Excellent experience. Fast service. Followed Covid-19 protocols regarding spacing. Friendly and helpful staff.

Staff was friendly from beginning to end. My only complaint is how long it took for me to be seen! Like I have never in my life waited THAT long to be seen for an MRI. I dont think the wait was throughout the facility but the waiting area for MRIs was packed. I was in there from 4:45 till about 7:30pm. Like I said - the staff was friendly so that made up for a lot. I even called their billing office at 8AM and had a pleasant experience. I would use their service again!

I was able to walk in and schedule an appointment which was better and faster (for me) than using the website. I was seen promptly on the day of my appointment. This was my first experience doing the procedure I was doing and the tech was very friendly, patient and knowledgeable. She made me feel comfortable especially because I was anticipating feeling discomfort during the procedure. I would definitely use this facility in the future.

Mr. Thomas was an awesome amazing technician. He was very dedicated to my mom, very professional and treated my mom as if it was his family. I’m super happy and want to thank him for the support and professionalism he had with us. One of your most amazing technicians

I was advised by the receptionist that my referral REQUIRED an approval by my provider AETNA. I was requested to reschedule my appointment INSTEAD of giving me the option to pay out of pocket. I had to suggest to pay out of pocket because I did not want to travel back for another appointment. Customer service at the reception area lacks professionalism. That aside the technician was A1.

3 hours wait time with appointments. Wont choose then again next time. Staff and Doctors where nice, that’s why the second star. But something doesn’t work in terms of how they handle and schedule appointments.

Everyone is very nice here, its true. BUT I came here for an MRI because my knee was jacked and I couldnt walk well. It crackles, it doesnt bend right, and I can barely walk on it. However, after a doctor looked at the MRI they summarized that there was nothing wrong with it. Ive heard stories where doctors say theres nothing wrong with you even where there is, and this is one of them. I do not trust their expertise. They just treated me like the homeless person that I am, finished their analysis over their cup of Joe as quickly as they could, and that was that. Looking forward to getting REAL insurance so I can see a REAL doctor.

I had an 8 am appointment, I was in & out in a good time. My Tech, was nice, patient and explain everything she did step by step. Great place to do your exams.

After waiting for an MRI for more than 40 minutes, was turned away because paperwork referral had not been checked after calling and preauthorizing in advance. What a waste of time! Terrible customer service.

I have used this clinic for many years and always was very satisfied with my experience but today I was made to stand and wait with my cane to make a appointment for a biopsy after hearing the receptionist, seated at desk 2 complain that she was late for lunch. She sat there annoyed and ignored me fiddle around at the desk while the other two receptionist next to her help other patients. I look over to the receptionist sitting at desk 6 for help, she says yes than proceeds to make a phone call leaving to wait even longer. Finally after ten minutes of standing with a cane , I left very angry. Please teach your receptionist that the care of the patient standing before comes before lunch and a phone call. 5 minutes just to make a appointment was all I required

Everyone is very nice and considering how busy the facility is, It seems to be a well oiled machine. I was running late to my appointment and was still seen in a good time frame. The woman who helped me schedule my appointment was amazing and so helpful and caring. I’m very thankful for her assistance.

Arrived at 3:20 for a 3:40 appointment at the Bond Street location. Reception was clearly overworked and salty about it. At 4 pm all the reception ladies fled like there was a fire. I sat in a waiting area full of people two hours. Finally I started looking around for a staff person who could tell me something/anything. Was finally brought back to change for my imaging and then saw that they were planning to put me in a closed MRI, rather than the open machine I had asked for and verified at every step of the process. Waited another half hour for the open MRI to be available. All told, I was there more than three hours in various freezing cold rooms. Next time I need imaging I will do everything in my power to go anywhere but here.

The best too take your test done x-rays bone density everything theyre clean and and you dont have to wait for a long time I love it the best

Booked an appointment for 1:30. Turned up at 1:25 and was told to write my name in a book. Then proceeded to sit in the waiting room for an hour and a half before I was finally seen. No explanations given. The actual exam was 10mins long. Such a waste of time.

When I first got there., and got upstairs the you g lady that greeted me was very polite, friendly, and knowledgeable. She had a smile on her face the whole time. I always liked going to this one every time I go it’s a very pleasant experience. I will continue to go to this one every time I need an x-ray, mri, or anything else radiology.

I got to my 9:15 appointment at 8:40 a.m. and was seen within ten minutes of arrival. I had two appointments that were both completed by 9:20. They also fit me in for an overlooked ultrasound that I was supposed to book. The staff was professional, the facility is clean and seems to be run efficiently. I also love the location. I was able to run a few errands afterwards.

