Jason did an amazing job on my hair! I went in looking for something unconventional, and I was worried it wouldnt turn out the way I wanted, but he gave me exactly what I wanted based on the reference picture I showed him. He also did an amazing job working with my 3-b curls. The price was also very reasonable for what I got. 5/5 stars for this salon and for Jason.

Emily cut my my long hair into the cutest short cut. She did a great job making sure we were aligned throughout the whole process! Can’t wait to come back!

I went in for a maintenance cut and some curls. Jason is a trip and I will definitely be back. 😊 the curls came out as wild as him!I do think the price of 74 was high for the super small amount of hair I got cut off and the style; it only took around 30 minutes.

A decent haircut, no problems there. But the recent price increase for a basic mens cut to $48 is crazy. Not saying they dont do a good job, but so do many $15-20 salons. $41 was bad enough but another 20%? I dont think so.

Got my daughters hair cut here for the second time, and it was great. The first time was good, but this one was better. We saw Bri for a drastic change: mid length to a pixie cut. We talked about our options and found the best one for my daughter. Very helpful

Bri did an amazing job on my hair today! I havent had a hair cut in a long time and my hair was very long and thick. She cut it the length that I asked for and thinned it. I moved from SoCal and found Riley at Kathy Adams. The first appointment was fantastic. Beautiful color and that is saying something considering I used to go to Chris McMillan’s salon in LA. Unfortunately Riley appears to be a one hit wonder. Subsequent appointments were disappointing. She was 15-20 minutes late for appointments, unprofessional conversations (I don’t need to hear about her problems with her baby daddy) and subpar color while raising her rates. The final straw came when she was 15 mins late for my appointment. It seems as though she fails to understand who the client is. There are far better salons in the area who value their client’s time and consistently provide quality color.

Staff is friendly, and I always enjoy the environment. Obviously I love my stylist, shes an old friend from church. I like catching up with her with the sound of blow dryers and other conversations in the background! I love a busy establishment.

I consider myself very lucky to have happened upon this place. As a man who appreciates a good haircut and knows that they can be hard to come by, I was able to breathe a sigh of relief after Michelle began cutting my hair. I visited Kathy Adams Salon after I was referred to by a friend at work....she has been seeing Amanda for years and her hair always looks amazing. On my first visit I met with Amanda and she spoke thoroughly to me about the process of getting my hair to look like the picture that I brought in. She explained what she was going to do that day and what I would need to do at home and what I could expect from my future appointments with her. I was extremely impressed by all the info and professional opinions that she provided me....as I am particular when it comes to my hair! I usually feel very nervous when I see a new stylist but Amanda made me feel very comfortable and relaxed...and I felt that I was in good hands! And WOW....did she deliver!!!! Kathy Adams Salon is the only salon I have ever gone back to over and over! They are always so nice and welcoming as soon as you walk in the door, and ask you if you would like anything to drink or a snack. Its a top quality salon and the stylist do top quality work and always try to make you have a relaxed, good time. Everyone is always smiling and laughing and its defiantly a place that will lift your spirits. My hair has been nothing short of amazing every time I go!

Stylist decides to cut off all of the bangs on my wife’s hair. They didn’t make her pay but they did NOT even attempt to fix it. We have my sisters wedding that we are attending and no one bothered to offer to compensate her for their mistake. I cannot imagine how this place has such great reviews.

Great experience for my daughters. Their hair looked incredible. My only complaint is when they cut my hair which is curly and bangs that were way too short. Mine normally are cut to tip of my nose to sit dry at my brow. They were cut to my brow and were almost none existent. So if you have curly hair make sure they leave bangs longer!

I came in for highlights. My hair had too much red in it so when the foils came out there was a ring of bright red around my head. The owner came over and explained the options to me. We ended up deciding with a shadow root. When my hair was done it looked almost identical to when I came in for the appointment. I spent $130 to look the same. I understand that my hair isnt going to look exactly the way I want and that sometimes your hair just doesnt want to lift right. My problem is with the owner. She wasnt understanding at all that I was unhappy and I dont think its fair that I pay that much to look the same as when I came in today. I cried three times during my appointment because I made this appointment today so I could feel better about myself and left feeling worse than before. The only reason Im giving two stars is because my stylist was very sweet and it wasnt her fault. I just think that if someone is so unhappy with their hair that they cry then ownership should approach that person more compassionately. She acted almost offended that I didnt like my hair and talked down to me like I was too dumb to understand what a color correction is. I will never come back to this place. I really was hoping I had found a new go to salon but I was wrong.

