Had a 2:30 appointment for today. I set my schedule around my appointment so that I could make it. I get there 20 minutes early and no was there. No one ever showed up. I didnt even receive a call stating that the appointment was off. Never again.

Macca did a wonderful job on my two strand twists.

Not good.. I made an appointment for 9am. After waiting for over an hour no one showed up. As I was leaving another stylist just shrugged her shoulders as I was leaving. No apology or explanation... NOTHINGVERY UNPROFESSIONAL... I guess I will keep looking.

I have tried several hair salons in the buffalo area. Head Quarters Design Studio has by far been the best. My stylist, Makka, did an amazing job braiding my hair neatly. All the braids were not so tightly braided. She washed my hair. She gave me the experience Ive been waiting to get from a salon. I highly recommend this salon. They do amazing work. They treat you with respect and put their best foot in. I dont think the photos that I post does the cornrows justice. I love this hair salon, and I am already excited to return and try and get a different hair style-maybe starter locs!! Highly recommend. Best salon in the buffalo area!!!

Very unprofessional, I made a appointment at 12 and waited over a hour. Nobody even started my hair. This also happen last time I went there. Only reason I got in quicker was because somebody cancelled on them.

I love this salon! Akousia is my stylist and she does amazing work with my thick, course hair each time its styled. Great salon, great atmosphere with professional stylists that can to anything you want done!!!

As always, the queens slay all kinds of hair! Worth the wait cause you will be done right! Been going here since I was a teen and I dont regret having the ladies tame my crazy hair.
