The services, professionalism and customer care at Family Dental is exceptional. The staff are so eager to help you whenever you call to arrange your appointments. During this national health crisis I found myself needing to change my appointment frequently because my daughter is a first responder, I got such patience and understanding from Jessica each time I called in working with my schedule. My denist, Dr. Margaret Pazzaglia is the best! She is attentive to the needs of her clients and always very professional with a wonderful smile. The genuine care that FDC has for their clients health and well-being is among many of the reasons I stay with them. They listen and deliver outstanding services. Thank you so much FD team for all that you do for your clients.

I’ve been going to F D C since 1996 and have received excellent dental care. Dr. Rosen, Dr. Peggy & staff are amazing. Their work is excellent and I would not go anywhere else.

Not happy with the dentist. She was a bit rude and not helpful. I am nervous about going back. After reading other reviews I may go somewhere else. The office is hard to find as it is not listed in the google address as being in the Seaton building and you have to pay to park.

I have been coming here for years and years and trust their work. They are very patient with their clients and never had problems with anyone there. When I relocated and was looking for dentists I would compare them to the service and quality I would receive from family dental center. When I came back to buffalo I went straight back to them.

I love this place! I have been going here for over 10yrs and refuse to go anywhere else. They have a very nice and caring staff. I recommend everyone I know here

I wish I could give a 0 star review but 1 is the lowest I could go. This place is a complete scam! Every time I go in for an appointment there’s no one there and now I know why. Normally a doctors office would call patients in advance to remind them of upcoming appointments to give them time to cancel if something important happened. I had an appointment on Wednesday and the place didn’t call until Monday at almost 12 o clock (my appointment time was 9 a.m.). Yes I understand patients should be responsible for their appointments but this appointment I made was an entire month ago and things obviously happen within a month. When I called to cancel the woman had the nerve to say “ we sometimes don’t have time to call patients but when we do, we call when we have time” WHAT OFFICE DOESNT HAVE TIME TO CALL THEIR PATIENTS regarding appointments??!! Every single doctors office I been to have called before a deadline to remind of appointments to give their members time to accept or cancel an appointment. So now I have to pay a cancellation fee of $40 because they called after the deadline. Not to mention their hours are ridiculous (8-5 during regular work hours with no flexibility and 8-1 on some days). Good luck trying to call them too. I left two messages and did not get any type of call back. I had to call them back and when I did I was placed on hold for about 20 minutes. DO NOT GO HERE!!! I am taking my business elsewhere.

Nice and attentive hygienists

Zero Stars...Totally disappointed, feeling deceived. They were able to get me into an appointment when others were not, thats the best I can say for them and the office staff seemed professional.I was told I would see Dr Rosen to look at a cracked filling that was previously filled by another dentist. I cant say who I saw because she came in wearing a mask and I never really even saw her face, nor did she tell me who she was. She took a quick look at my tooth and said I hope this isnt keeping you up at night because this will need a crown. Which will take time for insurance approval 2 weeks + basically nothing we can do for you right now but thanks for the exam fee. She wouldnt even consider smoothing down the sharp edge of my tooth for the time being.I left and went back to my old dentist that replaced the original filling and never mentioned anything about my tooth needing a crown. Im glad I didnt have the work done there as I had a bad feeling and was proven right. Also theres no free parking, good luck finding parking on main st or pay for parking in Sisters hospital.

I had a crown done at this clinic about a year and a half ago, and the crown popped off, which according to several dentists I consulted should not happen. I called the clinic and they would not take responsibility for it. I’ve had an overall bad experience and would not trust them with any future work.

The dentist did not introduce herself and seemed like she didnt care to bother with me at all but just wanted the day to be over with. She told me that I needed a handful of fillings just for another dentist at different office to tell me that I only have one and it hasnt even broke through the enamel so I could watch for now. I went there as a kid and had so much work done and it makes me question if I even needed all that work done in the first place. So she replaced one of my fillings saying to her assistant that whoever did it did a bad job doing it...and guess where I got it done? Other than that all of the assistants, hygienists, front desk (except one) were very kind and caring.PS- maybe its just my case but it never hurts to get a second opinion. I learned after it was too late but you still can.

I have been a customer of FDA 4 over 10 yrs and I can honestly say that the only issue I have w/ them is that as soon as I get use 2 an hygienist she’s gone and I have to start all over again molding her 😉. I have read some of the reviews listed and both the hygienist and the doctor is pleasant. Sometimes, 2 happy. Seriously, do you want 2 carry on a conversation abt the weather or whatever none related work issue while your mouth is open during a cleaning. Don’t get me wrong, I enjoy our talks. Well, I can go on and on abt my experience at FDA but I’m sure you understand that I cannot think of anytime that I had a bad experience. And 2 all of u that says they don’t call, I wld have 2 disagree, I get calls at least 3 or 4 days b4 my appt.

I have been a patient with Family Dental for over 35 yrs. Dr Rosen, Dr Pazzaglia are professional along with conscientious of their patients feelings. The Family Dental staff is friendly.

Family Dental Center has been my Family dentist for over 30 years. since my children were little and started going to a dentist. They now bring their own children to see Dr Pazzaglia! Dr Rosen and Dr Pazzaglia are the best!

I like the work they do it’s always accurate at fast I’ve only had one problem since joining them but they may have fixed it today

For regular teeth cleanning my husband had to visit them three times and everytime they charged seperately.. first they told us that it will be covered by our insurance but later they told us that insurance will only pay for his first visit.. and we ourselves have to pay for the rest two