This location is so efficient, clean and knowledgeable. Mr Chi in the PET scan department is wonderful. He always makes me feel reassured. He’s an asset to your institution. Thank you.

As I am claustrophobic the technician was patient with me so, therefore it made the exam go by smooth and quick.

Had a terrible experience the other day at Lenox Hill Radiology at Bond street Brooklyn, New York. Was scheduled for a simple ultrasound on my abdomen. I drank the obligatory 32-ounces of water and told to not urinate,which I did. Im laying on the table and it was then that the US technician told me that since it was Saturday that she could not scan me! The facility does not communicate with patients as well as each other.

Today, I had my mammogram done by the most pleasant technologist Karen. She was not just highly professional but also very friendly. I can, honestly recommend location at Bond Street. Over all it was a good experience. Will definitely come back.

Friend went here for something minor. Without her consent, they scheduled her to get a mammogram, saying that it is recommended for women over 30 to get a mammogram to screen for breast cancer. This is patently false, and belies the standard of care. According to the American Cancer Society, women between 40 and 44 have the option to start screening with a mammogram every year, and women 45 to 54 should get mammograms every year. Unacceptable behavior by a medical provider.

The overall experience was positive however there was a relatively long wait. I was told to be there at 3:20pm but did not get called till about 5 or a little after. I was having an MRI done. Sorry but they need to check that machine. I could not make out one clear word on what ever the instructions were. I hope it did what it was suppose to do. The staff was generally polite. I did give 4 stars..

Always a pleasure going to Lenox Hill Radiology for all my tests..the staff is very professional, and courteous helpful. I have tests done for years here will no issues. Today, 8/22/21 I had an MRI scheduled for 9:40am. Because of the incoming weather I got there at around 9am the gentleman that greeted me at reception was great! About 7 mins in another patient walked in but her appt. was canceled because she was late. Of course she started getting a bit irate. The assistant kept his cool remained professional and went the extra mile to schedule her for another appointment a few hours later but it turned out to be a few mins later! He is the epitome of good Customer Relation! I wish I knew his name! He was great!! I will continue to go to Lenox Hill Radiology for all my tests!

The pre check-in is excellent saves so much time and paperwork. They already have your ID and insurance info ahead of time. Fastest MRI yet, I was seen on time. State of the art options and headphones incase you don’t like earplugs. Thanks for making life easier when we are finding our way through a medical situation!

This facility has the friendliest staff. Not to mention they contact you for your annual screening, but send several text messages and emails to confirm your appointment. As for Covid-19 protocol I was pleased to see they are enforcing social distancing and have plastic shields on either side of the chairs. Very comforting.

Everyone was very nice but my appointment got pushed back because no one knew who was doing my procedure even though they already had me checked in and changed and waiting for 40 minutes in the back in a gown. Confusing and did not seem organized.

My experience at Lenox Hill Radiology was a good one. Technicians Ruth and Justin were great. I am claustrophobic and they helped me through my appointment and I am very grateful to them.

I waited nearly 3 hours to be seen. Then I found everyone friendly but not very forthcoming with information. I had to ask the right questions. They acted like it was routine when it was my first time. The worst part was really the wait, which was inexcusably long—the procedure itself was relatively quick and smooth.

Facility was clean and the staff were efficient and the wait time was short will recommend.

Came here for a walk-in x-ray referral, and everyone was very helpful and nice. The front desk person was extremely helpful and had patience with me when I had some issues (of my own making) with my insurance. The Doctor (Thomas) and the technician (Jesus) we also very knowledgeable, courteous, and had great bedside manner. They were efficient, and I was done with the appointment very quickly.

Good location and staff but they don’t stick to their own timeframes. I was told the results would be ready within 3-5 business days, but it’s 5 days later now and my results still aren’t ready. Nobody is able to tell me when the results will be in either. I had to cancel today’s appointment with the Neurologist because of it. I understand delays can happen but at least inform patients about it.

I really appreciated the care in which Mr. Chi Son cared for my mother during her visit for Pet Scan.

This was my first visit at this location. My appointment @8:30 I was out of the office within an hour. Everyone was very pleasant except the guy at the desk there was just something about him. Overall it was a pleasant visit.

I would give better but receptionist last on right slim with short dreds is too rude asked a question and tried to explain and she was like u have to wait im taking care another patient im like what im trying to explain i was skipped i should be the one taken care of cuz anyone else came after me! finally young lady came from another room she gave me chance to expain then directed me to correct place and apologized she came from room on left last screen on left by time i got to back the 3 that were behind me were already started so i had to wait thanks to MS.RUDEONE!!!

