Had a minor cut that needed a few stitches. Went to premier in Bryan and was greeted by such caring and professional people! I highly recommend them and not only had me in and out and all taken care of with 30-45 mins. But also a few days later got a thank you and get well card in the mail personally and signed by the Dr and wonderful staff! Thank you so much for awesome hospitality!!!

Unfortunately, I was in need of an Emergency Room visit. With everything going on today, the local Hospitals ER was CRAZY! I pulled into your facility on Boonville, just minutes from the Dealership and Home. I was greeted by a very Nice and very Knowledgeable person. I was expecting a 4-5 hour visit. (i even brought my charger) I didnt even get time to complete the paperwork before i was in a Room. I was Assessed and Diagnosed within 45 minutes with prescriptions in hand.. On my way to recovery. The Next Day , I was contacted by staff making sure i was doing Ok..and if the medication was working. I had a Stomach virus, so it had to take it course. 5 days letter, I was feeling lots better.. i decided to walk to the mail box.. In my Mailbox was a Get Well Card.. Signed by everyone at Physicians Permier.Absolutely, I will return .. I hope not TOO soon, however, Should I need it.. I will return !Thank You so much for going Above and beyond..Thank You!..

We are currently at Physicians Premier Emergency Room and are so in love with the staff. Rita who helped us in the room kept Kenny calm. Who come to find out with the radiology tech, Stephanie, help had a broken arm. Hug sad face! But Ginger and Dr. Sims came to the rescue with snacks and drinks. Just kidding, Rita brought us the drinks and snacks. Dr. Sims set Kenny and we were on our way. I will be back. This is the cleanest ER I have ever been to and the pay before you get service really allows you to know what you are getting yourself into. Thank you again staff. I hope you get to read this and know you did an amazing job!!

Although my reason for being at Physicians Premier was not pleasant, I can honestly say that the staff there was very pleasant. The staff seemed to be genuinely concerned and they all were very professional. I was in and out of the office in a total of about 10 minutes. I would highly recommend Physicians Premier to anyone who has the need to go to the E R.

We have never experienced such thorough and professional care as we did at Physicians Premiere Emergency facility on Booneville Road. We entered with a severe illness and could not have asked for more thorough and compassionate care. Dr. Nguyen took all the time he needed to make a correct diagnosis and he listened and communicated so that we knew exactly what was happening. Our own internal medicine doctor was impressed and said that this quick, thorough response likely saved my husband a hospitalization. ER Nurse Julie was amazing and the entire staff was top notch. The facility is no doubt the cleanest I have ever seen. It will definitely be our first choice in the future. We 💯 recommend Physicians Premiere.

The wait was not bad (45 min) and the lady working the reception desk was very kind. The nurses, however, were very unkind. I was left in a room with no indication of when I would be seen and with no one subsequently checking on me. After almost an hour, I ventured out to find a restroom. I was ignored for several minutes before being told where one was. When I came out again to ask for a blanket and ibuprofen, I was again ignored by several nurses, including the one who I initially saw in the room, and was told I could not receive anything until seeing the doctor, whenever that may be. I assume this was the man sniffling and sneezing at his computer, who also ignored me. When I asked if I could leave, I was literally waved away by another rude staff member. I went to SignatureCare, which had a significant wait, but a much friendlier staff and better service.

Excellent care at this facility. We will be back if there is ever a need, so much more convenient than a large ER and the entire staff was friendly and helpful

Great experience today at Physicians Premier ER!! It started with the recommendation from one of the best and most respected docs in BCS and continued with caring individuals such as Christi at intake, Stacey the Radiology tech and test giver😊, My RN was Tracey who was a very good listener, especially with a senior citizen! Connor, the PA immediately made a connection and put me at ease He also explained things in Sr citizen language and was patient with questions PCTs Mallory and Alyce were thorough and kind Overall, I left thinking I got great Cate from compassionate people Thank you!

Physicians Premier has been wonderful for my family. We have used them for several different occasions and now currently for Covid. They are nothing but professional, caring and helpful. They truly made a difficult time a bit easier and we truly appreciate it!

