We got a quote for a bridge for my husband after months of saving for this. We went through we saved enough YEAH. They did a great job. Then I get a call saying that the quote that was given was wrong and we need to pay an additional 900 plus dollars. They miss quoted us. When calling after everything was done they were rude and unwilling to settle this account. I was hung up on and I was not being rude in anyway. I am a very patient person I worked in the business also. Am very unhappy would never recomend to anyone. They will not take responsibility for there mess up. I get people make mistakes we are human. Take responsibility for your mistake it was not ours and we have to pay for it.

The lady that worked on my teeth was great, super nice and helped me make my decision about my retainer, but the lady I spoke to at the front desk spoke to me in a very ruid and dismissive tone I felt like she didnt care about me as a person or a customer. She has spoke to me like this many times and I felt very unwanted in her presence.

I visited Buffalo Family Dentistry for the first time in January 2019. I had a wonderful experience. The desk staff was warm and welcoming. The hygienist and dentist were both very knowledgeable and listened to my concerns. I highly recommend Buffalo Family Dentistry
