’t see I bet snapped called $200 then a player objected that I bet out of turn, plenty of times people called out of turn and there money was pulled from the pot, but tonight I made the mistake of jumping and the lady that cover her cards called, back to the player that objected out of turn the dealer told me to as well that I bet out of turn so I pulled my money and folded my cards, the dealer ran the river and players at the table were insisting that my money has to stay in the pot, floor comes and I’m trying to point out but the floor lady always gives me an attitude and I asked to see the video to prove my point but apparently she did not let me see it, for whatever reason she cost me $200, the dealer was also dealing cards to a person without money at the table and screwed up multiple times, doesn’t know squat from handling the game, dealer and players not evenIn the game cost me $200, very upsetting I’ll type the rule of thumb on the review, I’m also apologizing for my conduct as a man, I believe in fair gaming, when there should be also a point as to people running out of time at the table should either refill there time and step away and not be dealt after a minute into there expired time after the button, but I noticed that people are over 5-6 minutes at the table allowed to play, once again I do apologize to the floor for arguing my point and I acted out of hand because the rules changed at random in your facility

Only place i know to play real poker in Georgia. Membership is steep but goes to a wonderful charity organization.
