My appointment was around 1 pm but they called me to come early by 11.30 when I went in there were just one customer so they told me to wait by the time the prepped me to put chemical for permanent hair straightening on my hair another customer came so they made him the priority so finally when my turn came it was around 12.45 by 2.30 it was on its final stages and I was told it will take around 45 minutes to complete the process but when another customer came after 10 minutes the staff told him to wait for 10 minutes to finish the job on my hair and i was told it was done with in 10 minutes .everything was ok till I washed my hair after 3 days there were curls not on the beginning or the end of my hair but in the middle . It was as if they forgot to straighten that entire region of the middle . When I contacted the salon I was told to be in the salon on the very day so I went but how they behaved was beyond my imagination first the hairstylist told me curls were there because I wanted my hair to look natural then she told my hair too curly to be straightened then she washed my hair and blow dried it so because of the heat the curls were better and more straight but when I told her it’s because of the heat from hair dryer she was telling me to blow dry my hair and straighten it every time I want it be straight. Instead of oweing me an apology for making my hair look like a wreck they where telling me to do the job of straighten my hair myself every time i want it straight .it’s a nightmare

Literally call them and asked how much a silk press was and she said she needed me to come in and hung up in my face! Very rude and not professional!

Timeless Salon & Spa is the best place to be. The salon is always clean, beautifully decorated and neatly arranged. All of the staff make you feel incredibly welcome and are a great pleasure to deal with. You always leave feeling awesome and you cannot afford to go anywhere else. I strongly recommend this place. Excellent!!

Karla has been cutting my hair for about a year, Id highly recommend her

Linda did a horrible job on my hair some strings of hair were longer then the others. If I had the option to give no stars I would. As well as when I came in to ask if I could get it fixed she got offended and said she had been cutting hair for 29 years and would not give me a refund when I didn’t even ask for one...and when we talked things out to come back and get it fixed she told my sister to move out of her way!!! Wow Linda I understand your having a bad day but don’t take it out on your customers.

This is the only place I go for a haircut. They always do a great job. Carla and Linda are the best, but regardless of who cuts my hair, I have always had a good experience here. There are much closer hair salons for me, but I drive past them to go to Timeless. Its worth the extra time.

Been coming here for 16 years and Ms Linda and her staff always do a great job. Have not been in for a couple of months and they have a new stylist Ms. Tina and she did a Great job on my haircut and shampoo. Great prices, Great Staff, Outstanding customer service and care.

I always love it here, the staff is always nice, and the prices are very reasonable. I never knew a good place to go, but this is definitely a keeper. Linda is great and so are the other ladies. Definitely would recommend to everyone.