Kathy gave me an awesome haircut and she gave me great tips on how to blow dry my hair with a round brush. My hair is thick, curly and coarse. She handled my hair better than I ever have. I left feeling like my haircut and style was the best it has ever looked.

In July I wanted to try something new with my hair, balayage and a new cut. My last hair stylist wasn’t able to to help me with that. A friend told me she went to KAS. I got on Instagram and saw some of the pics of Riley’s work and was impressed. The staff was very friendly and welcoming from the start.The salon is clean and I love the personal touches that they offer, like warmed capes and towels. Riley took the time to look at pictures I had brought in of past hairstyles. Listened to what I liked and didn’t like about them. She offered her suggestions for a new look for me, showed me a color chart and explained the process. For the first time I had a stylist that had me face the mirror while styling my hair and actually took the time to teach me how to get the look myself. Riley is friendly, caring and a phenomenal hair stylist. I LOVE what she has done every time I am there. Even my best friend, that lives out of state and is a hairstylist, said Riley “did a GREAT job” when she saw my new look on a recent visit. I will never go anywhere else!

Yaaaaas! This was my first time here and it one-hundred-thousand percent will not be my last! Amanda listened to exactly what I wanted when it came to my color and then made it even better! I am new to Georgia and I have been looking for a new salon and stylist and I have definitely found them! Cost was very reasonable, especially considering my results. They offer quite a few services and retail products and also offer soda, bottled water and wine to drink while your hair is sitting. I was very comfortable the entire time and that does not happen often for me for most places.

I had a horrible experience at Kathy Adams salon. I called ahead and even made an appointment. I’m only 16 and have a part time job so we set a price i could afford. Melissa Alexander told me she could get me to the color I wanted. When she started the process she said “oh I didn’t know your hair was this thick I’m gonna have to charge you more”. When she was applying the bleach it was burning my ears, I told her and she hands me a dry towel. How is a dry towel going to help? The process to do my hair should have taken 4-5 hours. Melissa only spent 2 hours on my hair, she didn’t foil or section my hair when she was applying color or bleach she just slapped it on my head. Anyway I ended up leaving the salon with blonde roots and orange hair. All I wanted was brown. I was crying and she didn’t even offer to give me my money back. The next day my ears were blistered and I had to go to another salon to get my hair fixed. It took my mother talking to the owner to get my money back. I’m still so upset because of how my hair was damaged because of the way she applied the bleach. My hair was so long and beautiful I loved it, but I had to cut it because of the damage.

I called on a random weekday, with a dire hair emergency. I had another hair stylist (a professional from another salon) absolutely destroy my hair. I went from waist length hair, to shoulder length and choppy hair when all I asked for was an balayage color. When I called, she told me to come on in and we would work on cut first, then color at a later date when she could see my hair and the condition it was in. Shay ABSOLUTELY saved my hair, and sanity. This was a month before my wedding. I was traumatized over what had happened, and she took my butchered cut and made it manageable, and beautiful all at the same time with a gorgeous cut & conditioning treatment. I came back the following week for a color correction, and she NAILED it. I can honestly say I had lost faith in hair stylist before coming to Shay. She is a truly talented artist, and I am now a forever customer! I cannot thank you enough!!!

Best experience. my sister and i got our extensions done here b/c we did our homework and they were recommended to us by a few hair extension companies as being the best in Atlanta. i would say they are correct. i love my hair. never thought i could have hair like this. i am very pleased and my sister is too.

This place is very beautiful and classy. My hairstylist, Nikki was great and informative and really listened to what I wanted and what my concerns were. Unfortunately the rest of the appointment wasn’t as pleasant. They charged me $73 for a haircut when originally it was $41. when I asked why it was such a high price, they said it included the shampoo and dry and that Nikki was an elite hair stylist. I was not informed of the upcharge. when I made the appointment, I specifically asked what the price was because i’m a college student and don’t have $98 to spend on basic haircuts. Additionally, the website did not state that the haircut depended on who the hairstylist was or that the shampooing would be an extra charge. if it was a more complex haircut or color, i’d understand but it wasn’t. I really liked the place but unfortunately, this did it for me.

I have been getting my hair done at this salon for as long as I can remember and not once have I ever considered going somewhere else thanks to Brooke Miller. It is so important that you have reason to fully trust and have faith in your hairstylist with your hair; I have had thick, long hair my entire life and I remember being uncomfortable in salon chairs until, of course, I sat in Brooke Millers. My first time at KAS and Thanks to Riley, I finally have the haircut that I asked for. Seemed to me it would be an easy cut, but so many messed it up.
