Wow best Dental service Ive had since I was a kid. I simply dread the dentist, but as a new patient Dr Y was amazing. His staff is wonderful as well. They made feel like I had been going there for years. Definitely my go to dentist moving forward.

I broke a tooth on a Thursday, called my primary dentist on Friday morning. They didnt have time for me until Monday. I called Family Dentistry of Buckeye and they said how quickly can you get here? They evaluated the situation, gave me medication for the pain to get through the weekend. By 9 am on Monday my tooth was repaired and I am pain free. Thank you Family Dentistry of Buckeye for coming to my rescue!!! You have a new patient.

From the minute you enter the office you are greeted warmly. The staff at this business could not be more nice, patient, understanding and compassionate. I have never been to a dentist like this in my life. They want you relaxed and comfortable, knowing its not everyones favorite place to visit. I have found my forever dentist for sure.

The team and Dr Yi are amazing. Always so friendly. They get you right in if something wrong. Dr yi always makes sure your happy with his work. I strongly recommend them. They treat you like family.

So I had an infection in my tooth and swelling . And I didnt have an appointment anywhere I called around and no one would help except for the staff at family dentistry of buckeye . They saved me . I got in within a few hours was seated very quickly and seen two quickly as well Even though I could tell they were very busy. Doctor went over all the information with me very informative and helpful and gave me several options to approach my current situation I normally do not feel comfortable in dentist office The staff made the entire experience not just tolerable but a relief I will be going to this dentist until the day he closes his doors

I’ve not had the best experiences with dentists throughout my 30 years of life, and I was scared to death when I walked into this dentists office, and the front desk staff Sue, Sarah, and Julie were all not only friendly but empathetic and comforting about my upcoming surgery. I didn’t really have to wait, and when I got to the back and met Dr. Yi, he explained many aspects of dental hygiene and care and was kind enough to skip his lunch so that I could get in sooner, despite the fact that they are booked pretty solid. The waiting room has super comfy chairs and has a water dispenser for guests comfort. I got some of the work I needed done today, and Dr. Yi was very considerate about pricing, comfort, pain and anxiety management, and he really took the time to explain all of my options. This is hands down the best dental office I’ve ever been to in my life. Everyone who works there is amazing, and like a previous reviewer wrote, they don’t make you feel bad about the condition of your teeth. The work that was done today was exceptional and I will never go to a different dentists office again. If I could give this place 20 stars I would.

I needed a tooth pulled do to it causing major pain. I called and was able to get an appointment for the next day. The staff was friendly and very informative.I am not a regular patient of theirs and do not have insurance so I was happy they did the extract and took cash payment. Which was a very reasonable price. The office was clean and very comfortable as well. I am very satisfied with the care I received.

What a great place to get my teeth cleaned and fixed. The staff is outstanding, friendly and makes sure my concerns are always taken care of. It took years to find a great dentist that I can trust and feel comfortable with. Dr. Yi is patient with me and explains everything to my level of understanding. It was a first visit for my son and husband and we went in as a family. Everyone welcomed us and took care of us. It was a great atmosphere. I truly recommend.

Absolutely wonderful people here. My partner came in with a broken infected tooth, the infection had become too severe for the dentist in house to operate but the whole place was on the phone in a heart beat getting a hold of a surgeon who could take care of it. They have even called us to check up on his status. All in all a fantastic place.

Dr. Yi and the entire staff are amazing, caring and all around wonderful. I have extreme anxiety and fear over going to the denist. I would refuse to go until it was so bad my husband would drag me into the denist. Now I am going on my own. Sounds funny but if you have anxiety like I do then you understand. I was visibly shaking in fear, blood pressure was extremely high and Dr. Yi came in and talked to me calmly, with patiences and sympathy. Dr. Yi had a plan for my teeth and I expressed after how I felt and we adjusted the plan moving forward. Dr. Yi truly listens. You will not find a better denist in Buckeye.

I have never enjoyed going to the dentist as much as I do now! I feel treated like a person and genuinely cared for by everyone there. Julie in the office, who first helped comfort me over the phone and schedule an appointment for an emergency visit (in the beginning of COVID madness, none the less) remains kind and helpful with every interaction. Andrea, my hygienists, who goes out of her way to visit with me and make my time in the chair an unexpected adventure (also my teeth feel so clean and happy every time!) Dr Yi takes the time to listen and make sure I am comfortable and cared for properly. Watching him interact with his staff is a true pleasure too. This is how a dental office should be! I have struggled in the past with dental offices feeling like a car dealership and not a medical facility. I am so grateful to put my oral health in good hands at Family Dentistry. For the record, I have had multiple deep cleanings, crown replaced, fillings filled and a mouth guard made. Every visit I leave better than when I go in. Dr Yi and the whole staff at Family Dentistry are incredible. I have been going there for around 12 years since they opened. I moved away and I still drive there instead of finding a closer dentist. They care about their patients, and respect our time as well. This is the only medical office I have ever been to that always gets me in and out on time. This is important to me, because I can make an appointment before work and still get to work on time.

First of all they do there best to fit me in or any one with tooth pain, I have going here for years I call him doctor painless I had nothing but great experience there even when I have been in so much pain also no ps tells you like is an prices are very reasonable if not great highly recommend to everyone you wouldnt be disappointed

Broke my bridge. Was able to see dentist in 2 hrs. Took off the rest of the bridge made mold and made temporary bridge. Installed it and out I went. They made sure I was comfortable thru the whole process. Really appreciated them getting me in so quickly.