So when I came into this E.R. I was having severe difficulty breathing and in major distress. I was not even sure I was going to make it there without my throat closing. When I entered there was no rush or any kind of urgency given to my situation at all. After finally getting an IV done there were no fluids started even though my BP and heart rate were sky high. Which is standard for someone coming in with all of those vitals. I had to request this towards the end of the visit. After having an X-ray done that confirmed Epiglottitis, the doctor told me there was nothing to be worried about from an emergency standpoint and made it look as if it was some mild Gastrointestinal issue. He gave me steroid medication. I knew that something wasn’t right but was sent home anyway. A few days later I woke up unable to turn my head or neck and barely able to breathe. I made an appt with my PCP and at this point was told that I had Epiglottitis, just as the X-ray had stated from this facility, and I was in a medical emergency. This was a life-threatening condition that should have been treated with IV antibiotics at this facility as it requires critical care. I required a strong antibiotic shot, steroid shot, antibiotic medication, and steroid medication. Due to their negligence and incompetence I was forced to suffer and almost stopped breathing before making it into my doctor.

What a great facility and staff. The place was busy when I came but still there was no wait. Place is clean, well run, efficient, and staff actually appear happy to take care of patients.Billing was efficient, easy to understand, and they will answer any questions. They go above and beyond helping you navigate the insurance maze.

What a wonderful place. Our experience was beyond what you would expect in an emergency room. Thank you Dr. Greenblatt and all the staff for the great care ❤️

If I could give less then 1 star I would. Took my child in at 1 am for difficulty breathing and the wouldn’t treat him until I paid because they didn’t believe it was an emergency and they don’t take my insurance … I didn’t have the god awful amount they needed the refused to treat him..took him to the big hospital were he need emergency treatment for being in anaphylactic shock and ended up having to stay for a few days! How does a doctor who examined him refuse a child who is un able to breath!

After we remarkably escaped Saint Joseph ERs negligence, we found a place that gave us peace of mind. They did an awesome job on my wife and myself. They are very very professional ( hi to the nurse manager). A real nice team in a very clean place. We left their facility with confidence and holding in hands the results and the prescriptions as well. We could hear the medical receptionist say goodbye to us and hoping we feel better soon. Aww, thats so impressive. They called us back to know how we are doing. Aww!!!! 🤗Im always very tough about rating places I go to, but Premier Physicians ER on Booneville ( Bryan) is the right place to go to when youre in need.I could have given you 1000 🌟 if it was possible...

My Fiancé had to get stitches tonight. This staff was amazing!! Heaven forbid we ever have to go to the ER again, this is where we will go!

I came to the ER tonight for COVID symptoms told the doctors I tested a few days before and I am waiting on results told them my lungs are hurting and I’m wheezing. The nurse that checked me ONLY got my vitals from the machine. Never once listened to my lungs. The doctor comes in after they did 2 more covid test. Never knocks on the door never greets me here it is 4 o’clock in the morning and absolutely no common courtesy. Spouts off my NEGATIVE results then says he has prescribed me an inhaler and then finally his words “why did you come in at 4 clock in the morning” When I question how he can prescribe anything if he still HAS NOT listened to my lungs he proceeds to get very aggravated storms out of the room to get his stethoscope comes back in eyes rolling stomping around the bed to me. No thanks at this point don’t even bother touching me now. And then he has the nerve to say it’s for safe practice. But yet just gave me negative test results. Never in my life have I been treated so poorly at a doctors office. Mind you the lobby, office and parking lot were completely empty! I might of understood had you been busy but there was no one there! Very very poor service, I will never go back! That was a complete joke. I have been here several times prior to this happening and have always been treated good, fast service, friendly staff. However after tonight I will never go back.

I went to the Physicians Premier ER location in Bryan yesterday and have never had a better experience! Elise helped us out and made our whole night! She was so kind and had an incredible attitude! She was such a hard worker and was very knowledgable! She also was very personable and made sure that everyone was comfortable and well taken care of! She is the best!!

The Front desk , Nurses , X-Ray tech, doctors well really everyone at this ER was great! They paid attention to detail as well as treated me like a person not just a number. The facility is welcoming , clean, with snacks and the rooms comfortable ! Even though I was sick I still felt better knowing I was in good hands! They also call you after to make sure you are feeling better and sent you home with a packet with copies of all the test that were performed . Great place all around highly recommend! My 2 year old fell and got a cut on her eyelid. We were advised on best course of action by the doctor and nurses. In and out in less than an hour. Would come here again and recommend it to anyone looking for ER help at any time of day or night (open 24 hours).

This ER is very prompt. The staff is so professional and outgoing. The whole atmosphere was great. They even offered snacks and drinks my 9yr old son enjoyed it. The receptionist even came out and assisted my baby to and from. This place was awesome. And to top it off I didnt have to pay ANYTHING. I will continue to return here.

