My first visit as a new patient at Lanier Family Dentistry was a wonderful experience. The staff is the best! Everyone was friendly and went out of their way to make you feel welcome. Their professionalism and willingness to explain and educate you about your dental needs and options made you feel as though you were in good hands. Our family dentist for over 20 years retired and I was concerned about replacing him. I am confident that we made the right decision with Lanier Family Dentistry. For those who care about decor, they have a beautiful building and office.

These guys are such a great group to have for your Dentistry!! Their new office is like something out of HGTV, and Dr. Newbury-Wilson is so fun and professional! The up front staff are so friendly and helpful and every cleaning I’ve had is always top notch and they get me in and out with no hassles.

Dr. Brown Brown and her staff are wonderful! I don’t like going to the dentist, but Dr. Brown made me feel very comfortable. She did not rush during the exam. Any concerns that I had she discussed with me and I didn’t feel she was rushing me out the door because she had to get to the next patient. Love the atmosphere in the office and the office is brand new! Ten (10) stars in my book!

This has been my primary dentist office for the last ten years. I’m always very surprised by the level of customer service they provide. They catch me off guard because they always remember me and ask questions that prove they were listening to the last conversation we had, which is very impressive because I only go there once or twice a year! The office is always super clean. Everyone is warm and friendly. They have TV’s on the ceiling! That’s definitely a plus. The entire staff is very well trained, receptionist, dental assistants and the doctors all exceed my expectations of service and care. Most recently I got my teeth cleaned by Jessica. She did an amazing job. Great conversation, great attention to detail and we even had some laughs along the way. Definitely not the typical experience of what one would think a trip to the dentist would be like—it’s much, much better. Thanks Jessica and Dr. Brown!

Where do I begin?! My first impression was how beautiful this office is. It is a new facility; so everything was bright, shiny, and new. I had issues with my previous dentist sending over my records, but the staff at Lanier Family & Cosmetic Dentistry took care of everything for me! My hygienist, Jessica, was so awesome! Today, I had my first appointment with Lanier Family & Cosmetic Dentistry for an initial consultation and cleaning. I was very impressed by the cleanliness, professionalism of the staff and overall modern feel to the facility (they recently moved from the older office building next door). Honestly I was one of those individuals that hated the dentist because of previous experiences. I arrived to their location extremely nervous and concern but Nadia took care of me through the whole process. She is a very sweet, caring person, and you can tell she takes a lot of pride on her work. She did an extremely great job and I am very happy with the results. I was in search of good dentist after my previous dentist Destroyed my teeth and friend of mine recommended Dr. Alla Brown. I schedule the appointment with no hassle and they did the exam and gave me multiple options to get me fix back to normal. My wife and I have been patients here since we moved to Flowery Branch in 2008. We have never had cause to be anything but pleased. Dr. Brown is first rate in all respects, and her personality is as beautiful as she is. The staff have all gotten to know us and treat us like VIPs. The TV in my exam area is always tuned to the station I like to watch when I sit down. We could not recommend this practice more enthusiastically.

Seriously, I dont think my teeth have ever been this clean! Had an initial visit today with Dr Newberry and Im very impressed with this practice so far. Its so easy to deal with, to schedule an apt, fill out forms online, reschedule as needed and easy to find. Nice office decor and clean! Theyre moving to a brand new building, so Im excited to see that new space. I had been going to another dentist for like 20 years and I really liked him but needed something closer to home. They had this airbrush thing they used to clean my teeth, and then polished as usual, but they did such a great job. Thorough exam as well. Incredibly nice team.

I recently moved to Dr. Brown’s office after office drama at another dentist office. What a breath of fresh air! The office was inviting and her staff was professional and courteous. I had a new patient appointment which was with Dr. Brown. I did not have an appointment for my cleaning that day. However, Dr. Brown took the time to do the cleaning herself. She did a wonderful job and was very thorough! During my cleaning we were discussing her passion for dentistry and her all of her upcoming continuing ed courses. Let me start by stating that I am a dentists worst nightmare. I dont want to be there. I dont want to be in the waiting room, I dont even want to sit in the dental chair. I would be just as happy if the dentist came down to my car. That is how bad I fear dentists. I have been known on more than two occasions to actually get off chair and walk out. Even though I warn them, I still leave. Then I met Dr. Amanda, Christy and Candace! They not only held me hand, but made me not feel embarrassed to do so. From someone who has not seen a dentist (other than a tooth removal 10 years ago) in over 50 years, I now have the confidence to call, go in the office and stay. I cannot say enough how professional, supportive, caring and friendly the entire staff at Lanier Family Dentistry is. Thank you just does not seem enough to say. If anyone is like me and has such a fear, be open and honest and I promise you will not regret calling. Absolutely the best dentist office around! Dr. Brown is such a kind and caring woman. It is so apparent that she takes a genuine interest in getting to know all of her patients. The staff here is also incredible! The office works hard to get you in for an appointment and is always on time. I have never had to wait to be called back for a cleaning. I have always had my teeth cleaned by Beth and she does a wonderful job. You will leave here feeling like every person in the office cares about you and wants to get to know you. After meeting Dr. Alla over 3 years ago my wife and I quickly made the decision that she would become our family dentist. Truly the best. I had been to several doctors and dentists about my jaw. Each referring me somewhere or telling me to go to the pain clinic. I researched and by luck found Dr. Brown. Dr. Alla Brown, is everything you would want in a dentist. She is very nice, knowledgeable, and it seems she is always continuing her training. My husband and I have been patients here a long time. The office is run very well. The people that work here really like their jobs. Ive only been to two of the hygenists but they both were very good. I swear one of them never gets a spec of water on me (dont know how that is possible, but its true). Ive had a cavity filled and a cap done here, both were quick and easy. The only thing that would make me leave this office is if I moved too far away.

