This place is SO awful. I’ve been to 2 locations and I couldn’t say which was worse. Horribly rude and uncaring front desk staff. The wait was ridiculous, both on the phone and in the waiting room, and I have no faith at all in the integrity of my exams. Please don’t put yourself through this. I don’t understand how they could have any return patients. Never again would I subject myself to that kind of treatment.

This place sucks. Staff have no problem rescheduling appointments without checking their calenders for conflicts, then rescheduling again.Inattentive and rude. Long wait time even with an appointment. They are too busy checking their watches till they can go home. Dont go here for testing if your health and life depend on it.

On 9/10/21 . I called to make an appointment the lady that picked up the phone was sooo nasty and unprofessional. She refuse to check my insurance after she stated to me they dont take my insurance. I said since when I was there few weeks ago doing an xray . I said I give you my information she put me in hold for 50min. I called back they still put me on hold after 50 min the call went to a call center which I spoke to a supervisor and she help with an appointment.

Extremely unfriendly and unhelpful staff.1) The front desk person was extremely unfriendly. Barely acknowledged my presence when I asked questions.2) the technician came across as rude and uncaring. Not a problem if you work in an Amazon warehouse, but a big problem when you do medical imaging.If you have a choice , find another place.If you dont have a choice, dont expect to be treated like in medical office. Hopefully, If you have zero expectations, their unfriendliness wont bother you that much.

Pretty neat and clean place. The staff were helpful and the doctor that performed the exam was professional. Theres a small area that has two or three games designed for children. Wait time.. as usual, around 40 mins or so from the appointment time, but it really depends on the type of exam the patient that goes before is gonna be doing, because some exams takes longer than others.

The receptionist gave me attitude for simply asking a question about scheduling for 9:30 instead of 8:30. Before the appointment was even scheduled.Prior to that, I had to wait 1 hour to make an appointment every time.

I had and appointment for 3:30PM, it was the last appointment as they were closing at 4PM. I arrived 10 minutes early to process the paperwork. But the machine overheated and I had to wait until it can be restarted. Then they took another patient before me. By the time I left it was after 6 oclock. It took nearly three hours to get a 15 minute test done.

I had to ask the technician to wear his mask! He told me he would only do so because I asked! He then told me that the US needed to stop promoting a fake virus and get on with life! All patients and front desk personnel wearing mask, but most of staff in back not wearing masks!!!!!! Please DO NOT go if you’re at a high COVID risk!!!!!

Horrible staff, every single personal is ill mannered. No regard for their patients at all. If you make an appointment and when you show up they’ll make you wait for 1/2 hr- 1 hr. Then they’ll tell you that they can not perform the test because the test will take longer then the time they had scheduled the staff for. If you can’t commit to helping patients than don’t make an appointment and have people come to any of your branch just to harass patients, and on top of that the staff has the audacity to blame you instead of acknowledging their mistakes.I wouldn’t recommend anyone going there. If there’s was zero star rating they would definitely get a zero.

Very friendly and helpful staff. I went in to get an x-ray and was out and on my way home within 15 minutes. Office is clean, spacious and has a play area for children. My sister says that she gets all of her x-rays done here. I think I will start doing the same.

Very nice staff. friendly and helpful. (If you come in time is it quick) My technician was amazing and so nice to me throughout my CT scan.I recommend to take the earliest appointment possible so you wont need to wait...

We waited more than hour to do a simple breast ultrasound, even when we reached here 30 minutes earlier to our appointment time. I hope they will improve the wait time for the patients.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The front desk receptionist that took me had no idea what she was doing. I’m pretty sure if I would’ve gone to another receptionist I would’ve been in quicker. I waited a whole hour asked if she had received the fax referral that they sent at 9:50am and told me there are a lot of names to wait that I’m “next”. It was 11:15am when I asked and she responded that. Other people that came after me are being seen sooner than I have. The receptionist was also yelled at and I can see why. She absolutely is clueless and should not be handling anyone’s paperwork when it’s so important. I need a breast sonogram as I have a lump and breast cancer runs in my family. All she kept doing was giving everyone a smirk while she’s twiddling her thumbs behind the desk. It’s been almost an hour an a half later and I was still not even past the process of putting me in their system. Ridiculous! I work at an urgent care and we don’t even do this. Do not waste your time at this location with this lady in the front.

