If I could give Dr. Ashley and her crew 10 stars I would. They are always kind and gentle and take the best care of you. I have been going here for over 10 years now and I never want to go anywhere else. Even after moving to Loganville, the drive is totally worth it. I always have an awesome experience at Dr. Ashley’s! I’ve been going for at least 15 years! They do their best to minimize anxiety by providing blankets and neck pillows which are cleaned after each use (totally Covid compliant!), which is nothing compared to their warmth and genuineness, yet professionalism, and perfectionist attitude toward every detail of dentistry. Everyone who works there is very happy and the best at what they do and they love working with Dr. Ashley. It really shows! They make you feel like part of the family. There is lots of love there! I had the pleasure of getting to know Dr. Curington through a few cavities I had developed and needless to say my experience was fantastic. Everything started out lovely with very friendly people and a warm atmosphere. But pretty quickly the technician and dentist started bashing my previous dentist and told me that I should transfer all of my business to them. This made me a little uneasy.At my cleaning and X-ray appt which was crazy expensive I was told that I had ELEVEN cavities and I would have to come back three different times for fillings. I was stunned! I ended up getting a second opinion and I had ONE cavity. Don’t trust this office at all.Also, I had tried to cancel my appt that day because I woke up with a bad cough and fever and was told that I had to prove it by sending a video of myself taking my temperature and sending it directly to the dentist. Unbelievable!! And even if you send a video you still might be charged the full amount of the visit because it’s completely up to the drs discretion. So I went, fever and all and I was miserable and coughed a ton, because I wasn’t going to risk having to pay almost $400. And in covid times I think this was really irresponsible.They also have a 48 hr business day cancellation policy. They aren’t open on Fridays, and this was a holiday weekend so they were closed Thursday, Friday and Monday. So when I got sick late in the weekend what in the world was I supposed to do? I sent the embarrassing video and ended up going anyway because I couldn’t risk losing that kind of money. At the end of the appt I immediately asked for a copy of all of my records and went to another dentist. I felt very taken advantage of and upset that such a highly rated place turned out to be such a bad experience.

I drive 30 miles to come see her and her team. And I’d drive further if I had too.

We’ve been seeing Dr. Ashley since we moved to Georgia a year and a half ago. Her practice is very well established and runs like a well-oiled machine. She takes great care of patients and makes everyone feel like they’re part of the family. We are so pleased with all of the work we’ve had done as well as our general cleanings. Dr.Ashley and her staff are the most friendly wonderful people EVER! Ive never been a fan of the dentist but this office changes that outlook on dentists! My 3 kids LOVE it. The decor is always gorgeous. And everyone from the front desk to the billing you just feel so welcome. I highly recommend this place.

HORRIBLE. I missed an appointment which I responded back to the reminder text that I needed to cancel. I had to cancel due to my funds needing to be put towards something else rather paying for dentist right now. With times that we are in right now, I had to decide between dental or something more important that needed to be paid now. My account was charged $366.00 FOR A MISSED APPOINTMENT!!! I have NEVER heard of something like this. I gave my debit card number to hold the appointment and was NEVER told the amount. I would have never imagined it would have been this much or I wouldnt have agreed to give debit card number. I wish I could leave the stars rating empty. I now have to dispute the charge with my bank in hopes to get my money back. What a horrible way to conduct business.

From the time I called to make my first appointment and spoke to Natalie until my Hygienist Holly took me on a post-appointment tour of their beautiful and beautifully decorated facility and even escorted me out of the building, my experience was nothing short of excellent!! Dr. Curington was extremely personable and knowledgeable, and I left there feeling like I had gotten a very thorough cleaning and exam. I have never met an office more devoted to their patients. Dr. Ashley and her staff have stayed late and worked weekends many times - basically whatever they can do to make sure youre taken care of.