Its hard to believe bad reviews when I had such a pleasant time here, I definitely was prepared for the wait but, I didnt have one I got there after 9am for a walk in xray that was done by 9:35am and my schedule mammogram was for 10am that was completed by 10:20 I was greeted at the door the desk staff was great it was clean and a gentleman was constantly cleaning the areas I have 0 complaints, I have an echo next month and hope it will go as smoothly

They will have you in the waiting room for an hour PLUS. Some of the nurses have attitudes, and just give you the feeling that they do not want to be bothered with you. Everyone is oblivious ! The right hand don’t know what the left hand doing. Just a hot mess

Very efficient, tiny bit of a wait, but that’s expected in downtown Brooklyn. The staff was courteous for the most part and pretty nice. The person that performed my exam Precious was very sweet and personable. Overall pretty good experience. Four and half stars.

I was highly annoyed on Monday, March 15, 2021. I had a 7:15pm appointment which I arrived for at 6:45 PM. I sat in the waiting area for 30 minutes before going to the desk to ask how long will it be before I would be seen. . I was told I had a two hour wait. How could I have a two hour wait if I had a 7:15 PM appointment? No one was able to give me an answer. I find it disturbing and disgusting that you were schedules so many people for one day for money! Let me repeat you over scheduled for money! you inconvenience your patience. what time I left your facility? I got there at 6:45 PM I was called in after 9 PM I left there approximately 9:30 PM. I spent four hours At a facility that door state closes at 8 PM. Not only was an inconvenience for your patience, it was an inconvenience to your last text, an inconvenience to your receptionist..

I was pleased today with my visit/experience @ Lenox Hill Radiology on Bond Street. My technician was Thomas and he was prompt and attentive. He demonstrated & explained all the position and postures related to the procedure. I will return to this location again if the need arises. Your workers are doing an excellent job. The job not being done are many. The cublices are still not being sanitiz between patients. No one even sprays with some Lysol. COVID-19 is still around. No one who is vaccinated or not. Lets just stop the spread. The floors needs to be vacuumed better.Respectfully. BM

It does get crowded at times but I didnt wait long for my appointment, Ive been there quite a few times over the years and have never had any issues. This is a place I most definitely trust and have told friends & family about.

Showed up 25 mins early to fill out paperwork as a first time patient. Receptionist was nice and helpful BUT I then sat and had to wait to be seen 45 mins after my appointment time. No on cared, the staff was totally indifferent to me and other patients.

1st the facility is clean. The staff was very delightful and professional. I was in for my procedure and out. Not a long wait time.

Ive been to this location for my mammogram more than once. The location is clean. I was able to fill out paperwork and submit documents prior to the appointment. Registering was simple and quick once I arrived at location. My appointment was 10:45 AM and I was seen around that time. I was in and out in less than an hour.

The front desk and ultrasound tech are AMAZING. They couldn’t have been more helpful, kind, and thorough during my appointment. So grateful that my doctor referred me!

Great customer servise, the receptionist was super friendly and helpful. Inside the radiologist was incredible.

This location is usually smooth and on point. Not this time. No professionalism. These ladies at the front desk are either overwhelmed or just not paying attention. The 1st young lady had me set up for the wrong medical scan because she had my name mixed up with another person. She was also going to disclose this other patients medical information with a print out to prove to me that the Doctor ordered the scan that I didnt come for. If I didnt make her verify names and spelling she would have violated patient confidentiality. So how many other ppl have they done this too? While waiting for my scan the young lady at the front desk on Mammogram side is in a full on argument with one of the technicians because someone failed to check a patient in properly, which resulted in her missing her appointment and she was right in the waiting room the whole time. The technician said her piece to the front desk (mammo), apologized to the patient and walked out the door with 2 other techs. The young lady at the front desk continued to argue with the patient as if it were her fault. All she needed to do was admit her mistake (whether it was hers or not) and reschedule this lady for the soonest available time. Where is the professionalism? Do they get trained of customer/patient service? They have no etiquette.

The team at Lenox Hill were friendly and professional from the young Lady that checked me to my tech, Anastasia. I was out within 1/2 hour of checking in. The location is conveniently located from my place of business.

Lenox Hill is my favorite radiology office at 9 Bond Street. The facility is always clean. They check your temperature at the door, they practice safe covid-19 protocol. The staff is always very friendly and willing to help.

The office was well lit, felt clean, and the staff were VERY friendly, helpful and efficient! Wait times could definitely be better, but overall I recommend this location and would come again if need be. Came for a MRI for my tween son, he also said he liked the place and the staff.

