One 🌟 is too many. This place is nothing more then a tooth extracting money mill! A dentist office should be clean and sterile and this place is FILTHY! More concerned with money up front even with Dental Insurance. The rude office staff called my husbands phone over a half a dozen times over a weekend to remind of payment needed before any care. Also overheard the staff and dentist on multiple occasions talking about multiple patients in a negative rude way all according to how much thet have paid or owe. Care is not a priority at this place money is. Left my husband in pain for over 3 weeks just to make him come back again and charge him more cash. Every negative review is spot on read them all before setting foot in this guys dirty living room!!!

Absolutely disgusting. The dentist had a white crust all over his shirt, didnt wear a mask the entire time, and made the laziest diagnosis ibe ever heard. Told me to take sudafed because if the tooth pain I was having.Im surprised the health board allows this place to operate...

Amazing staff! All the staff I have been in contact with has been very nice very professional. I have had two visits and plan on many more. The doctor explains everything so you can understand what the best treatment would be. The waiting room and exam rooms all were clean. Staff all followed COVID-19 cleaning standards. I would highly recommend this office and dentist.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. The hygienist is rough and I have had to ask him to stop twice nearly every visit. My first visit I had no signs of cavities and then the following month I was back there with tooth pain that was a cavity so deep, it nearly needed to be a tooth canal. Not professional at that office. The receptionist has forgot she made an appt for me twice now. The office is an actual living room with a kitchen.

Excellent service. The dentist is great, the dental hygienist is AWESOME (Donna). I had an abscessed tooth & they were so compassionate. Normally I feel very judged by dentists, they were compassionate, not judgmental. They let me make my own decisions regarding my healthcare & gave excellent recommendations. Will be going again soon for a cleaning. I highly recommend.

The receptionist Wanda is EXTREMELY unprofessional. I called only to hear “I’m not going to answer this because I already know who this is” and the line was disconnected before I could even say hello. I called back and Wanda answered and seem to have had no idea what I was talking about and that she “just came to the front desk”. Needless to say I inquired about an implant and she flat out told me that it won’t be covered under my plan and her assumption is that they already told me this and that I should know this. I responded “no ma’am this is my first time inquiring” and she told me she would refer me to another dentist so that i can hear it from them too. As a first time caller i am completely out off by the way the reception staff took care of prospective patients. I will never go to this dentist.

Tucked in a blue house, with a cozy retro feel, this is a dentist where they remember your name. The staff is excellent and friendly. Dr Pagliacci has a sense of humor and an air of expertise. The office may not have the pizazz of plasma flat screens or minimalist design, but youll be treated well and treated knowledgeably.

My fiance had an accessed tooth that caused swelling in her face and oddly her ankle. Wanda the receptionist was very nice and said to bring her in right away. That is rare in todays world. They treated her great, gave her antibiotics and pain meds and scheduled an extraction. Everyone there was extremely nice and I would recommend this dentist to anyone!

Ive been a patient for 30+ years. Luckily its normally cleanings. Every six months & exrays periodically. Ive had fillings replaced also over the years. Wonderfull staff. I have no insurance now, but the cost is very fair. I recommend people take care of their teeth starting young, youll avoid future monitary costs and possible surgeries. Visit Dr Pagliacci, and of course Wanda!

After my previous dentist stopped accepting my insurance and not telling me until I called with an emergency, they told me about Dr. Pagliacci. He was the first dentist to ask me questions and diagnosed me with bad clenching and gridning,and thats why I was in pain. The following month I was experiencing even worse pain. Both times they got me in the next day, despite the second time,they were dealing with a crisis with one of their rooms flooding. They were still taking care of patients in the other rooms and made due. I found out I had a sinus infection and tooth infection (separate tooth). I freaked out. I have horrible anxiety and horrible PTSD. Wanda was beyond soothing and calming. She really makes you feel at peace. I communicated with them for two weeks while calling around to find nitrous or sedation. Well due to some insurance issues and the particular tooth I needed pulled, other places didnt want to deal with me. So I called Dr Pagliacci back and he talked to me about my anxiety issues. He prescribed valium to get me through. It totally helped with keeping me calm. But with my anxiety being so bad,I cried through most of the tooth extraction,not because of pain,but to release my anxiety and get through it. Wanda held my hand the whole time and kept talking me down and keeping me strong. Dr Pagliacci was so patient with me. I had to have him stop at first because I felt a panic attack coming, he didnt judge, he didnt get mad. He stepped back and gave me time to try again. As someone who has had so many bad experiences anywhere I go due to my anxiety and people not being understanding, I will say, I would not go anywhere else except to Dr Pagliacci. He and his staff rocks. I still cant believe I had a tooth pulled while being awake. Its been a worst fear of mine my whole life. Thank you Wanda and Dr Pagliacci for your patience and getting me through. It actually was no where as bad as I thought it would be and its because of you two. Also thank you for calling me later in the day to check on me. I have never had a dentist do that before. Keep up the good work and caring for people the way you do✌️❤️

Started going for an emergency visit for myself, have been taking my whole family now for three years. Very friendly service and the staff is great. Never had any issues!

Dr. Joseph Pagliacci and the Delaware Dental Center are fantastic. Simply excellent and expert care provided, and for a dental emergency, too. I was miserable from dental pain and they made everything right, the same day- on short notice. If you want a great dentist, with a great staff- then call Dr. Pagliacci and the Delaware Dental Center.

Very poor communication, I felt raped of half my teeth, theres definitely no gentle dentistry here. It took me 2 years to even consider going back to another dentist, and my dental anxiety is waaay worse.

I went there to get a front tooth fixed that needed a crown put over it. Dr.Pagliacci told me it couldnt be done and then proceeded to tell me that I should get ALL my teeth pulled and get dentures at 27 years of age. I was devastated and left his office crying and extremely upset. The staff there was great including Wanda because with her help I was referred to another dentist who is now taking care of the crown among other things that Dr. Pagliacci said couldnt be done and I am not getting all my teeth pulled either although they need work my new dentist has assured me I do not need all my teeth pulled. All I needed was a caring dentist willing to do the work which obviously was not the case with Dr.Pagliacci. Giving one star because of the great staff there without them I wouldnt have found my new dentist. Thanks to the staff and Wanda. I would not recommend this dentist to anyone.

I came in to get an exam . The women were nice and did their best to make me feel comfortable. At my first appointment I was told that I needed some work done fills etc. I came in to get work done . The doctor numbed both sides of my mouth . He did fill one tooth and thrn went on to fill another . When he began to drill I felt a burning sensation so he stopped. He then proveeded to give me another injection of novicaine. This injection was very deep and made the whole side of my face hot and my vision blurry. I bugged out my eyes and made a noise for him to stop and he did not. I then in fear took his hand out of my mouth. He very rudely jumped up and stormed out of the room mumbling you need a doctor to knock you out. He never came back to address the situation. He sent his receptionist to attempt to calm me down . I stayed calm and I left . Im unsure if he was waiting to fill the teeth first before he smooth out my first tooth but that tooth was left uneven .
