I went in for my initial visit thinking I was going to see a doctor, but a PA walked in. No disrespect to PAs out there; however, I was never told I would be seeing a PA and not a doctor. I am ok seeing a PA for a routine visit and after I have been diagnosed by a doctor.Extremely unprofessional not to let a patient know in advance that he/she would be seeing a PA; I was never given a choice!
