Dr. Vossler is fantastic! Very competent and personable. She saved my tooth from an unnecessary destructive crown installation that another lesser dentist said was needed. Highly recommended if youre looking for a trustworthy and honest evaluation and best-for-the-patient outcome.

The staff is always so extremely pleasant. They know you by name when you walk in. I had an issue with some of the work that was done to one of my teeth which was no fault of there’s. But they went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied! I plan on staying with this dentist permanently. They are amazing!!

Best dentist I ever had. Staff is great and appointments are always on time.

Would never recommend doing Invisalign through this office. I wanted a touch up and 6 months of treatment was recommended. Did not have any positive results. They blamed me for it not working. Dentist probably spent 4 minutes with me in total for those 6 months. No refund or resolution. Owl orthodontics are much more thorough

Dr. KOLBER is uniquely gifted in what I would best describe as dental artistry! In minutes he sculpted from scratch an incisor where mine had almost entirely cracked off!. He had me in & out with a better looking replacement tooth than the real McCoy & in half the time it took me to drive to his office, (i.e. quick as one wink)! 😉👍

Dr. Kolber has been my dentist since my boys were young, about 30 years ago! Dr. Kolber has performed miracles with my teeth. He is about to fix one of my molars that has cracked. The cracked piece was hitting on the nerve causing too much pain chewing on that side. I was able to get in for an emergency appointment where he took the cracked piece off and said he would be able to save the tooth. I was concerned as I was to go out of town the next day. Dr. Kolber said after he took the cracked piece out to go enjoy your vacation. He will fix the tooth when I get back. Color me one happy patient.

Notified office a crown had come off. They were immediately concerned that it needed to be addressed so I would be comfortable over the long weekend. Got me in within a few hours of my call and Dr. Vossler got it back in place. Staff made sure the experience was pain free.

Spent a large amount of money on a molding of my teeth for teeth whitening. Was only given one of the two whitening gel sets that I paid for but was told I’d be given the other set whenever I wanted to pick them up since I prepaid. Tried calling to pick up my second set and was told that they no longer use that gel and I cannot get anything even though I paid. No apology or anything. They should’ve just given me both the first time like I asked. Thanks for nothing.

This is probably the nicest and most helpful staff Ive seen any doctors office, dentist or not. So far I only needed to go for cleaning but Lisa does a very thorough job and will give me professional advise on products I could use as well as give me samples :)Betty is such a sunshine in the office. I just love her! She is extremely helpful and so sweet. I always feel that she treats patients as family members; looking out for their best interest.The office is flexible. They worked with me when I had to cancel last minute and was very understanding and pleasant. I almost had to cancel again because I got summoned for jury duty and my God Betty was such a joy to talk to and even recommended to keep me on the schedule which I very much appreciated because I didnt want to have to reschedule again.I would definitely recommend this office.

Dr. Vossler is wonderful but a visit to Buffalo Dental Group will most assuredly include a guilt-laden harangue from an hygienist. Look, I know I should floss more than I do. Give it a rest already and dont tattle to the dentist as if Im not sitting in the dang chair.

I came here for a second opinion, and I should have come here from the start. I had a terrible experience at a practice I used to go to that was bought out. I was terrified because I had great teeth for years, but the new practice that bought the practice I used to go to attempted to lead me astray. Buffalo Dental Group read my xrays and looked at my teeth, Dr. Kolber had WONDERFUL bedside manner. I could tell that he and the dental hygienist took great care in reviewing my xrays and teeth. The results that they gave me made a LOT more sense in regards to my history with grinding my teeth. I now understand why my parents were so thrilled to have started coming to Buffalo Dental Group a couple of years ago. I feel that I have more value in my dental visits, and I also have more confidence in my dental practice and my dental hygiene routine. Thank you very much!

This was my first visit here, and I was a little nervous going in not knowing what to expect. The dentist, dental assistant, and receptionist helped me feel so comfortable that it didnt feel like the first time though. Im happy to say that Ive found my new dentist.

Overpriced dentistry with attitude. Everyone there has an attitude from the front desk to the hygienists. Inferior cleaning, rushed through the process, painful and ruff (Michelle didnt like the stain on my teeth). I was a patient here for a long time, every filling was changed out. Whether this was truly needed or not I have my doubts. last filling, was close to $200.00 and this is excessive! Said they used a laser? no they didnt, it was drilled! This business charges for things unneeded and not provided. After my review, I received a letter stating that they read it and my business was no longer wanted. I have news for you Buffalo Dental, you lost it before receipt of your letter. Not sure what, but Something changed at this business in recent years. My advise is, if you have dental insurance, dont care what fees are charged, dont care about quality care, then this your dentist!

This was a wonderful experience! I usually hate going to the Dentist, but, I can honestly say, not any more. Very kind people, who listened to me, before trying to tell me what I needed. Made all the difference! Even recommended them to another co-worker, who is not happy with their dentist. A co-worker, recommended them to me, so, I passed it along. You will not be disappointed!!

This staff was simply the most friendly and helpful I have ever had the pleasure to work with. My tooth was infected and killing me but I needed to get to Texas in 24 hours to be with my daughter as she gave birth. They checked me out and got me in to an endodontist within an hour. I called Buffalo Dental Group because of all of the positive reviews and I am so happy I did. I had a toothache and was worried it could be something more serious. They got me in within the hour! I had to bring my infant son and 6 year old daughter and they could not have been more accommodating, understanding, and friendly. I have never been in a doctors office where everyone was so nice and so sincere. They even bounced my son and fed him as I was getting checked. Dr. Voessler was so professional and very quick. We got everything figured out and I left feeling relief and thinking what a terrific experience it was- something most of us dont really feel after going to the dentist! I couldnt recommend them enough.

I have been a Buffalo Dental Group client for over 15 years, and wouldn’t think of going anywhere else! Let’s face it, no one enjoys going to the dentist.