My husband was told he needed a procedure that it was medically necessary. Was told our portion and paid at time of service. Come to find insurance denied procedure as being medically necessary and would not cover what they told him insurance would pay. After paying over $200 for this, they are billing us an additional $300. Will not being going back, I find it so upsetting when doctors make it about money. It’s not about patient care it’s about profit.

All I can say is Wow! I had my first visit today and had been seeing a different dentist the last 10 years or so. Dr. Newberry not only has super friendly and helpful staff, but I had a massaging chair while I got me teeth cleaned. I also told them I need a mouth guard. I thought I would have to sit through those nasty gummy impressions things they have to mail off but No, they took digital imaging of my teeth in like 10 minutes. I think I have found my new dentist that take care of me well into the new age of Dentistry!!

Dr Brown cares about her patients. I called after hours about a concern with my daughter and she called me within a half hour, taking the time to speak with me without annoyance about taking a call after hours. Bonnie rushed us right in after another mishap with knocking a front tooth out and did her best to calm me while Dr Brown examined my daughter’s injury. The care and compassion I have been given over the past ten years keeps us coming back.

Our family loves Dr Brown and all of the girls in the office.We have been seeing Dr Brown for over 6 years. She and the rest of the staff always go over and beyond the call of duty for all of us. (We are a family of 6 and have other extended family members that see Dr Brown as well).My daughter had her wisdom teeth removed and the oral surgeon was out of town for the following few weeks after the procedure. When she began having pain and other issues, we called Dr Brown for help. Dr Brown had my daughter in her office every morning before school for a week to check and recheck the surgical areas and to treat her pain. My daughter recovered much quicker than she would have if she had had to wait on the oral surgeon to return..My Mother in law was also a patient of Dr Browns and went through a total mouth implant surgery with her help. My Mother in law was thrilled with the treatment and the results. Anytime she had any sort of an issue or question, Dr Brown would work tirelessly to find a solution.Dr Brown and her staff have become not only our Dental Practice but also our dear friends over the years and we would highly recommend this practice to anyone regardless of their dental issues.

This is the best place I have ever been to the dentist & I am 52 years old. From the front desk, the hygienist & Dr. Brown are tops on my list. I feel like I am family when I walk in the door. There web based scheduling is very helpful. My hygienist, Beth is so professional & extremely gentle. How do I start by describing Dr. Brown... Hmmmm - friendly, extremely nice & very professional. There is no other choice for my family. Lanier Smiles #1 in our book!

Me and my family are what you may call picky when it comes to any health care provider. We are so very happy to have found Dr. Brown and her staff more than two years ago. The office staff are supper friendly and always greet me by name. Dr. Brown is just as friendly and considerate and takes the time to explain all treatments and treatment recommendations and answers even the most trivial of questions. I almost hate to leave such a review since it means they may get more business and it feels like I am giving away a great secret for great teeth but they truly deserve the support.

Dr. Brown is the best around. I have been seeing her for over 10 years now and followed her when she opened this practice. I always highly recommend her to all of our friends looking for a friendly, professional dental staff. The office is beautiful too.

Best Dentist Office Ever! I am incredibly thankful for Dr. Brown and her caring staff. All medical visits cause my daughter a lot of anxiety. Dr. Brown and her staff have a wonderful bedside manner that always puts my daughter at ease. Before we found Lanier Smiles, getting her to the dentist was a chore. I dont think you can get a better recommendation than an anxious kid leaving the office happy.

We love Lanier Family and Cosmetic Dentistry. Dr. Brown has been our dentist for over 4 years now. Our children love going to the dentist. The staff is excellent and the office is super nice, spotless, and feels more like a spa than a traditional dentist office. Highly recommend.

Our family LOVES Dr. Brown and her entire staff. The care, concern, and personal touch given by Dr. Brown and her staff has been above and beyond. We have lived in many states, and many cities within those states - and we have never experienced the level of care and treatment with any other dental office, as we have experienced at Dr. Browns office. We have been patients since 2008, and we cant imagine going anywhere else!

Dr. Brown and her staff are wonderful. They are very professional and competent at their jobs but also kind and caring. When Im going for an appointment, I feel like Im going to visit friends. I was very fortunate Dr. Brown decided to start her practice in my area six or so years ago just when I needed a dentist.

Dr. Alla Brown and the staff at Lanier Smiles provided me with the best dental experience ever! I work in the medical industry and visit doctors offices everyday! You wont find a group as warm and welcoming as this one. Dr. Brown did Six Month Smile braces for me and my teeth look amazing! During those months, I actually looked forward to going to the dentist ... it was more like going to visit a friends house! Unfortunately I must change my review. The office has great people, but its crazy how a few bad experiences and the way you are treated by one individual can make you want to change doctors. In this case, the office manager. Shes awful. She spent a week harassing me and my husband through text and phone calls. I have the texts to prove it but Dr. Brown will not call me back. Ive had to block the phone number over this issue. I would recommend going to an office where they dont harass through text and phone calls and when there is a concern, they will hear it. This office will not. 12 years we were there. Not anymore.

Great experience- I was taken before my appointment time. During a cleaning my bottom retainer came out, the team quickly rebonded the retainer and I was on my way within an hour. Everyone is friendly and kind.