Great facility, but holy cow expensive. I went in for a strep culture...in and out in like maybe 45 minutes and they billed my insurance nearly $2000.Unless you are dying and cant get to the ER, wait for your regular doctor. Learn from my mistake.

My first time here was great! The receptionist, nurses, and doctor was awesome. They were all very caring and understanding. I was not rushed and they took there time make sure I was comfortable. There’s nothing worse than your child getting sick when you are out of town. Thankfully, our ER experience was as good as it could have been under the circumstances! The staff was friendly and calm, and kept my 3 year old at ease. The whole process was smooth and quick, and we were done in no time!

Our experience with Physicians Premier ER in Bryan was an amazing one. Our 4-year old had a bump that, when bumped, wouldnt stop bleeding. Once it happened at school, we had to take him somewhere quick. We went in and were seen almost immediately. Everyone was super friendly and patient with him. Even when he had to go through some pain, they made it as comfortable as possible. A member of the staff called the next day to check on him and make sure he was okay. They also sent a card with everyones signature on it. I have never had such a personalized experience at any doctors office, ever. It was the best. Hands down. I will not hesitate to go there again (even though its farther away than the closest ER) because of the service that was provided.

As a first responder, I absolutely LOVE the service that this center provides. They offer snacks and drinks in the waiting room, but I’ve never even had to wait! Staffing is polite and professional, and EFFECTIVE! Their financing policies are very user friendly, and I will definitely use them again if the need arises👍🏻

I was trying to wait until the beginning of the year for my benefits to start over before seeing a doctor. I couldn’t take the pain any longer and headed over to Physicians Premier on the way back into town. I’m SO glad I did. I didn’t feel like I was in an Urgent Care/Emergency Room. It was a comfortable environment, clean, and everyone was extremely helpful. There were multiple people making sure I got seen ASAP. I will definitely go back again if needed.

Visiting Premier Emergency room was very pleasant. The staff is really nice and professional. The doctor was really nice, sweet and understanding to my needs. I had an honest visit. I was scared of the pricing but surprisingly they were very reasonable. I would recommend anybody to this place. Thank you guys for a fast, sweet and professional visit.

Love love love this place! I have been twice and have recommended it many times!!! Broken wrist and I thought I had the flu! Living in Austins Colony, they waive my deductible and the staff is simply amazing. They are bubbly and very caring. The doctors as well. They listen to your needs. I go here instead of any urgent care, simply because of the staff. It is also nice and clean!!! (which is a must). I was on the verge of tears because my head was hurting so badly and my nurse, Sissy, was simply amazing. She was so calming and caring. It just makes you feel better even when you feel terrible!!! I wish I could leave a 10 star review!

Hands down, one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with doctors and nurses. The team bullied me and spoke disrespectfully. The doctor and nurse got agitated when asked simple questions about what they were doing to my child, then refused to treat her simply due to the fact that I asked what types of care they were administering. Then they wrote in their notes that I declined care for my child. I made it very clear that I was not declining care, I just wanted to be informed of what they were doing to my child. Both the doctor and nurse at different times asked, “What are you even doing here?” While the doctor and nurse may have received medical certifications, they had no idea how to treat a human being. And they certainly need training on how to interact with parents. We are their advocates when they are young; we are responsible for them. It is our duty to be informed regarding their treatment in a medical facility. Part of great medical care is not only knowing the best way to treat medical/health issues, but how you treat the person. While I did have one amazing experience with one doctor here in 2018, the most recent experience must be shared.

I would recommend everyone I know to the physician premiere. Every one I have came in contact with have treated me very good everyone has a nice attitude and very professional. And guess what the free snacks are awesome nothing like a nice cold Dr Pepper after seeing the Doctor. Oh and the courtesy calls are awesome thanks for checking on me. Get an itemized bill before you leave. You will need it. They charge you out the nose to treat you horribly. I felt like a test subject and not a person...

I was so impressed by the service at Physicians Premier. The wait time was so short that I wasnt able to complete the forms before being called back to see the doctor. The staff was friendly and quick to diagnose me. My total time in the ER was less than an hour. If another emergency arises, I will definitely return!

I was dreading to go to the doctor until my boss said to go! I went in and was expecting a ton of paperwork to fill out and not good service. I was very surprised, the staff was all amazing and nice. Told me what to expect and I was in and out within an hour at the most. The facility was very clean and spacious. I honestly dislike going to an emergency room but if I had to pick one to go I would choose this one. One of the nest things is they call to check in on you a few days later. Which is nice, threw me for a loop when they called as I wasnt expecting that degree of niceness. But it was cool.

