Over the past month I was experiencing the worst pain ever! Not only was I able to make an appointment immediately, but I was also seen and taken care of immediately when I arrived! The staff, NP, and Dr. Jimenez offered the best patient service ever. The lovely NP gave me a solution that resolved the issue I was dealing with on the same day. I cannot recommend Dr. Jimenez’s office more! Huge fan! I have been telling all my friends about his office.

Was referred to him by my Internist Dr. He performed an endoscopy, did biopsies in 4 different areas to discard any surprises, gave me combination of medicines to eliminate Helicobacter Pylori. I believe he was very thorough in his communication pre and post procedure to continue improving my gastrointestinal health, including possible consequences of not following his guidance long term.

My mother flew to GA due to the local gastro refused to see her after months of suffering from diarrhea with no relief. Her appt was May 24th with Dr Jimenez, she explained all her gastro issues and medication taken for it, Dr Jimenez listened to everything, after her discussion he advise a new plan with involve a change in medication. The visit was Monday and 3 days later NO gastrointestinal issues my mother was able to sleep without having severe reflexes during the night, no diarrhea,this Dr is amazing... disregard the reviews regarding his staff you are there to see the DOCTOR not his staff. Check Dr Jimenez out he is very attentive, and cares about his patients.

Best Bilingual E/S gastroenterology doctor in GA. He is the only doctor and had a Bingual PA...both of them are excellent.. They were good listen about my symptoms and medical history and they dont waist time on identified what could be the caused of my GI problem I had an endoscopy and berore he left he provide my results

I never saw the doctor because I was never able to get through on the phone to talk to anyone and possibly make an appointment. I see a lot of other complaints about not being able to get through going back years.

I have Been going to Dr. Jimenez since I was 15. I struggle with Chronic IBS constipation. He has been helping me since I recently got a colonoscopy and he was very helpful along with all the nurses. The night prior the medicine to clean me out was not working like I expected it too, he called me at 10pm to reassure me and keep me patient. I highly recommended him.

Very disappointed... we the patients are being requested to wear face mask to protect them but they are not protecting us.The ladies at the front desk are just acting like if nothing is happening with COVID-19 specifically the lady that calls people mi amor, she is the one who takes everyones information and I just don’t understand why nobody makes her to wear a face mask too.Very, very disappointed...

Dr Jimenez is an awesome doctor, so caring and really takes his time with his patients. Would recommend to anyone!!

Doctor is decent, but front office is horrible. He just doesn’t know or doesn’t care. They NEVER answer phones- always an excuse why, but they just DO NOT answer phones! They rely on answering machine messages. Good luck!

Worst!!!!!! they sent me a text message saying I have to be there at 7:30 am, I was there at 7:00 am! Im still waiting (current time 9:12) loosing time of work. No one is picking the phone! THE WORST!!!!!!!!

Dr. Jiminez has the best bedside manner of any doctor Ive ever been to. He immediately made me feel comfortable and heard, which was so appreciated!

First of all, I am not a patient of Dr. Jimenez although if I could be, I would be. He does not see children and I was calling around for local GI doctors since my daughter needs to have a consult for Celiac disease. I called the large pediatric GI group in the area and was unimpressed with 1. how long it took to even get to speak with a real person and 2. how much I felt like an inconvenience and when I wanted to ask a question before making an appointment, they told me that nobody could answer any of my questions because it was a liability and Id have to come for a consult first. Needless to say I started calling around and finally called Dr. Jimenez office to see if he sees children (my daughter is 5)... he does not, but his staff (Lucy) was so kind and courteous to answer my questions to the best of her ability and for what she didnt know, she asked the doctor and sent me an email the next day. I just have to say that in a day and age where people feel like just a number, Dr. Jimenez office took the time to listen and hear my concerns and point me in the appropriate direction. One small act was enough for me to come on here and write this review.

He is a great Doctor. I first brought my husband to him and we loved the fact that he could speak spanish and was so caring and you could tell he knows his stuff. I spoke to my children and once they went to him they really enjoy having him as there doctor. I have both of my children with Crohns Disease and he does an amazing job at taking are of them. Just trying to get through to get an appointment seems to be impossible. We’ve tried for two days and today practically for hours and no one answers just a answering service. We were referred by a doctor from the same building but no success in getting through. So unfortunate and Not good because my son is really sick and in need of an appointment

We took the turn by phone and when we presented ourselves at the office, nothing ... was not listed, I felt that they did not respect my time.Appointment made by phone, but when we arrived there was nothing, no appointment ... no respect for my time ...

Terrible service, they gave me an appointment at 10 am and it was 11:15 and they did not remember that I was there, I made an appointment with Dr. Arnaldo Jimenez and I have had two appointments and the Dr. still does not attend me. Only one lady named Susana Garcia and I cant find any information about her !!

I do not know the doctor because I never made an appointment, (due to the bad treatment of the registration staff), but the registration staff is pity, the one who treated me treated me as my love thing completely out of place. I wanted to give him my card number before giving me the appointment. This was strange for me because that process is done with the person already in place. And to put the lid on the knob, the one that attended to me hung up and left the word in my mouth, they are very badly educated.