Lennox Hill Radiology Bond Street continues to be a state of the art, professional place to go to take doctor prescibed procedures. Post COVID-19 there are safe, partitioned seating areas. Since I was there prevoiusly the computerized sign in was quick. The procedure was done by a professional who minimized the fear by explainingwhat was about to happen. Thank you.

With the health and safety regulations, it was an easy and safe experience. The staff was friendly yet professional. The wait time from check in to my exam was very quick.

I was very happy with the service I received at Lenox Hill radiology on Bond Street. I forgot my referral and the MRI receptionist (I wish I knew her name) went the extra mile in assisting me. The MRI techs were also very attentive and informative making the experience less scary. I would recommend them anytime. I had an appointment today for my annual mammogram, bone density and a sonogram of my breast. I arrived five minutes before my appointment. I was asked to print my name and my arrival time. Within 10 minutes my name was called to speak to someone at the desk. I was greeted with good morning. I was asked to show my ID and my insurance card. I was given three sheets of paper to fill out and sign. After I returned the signed papers, my ID and insurance cards were returned. Within 10 minutes my name was called to take my mammogram. Within 12 minutes that was completed. I waited 5 minutes for my bone density that was completed in 7 minutes. I waited five minutes and my name was called for my sonogram. Each person was polite, asked my date of birth. Each person was professional, and had excellent communication skills. Everyone had on masks and social distancing was provided in the waiting areas.

Really great service. The wait was a bit annoying but they only had a small amount of people working so it’s okay.

The reception staff was fine, but not everyone entering the waiting room was given a temperature check. The lab was also lacking in other details and clear communication that could’ve made patients feel more comfortable. I was part of a group of women called into the second waiting room by a nurse. We were not given any instructions during our wait, which seemed a mistake when another nurse/attendant came out and asked why we were not changed into gowns. Once in gowns, we were not given any kind of bags/container to hold our clothes. So we sat waiting, with our street clothes bundled in our arms. Never mind that some of us came in with other bags or packages that we were trying to corral - all while holding the O/S gowns closed in front of us. At the end of my exam, which was thankfully routine, I came back into waiting room clutching my gown closed to find a male custodian in the space cleaning. It seems intuitive to NOT have a non-medical male person in the space while there are women in barely closed robes waiting to go into exams. Please evaluate and do better.

1h wait, crowded, very loud TVs in the reception area, messy systems. On top of a buggy website and inefficient scheduling system.On the positive side, the technician that did the exam was very professional and courteous, so adding one star.EDIT: just got my results online. More bad news: you cannot download the images through their portal - you can only view them. You have to call the facility and ask for a CD-ROM (!) with the images -- like it was 1999. Taking back one star.

This place is excellent, and clean they are a very pleasant staff the technician explained everything and I was very comfortable also the timing was great the receptionist were also pleasant as well!

I was a walk in for a foot xray. On walk in a gentleman greeted me right away noticing I was confused of where to go and directed me accordingly in the check in procedure and where to go. I waited a little while but was in and out within an hour.

My first time back since the pandemic, I felt safe and the service was fast but most importantly the staff was nice and friendly waiting to help assist.

I had to do breast ultrasound today at this location. I was very excited to try this place because of the good reviews and good phone customer service. When I got there front deck girls said that they don’t do breast ultrasound alone without mammogram. I’m only 31 and mammograms usually are for women 40+. My doctor gave me a referral only for ultrasound. I did it so many times alone without any mammograms. They turned me away because I refused to do mammogram what is not necessary for me. I called customer service later. They talked with a manager and admitted it was front deck mistake. They wasted my time. I have to do it only at particular dates of the month and this was the last day I could do it in December. I travelled there about 1 hour and 30 minutes one way and had to take a day off for this appointment!!

The service provided by the staff was great, very friendly and courteous. However the wait time is not what’s expected. Having an appt for 4:15, arriving at 3:45 and being called in after 5:00 is a lengthy wait.There always seem to be an extensive wait when visiting this facility.The patient’s wait time should be managed better. The test itself is less than 10 minutes.

The techs and doctor that did my procedures where very helpful and attentive. They talked through each test and discussed everything with me. The only reason I took one star off this rating is the waiting room was very crowded during this pandemic which made me uncomfortable. The front desk receptionists also was very loud and not that welcoming.

I have had two MRIs here (precovid and during covid) and Ive been impressed both times. Staff is efficient, helpful, and the technicians are communicative and answer all of your questions. Made me feel comfortable during the process, too. They also worked with me because my insurance wouldnt cover the MRI.

1:30 appointment. We arrive 15 minutes prior as instructed. It’s 2:30 and we’re still waiting to be seen. And now being told it will be another 45 minutes. How on earth can they operate like this?? Any other establishment would be out of business operating like this. Never coming back here. Avoid like the plague.