I had a deep laceration on the outer portion of my thigh and they took amazing care of me. The staff was extremely funny and took their time caring for me. I went to visit my Aggie son who had been experiencing abdominal pain and unpleasant GI symptoms. We came to physicians premier in Bryan and were immediately greeted and treated by the extremely kind, and professional staff! Dr. Kenter promptly tested my son and determined the cause, my son was treated and released in about 2 hours. We had a wonderful experience here, despite the circumstances, and my son is on the mend. I highly recommend physicians premier!

I literally just called and the doctor on call gave me some reassuring advice! I absolutely love this ER! The best hands! I feel at ease. They offer VIP services you can talk to a doctor at anytime if not with a patient no questions asked! I love it!!!!!!!

I do not recommend this place. I called last week to gather information & plan for a COVID drive-through test and was told that I could not make an appointment because they are an ER/urgent care facility but I could drive up any time and wait in line to be tested in my car. I drove over at 7:00am today, thinking that I might avoid some of the waiting by choosing that time. I was surprised to see that the place was almost completely deserted and even more surprised when they told me it was by appointment only & the next available time would be Saturday. I asked to speak to the supervisor, who said that, due to being innundated, they had changed their rules to appointment only. I pointed out that I was told by them that I could come anytime & could not make an appointment and that they were not innundated at 7:00am (appeared empty). I asked if they could test me, because of those circumstances and was told absolutely not. I still dont understand why they wouldnt want to take a paying customer at a time when there were literally NO cars in line. I also dont understand why they would hire such an uncaring person to represent them. I would certainly understand if there were a line of cars waiting, since Im sure other people have been misinformed, just as I was, but there were no cars and their website & the woman who took my call told me it was 24 hr drive-up only!

My son had an accident over the weekend and we stopped in to have him looked at and receive x-rays. Everything was clean, everyone was friendly, and we didnt have to wait very long. The biggest thing was they were so kind and comforting to my son. They really eased his mind. I would definitely recommend this place!

I arrived to Premier at 2:30 am. The whole facility was bright, happy, with nice amenities, and from the quick, efficient intake, to the nurse, and doctor, everyone was super concerned and focused on helping me. While this is a full ER - with all the ancillary equipment - my case was more like a quick urgent care issue - and was handled perfectly. Id like to praise the doctor on call, in particular, as my case had one slightly complicated aspect to it - and the doctor really looked at every dimension - and together, we figured out the best possible outcome. I would add that in my particular situation, there are some variable costs which I pay - and those costs were very reasonable. If urgent needs come up, I would not hesitate to return to this facility.

We were out of town and had no clue where to go. We found Physicians Premier ER on a google search and I will say this is the BEST ER care I have ever seen. This is what all ERs should be like. Fast, No Wait. Clean and quite. Caring and pleasant staff. Top Notch doctor. Easy to understand billing process. If my town had a Physicians Premier ER, I would never go back to the hospital.

There is not a better place for ER care in town. This is the cleanest, quietest, fastest ER I have seen when I came with a friend. The whole staff was helpful and pleasant. Dr.Nguyen spent alot of time with us and excellent/informative.

They genuinely care about your results, call and follow up with you the next day and write you a get well card in the mail. This is WAYYYYYYYYYYYY better than a hospital. PLEASE GO SEE THEM FOR ALL YOUR EMERGENCY CARE NEEDS! They will take care of you!

Without a doubt, this was the best experience we ever had in BCS. The Front desk lady was great. Our nurse (Eli), Rad Tech (Emily), and Doctor Nguyen was caring, patient, knowledgeable and fast. I hesitate going to the ER but never again. Faster than my primary care or urgent care could ever do. What usually take days for labs, xrays and results took me less than 1 hr from walking in to leaving with all of my tests results. EXCEPTIONAL!!!!!

This is the second time we have visited Premier ER and were just as satisfied with this visit as we were with the first one. The first visit was with my husband and the second with my infant son, both times the registration lady Christy, nurses ( Casey RN), Emily (Rad Tech) and Dr Nguyen were friendly, and made my son as comfortable as possible. We were in and out of there as quickly as possible with results. I would not hesitate to revisit Premier in the near future if need be. Thank You again to all the friendly staff at Premier Er!

You feel like an actual person and not just another number waiting to be seen. The staff is amazing!!! They are very personable and loving. They tended to my daughter as I was looked at. Great people, ever since I walked in till the moment I walked out everybody was super nice. They take very well care of you and if you need extra test to be done they will let you know ahead of time so that you are not surprised with a big bill. They keep checking on you all the time you are there.

