Was turned away from getting my son a immunization shot for school! Because they didn’t take his Cigna insurance! Asked how much it was so I could just pay for it and still no was directed to the health center like I’m a poor salve or something! Very diss appointed in dr nimi and staff! I have been coming here since my 7 year old son was born and to be handled this was is a no good! Will be finding a. New doctor office for my kids

Where should I start? I have been taking my kids to Buford Pediatrics since 2016. The staff was predominantly rude and unfriendly. They rarely properly greeted us or said goodbye to us. At check in, they were quick to take our money, but they were never interested in building a rapport with us. Dr. Nimi was, at times, very condescending. This mostly occurred if I did not agree with her diagnosis, or if I told her that she dismissed important medical concerns that we expressed to her.There have been a few red flags over the years. These mainly involved Dr. Nimi doing the bare minimum when we brought our children into the office with important medical concerns. Each of these appointments, of course, lead to another appointment a few days later (and more money in her pocket).Today was our last visit to Buford Pediatrics. We have found a new pediatrician with a professional, established practice. I wish I would have found a new pediatrician sooner.

Dr. Nimi is incredibly nice. Not only with me but our son as well. She LOVES kids and it shows. So does her staff! They always make me and my son fill comfortable from the moment we walk in until the moment we leave. We have gone in for illness and physical exams. She explained things very thoroughly and did not hesitate to give additional medical help just in case it would be needed. Also, they have been amazing with working us in the best they are able when we needed it.

Come here if you enjoyed long waits in the waiting room.

Dr Nimi is the ONLY doctor Ive ever met that made my 5 year old not afraid of the doctor. He is so excited to go see her, and doesnt even think about why hes going. She has a way about her that the kids just understand and love. If you want a doctor who will take time with your children and actually care for them, pick this office! I will never take either of my boys anywhere else :)

We love her! She is an awesome pediatrician! My husband and I are so impressed with her. I’m so happy we found Buford Pediatrics we moved here from New Mexico and was having such a hard time finding a pediatrician. We will recommend her to all our friends. The office is very clean the staff is so nice and friendly again we are very pleased.

Dr. Nimi was awesome! She has a great temperament and is very helpful and informative! The entire staff there is always so sweet and helpful.

We never had any issues with Dr. Nimi or her staff. They always take us in when my daughters get sick. They go out of their way to see every patients. Dr. Nimi is great talking to children is like she speak their languages.

Love Dr. Nimi! She is my pediatrician soul mate! Love her old school approach and way of practice. Extremely personal, not to eager to over medicate your children. So friendly and knows how to make your child comfortable. I would recommend her to anyone of my friends and family!!

Dr. Nimi, Barbara and Ronda are great! Their always able to get my son in the same day if something urgent arises. I have never had to wait more than 30 minutes to be seen. They respect your decisions about vaccinations and do not push you to vaccinate if you are not comfortable with it. She does not try to pump your child full of medications if it can be done naturally.The office could be updated but I am not going there for the furnishings but for good medical care for my son. I would recommend this office.

Dr. Nimi is one of a kind. She explains everything clearly so the lay Mom or Dad can understand. She doesnt just dole out medications but takes a more cautious approach. I love that she talks to our kids too, gets right down on the floor with them when she comes in if their playing with toys. Thankful we found her!

My review does not reflect the dr but the staff. Last fall I had an issue with whomever answered the phone to try to get an appointment. I was getting a foster placement that day, and because of the condition the children were coming from, I was told to get them to a dr within 24 hours. The person on the phone argued with me that it wasn’t necessary (NOT knowing what I knew and the conditions the children were coming from) and when I tried to explain to her that it was an emergency by request of the state, she hung up on me. I thought the dr was thorough and kind with the prior experiences we had, but if I can’t get in the door without someone hanging up on me, it’s not worth it.

Dr Nimi is the best pediatrician around. She has always been available to us & returns voicemails quickly. Shes an astute listener & observer.

Finally a Dr. Who understands my child. Also a dr who cares about the child and builds a rapport with them. Amazing....

RUDE RUDE RUDE. She kept questioning all my decisions with my son and made me feel like a horrible parent. Ended the visit with literally her walking out the room and not even saying bye or anything.

We love Dr. Nimi and her staff. Weve been with her office for at least 2&1/2 years and they are always amazing. They have fit us in everytime my daughter has had an issue. Dr. Nimi answers all of our questions completely and straightforwardly. My 4yr old talks to her doctor like a friend shes missed, which means shes comfortable with her.

Let me start by saying this place is friendly, clean, professional! When you first walk in Rebecca the receptionist greats you with the all most professional / friendly manner , .. you never wait a long time & your comfortable while waiting .. they have a CLEAN restroom & breastfeeding room in waiting room which helps a lot! When you go back , Barbara will respectfully & caring Check your child and listen to everything thoroughly on what’s going on, She truly cares & makes the children comfortable while checking your child! The room are spacious, comforting & CLEAN. They offer books and activities for the children which keep mine occupied while Dr.Nimi sees my children . Dr.NImi is the most loving, caring, professional, doctor I have ever met. I’ve had a few and she beats them by far. She doesn’t try to rush and get you out. She talks, and checks your child until she finds out what’s going on. She listens , ans cares, she explains everything & answers your questions . She developes a relationship with your child and self so the children aren’t scared or nervous . My children & myself absolutely love her & her staff ! It’s a small office & the same doctor so you never have to worry if your going to see the same person again. And have to repeat history. With that dr.nimi can understand and tell when your child doesn’t seem fine! Her trust & commitment is somethings doctors or staff don’t have and I can say they knock or put if the ball park with it !

Wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. The doctor is super rude. She constantly would question the way I raise MY CHILD. That’s my job as a parent not hers.When finished with an appointment she literally just walks out with out even saying a simple “Thank you.“My baby had a tongue tie and she never knew it. Why? Because she always rushed and never took her time to check her. If it wasn’t for a GI doctor who checked her, my baby would of had grown with speech problems. And lets not forget how unprofessional her office looks.If i could give it a 0 star i would.

Dr Nimi is the absolute best! I picked a doctor for my daughter at random and could not be more happy with my choice. We are planning on moving an hour away, and part of me wants to not change doctors cause I know we will never find someone as amazing as Dr. Nimi!

Dr. Nimi is the best pediatrician ever. I dont live in Georgia any more and I miss her so much.

I would not recommend Dr. Nimi to any parent who wants their child treated when they have a real illness.My husband called this morning to set a appointment with her and explained we believe our son has E.coli, it has been two weeks since we were in the water at Lake Lanier and all five of us since have had symptoms, my son happens to have it much worse. It also just so happens that Lake Lanier was closed from swimming last few days because of there high levels of E.coli.Typically, my son does not get sick, but when he does, its bad. He has only seen her a couple times and I havent been impressed and wanted to give it a try.Anyway, I then called back after I was told that he should then go to the ER by a Urgent Care because of the severity of the illness. When I called back, six times to be exact, there was never an answer and went to a regular voicemail. My mother-in-law called on her cell phone and then reached her. Odd. When I was handed the phone, Dr. Nimi informed me that schools in the area have booked her up with physicals and theres no way she could see my son.That is absolutely unacceptable. She would not even put my son in to be seen because of physicals, when my son is likely to have E.coli. I will never return back here.

The staff wasnt very friendly and the Dr /nurse who saw us didnt listen to anything I said.

She is the BEST