Im not sure what all the negative reviews are for. I was greeted by very polite front desk women. One with brown curly hair was super nice and guided me through the process. I came on friday and was taken immediately following paperwork. The mri tech was also very accommodating and polite. I had to get an elbow mri which is a bit awkward for imaging, but he tried his best to make me comfortable. I dont get these done too often, but Id be my first choice.

Zero stars.I had a really bad experience at this office.After i was told over the phone that there was an opening for me to have only one part of a very needed emergency exam, I rushed over after my primary doctor helped me squeeze in an appointment. My Primary doctor examined me and wrote me a prescription for sonogram and mammogram. We knew in advance we could only get one of these exams for the time being at BRMI but that was understood and OK. I made it there in plenty of time. The two managers I spoke with immaturely and selfishly kept repeating the word maam and protocol without truly explaining to me in any way that made sense technically WHY they couldnt help me in an emergency. Reason being: technically they dont really know why so they couldnt explain to a thinking person. I got no satisfaction, just stupidity. They are obviously used to speaking to non thinking patients. They kept changing the reason why I couldnt have one part of this exam even though there were technicians available. They blabbed over me repeating the same words over and over robotic-ally with no care. When I answered one part of their concerns, they would switch to another. I was in distress and they, as the professionals, should have helped me step, by step, methodically feel cared for. and help me make it happen. People who can not technically explain themselves to a patient are obviously very ignorant. They themselves are uneducated as to what is going on so they repeat robotically. These people dont ask questions or think, therefore they cannot respond to intelligent questions to put a devastated client at ease. People like this should not be working in health care. They should work in a mall where they can gossip and sell cheap tacky clothes. Thank God I found help with mature clear speaking and clear listening empathetic grown ups at a local large hospital in Brooklyn with a true practice. BRMI at 14th and 38th ave felt like a nail salon. These women simply do not listen, they do not hear. They are narcissistic and have no empathy, and no real intelligence. Maybe they deal with horrible obnoxious people all day. If that is the case they should speak up and make things better. Get educated so they can truly help intelligent patients, however rare that may be. Not everyone is an ignorant robot. Something has to change. Sadly I ended up yelling and sobbing like the crazed person I felt like in a very scary emergency situation. I felt all alone even though I was in a place where I was supposed to be cared for. This is nothing more than a store. Thankfully the other people in the office kept their mouths closed. I guess I scared them. It was a really sad day for me.

Unfortunately, this place has gotten worse and worse over the years. When you make an appointment, they dont give you all the info, so be sure to ask if you need to bring any records.Additionally, you must bring the referral your doctor has sent to them directly (and probably multiple times) to avoid them trying to find the paperwork you need. If you dont, be prepared to wait, be frustrated and try to frantically get your doctor on the phone.I visited twice during COVID-19 and they only took my temperature on one visit. Both visits, there were patients wearing their masks incorrectly (under their nose) as well as someone holding their mask in their hand but not on their face but the staff was NOT actively monitoring or enforcing mask rules.Its unfortunate that this place just isnt organized or enforces the rules. The only good thing is the technicians are kind and fast.

Once you get in the service is good, but the wait can be awhile, even with an appointment. Premier-Langone is prompt for the appointment only services, like MRIs and such.The only reason I went here is because the doctor in insisted.

Very long wait time. When i called for an appt they offered 8:30 and 9:30. I chose 8:30 appt. I came at 8:15, they didnt call my name even at 9:30. Whats the point of making appts so early and make the patient wait for so long.

Stay away they are very irresponsible ,I was their for a mamogram,and they knew I had latex allergies .well bottle line she like telling me the gloves were latex free and continue doing the test well I broke out and Im in terrible pain a week later they still havent return my calls and my emails both my breast are cut and broke out in hives .I continue calling everyday and the manager says she will call me but their lieing .stay away from Biro park imagine their your just a medicade patient ,the ASPCA treats dogs better then the treatment I receive.well youve been warn.