Dealing with medical scares is never easy but man! The staff here definitely try to make it as easy as possible. We came in to have my boyfriends appendix checked out after going to an urgent care who told us to head on over to Premier. The brochure we got said “no wait time” and we laughed about that. Like yeah, we’ll see if that’s true. IT WAS! Our time in the waiting room was shorter than the time it took to fill out the paperwork. The whole time we were in the room waiting for test results it never felt like they just left us in there or forgot about us. They constantly checked on my boyfriend to see how his pain was, offered us drinks and snacks, they even brought me (not the patient) a warm blanket because I was cold. EVERYONE we spoke to was not only doing their jobs well but we’re so KIND and you could feel they were genuine. Thank you, Stacey, Casey, Hollyn, Brooke, and Laura! Y’all rock.

Exemplary! Fast, friendly, professional, caring, and awesome. Had to take my son to them after he cut his hand while cooking; there were three people attending to him before I could finish filling out the paperwork. Having reared two rambunctious boys; Ive spent many hours waiting in a ER more than a few times during their growing years and I was surprised and pleased by how quickly and professionally they are at Physicians Premier. WOW! We took our 1 year old to an urgent care facility in town, and they could not treat him so we decided to take him to the new ER close to our home! Everyone was so nice and patient with us! The office manager, Jamie, took care of our little girl in the lobby while we met with the doctor and nurses about our little boy! Dr. Nguyen, Shenae, and Emily were all amazing and treated us like family! If and when we need emergency treatment again, we will definitely return! Since we live so close, Dr. Nguyen even made a visit to our home the next day to check on our boy! Awesome! Awesome! Awesome! I cant say enough about this place and these people!

Super experience from Dr. Hatfield to all of the staff. Excellent care, quick, Felt better quickly, beautiful facility. Paid my ER co-payment, billed quickly, Insurance paid their part, and I had no further financial responsibility.The way an ER experience should be. This will be our ER from now on. Never will we step into a regular ER again.

I HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone who is seeking high quality attentive care. I was seen within 5 minutes after walking in, and the staff was extremely courteous and made sure I was comfortable! They are great at accommodating to individual needs!!

Great quality care given to people of all ages. Their attention to your comfort far exceeds any expectation. The facility is clean and the staff are knowledgeable and friendly. Perfect place to bring kids who need immediate care quickly.

I was treated with respect and with great care from the time I stepped through the door until the visit was over. My diagnosis and treatment was explained and instructional material was handed to me in a professional folder. This allowed the opportunity to rest and recover instead of trying to run everywhere to get a Doctor to fill out paperwork for my employer. After all of this, I received a follow-up phone call a few days later. It is a shame that other medical professionals do not attempt to accomplish this type of care for thier patients. I am positive this is the type of care a medical professional should strive to emulate.

This facility was awesome and really listened to the issue at hand. Dr. Christopher Schmeil was kind and generally cared for my well-being with my injury/illness. My daughter and I came in late and they were nice to her and offered her water and snacks. I highly recommend them. Also, the perk for BISD employees is a great reason too!Unfortunately, I had to go back for another issue, but the service and care were still amazing! This time I had Dr. OConnell. Listened to me and showed respect for the pain I was in. They even send you a get well card! Cant recommend this place enough! Also, Nurse Brook, the Radiology Tech (Laura) and Front Desk (Taylor) were all super nice!

I hate to tell people this because the lady was really nice but when I went in the lady wanted me to use my wrist vain for the iv so I could bend my arm.... I tried to tell her I didnt mind not bending my arm but she insisted. So I let her and she really messed up. I could feel the needle on my bone. Then she was pushing the needle to try to salvage it because theres a curve it got so painful I said honestly I just rather have an arm stick really its fine. Well then she took it out and that pain was horrible ! I thought that would be the end but the whole time I was there she kept grabbing my extremely sore wrist D: but she did an awesome job with the arm stick. I wish she would have just done the arm stick. Theyre quick and helpful though. Ill still go back.

We are more than grateful for the care we received at Premier ER Bryan. Words cannot truly express our gratitude, after our son broke his collarbone. Thank you for the amazing care, kindness, and peace of mind we had once we returned home. THE BEST MD AND STAFF !!!

Amazing staff! Im a college student and needed stitches and this place was amazing they kept me calm while they put the stitches in and truly seemed to care. If I ever need to go to an ER again Ill only come here!
