Love this dentist , I get an appointment I’m out in 30 minutes for a cleaning . I see Dr Hardy he’s a great person, and great dentist too . Love the hygienist also very nice , and works efficiently. Give her a raise ! I’ve had fillings done here as well and very good work . Upfront pricing on any service other then routine cleaning.

I called this morning when a crown became loose. Dr. Nassif was able to see me at noon. I was very happy to be able to get in so quickly. He glued the crown back in, and I was on my way by 12:15. Great service as usual. I have always gotten excellent care and excellent service here, and have been a customer for over 25 years.

Everyone that I have encountered here has been WONDERFUL! I drive from the east side just because these folks are so great!!

Dr. Nassif is the best. Today he replaced 2 crowns that were over 25 years old. My appointment was right on schedule and the process was quick and painless. When the old crown was removed, he pointed out that I had gold post that was there from my previous root canal. His exact words were….”We Struck Gold!” Apparently I’m valuable ;) Not only is he a great dentist, but he also has a fun sense of humor. Highly recommend.

This was my 1st dental visit since who knows when so needless to say I was beyond scared. The visit was so pleasant that by the time I left I was all Smiles. The staff was extremely understanding of my anxiety and managed to calm me down with ease. All the proposed procedures were explained thoroughly as well as pricing (which was quite affordable in my opinion). Personal thanks to Renee and Dr. Hearty for putting my mind at ease and turning my anxiety into enthusiasm. They have me now looking forward to future appointments instead of dreading them.

The oral surgeon was very compassionate and understanding of my pain , and took very good care of me, talk to me during the procedure and made me feel comfortable. Been going there for a few years. Great staff clean office, waiting area and bathrooms. They keep their instruments up-to-date for the most part. The x-ray machine is new & computerized. Have done a couple emergency fixes on my teeth that day or the next.

Scheduled appointments for my children over 2 months ago. When I made the appointments I had my planner in front of me. Wrote the dates I was given in the planner. I never received reminder calls so I called the day 2 of my children were due to go and was told we missed the appointments last week and I was not allowed to reschedule because they were new patients and the appointments were missed.

Dr. Nassif is the best. Every appointment runs smoothly and efficiently. He provides great care no matter how minor or major the procedure. I have been a patient for over a decade, and I can say with confidence I will remain a patient for as long as he practices.

Welll let me say this! I don’t like the dentist (nothing against Biddulph Family Dental at all!) but I think the experience for some can be intimidating. Ill say this, check in was easy and very personable. The ladies took us in and were pleasant. Even the hygienist I had (ugh can’t remember her name) was good. Quick, sufficient and very clean. I appreciate this first experience as I had to leave my dental doctor after 12 years because of insurance. This place definitely made my experience for myself and 3 children great. I appreciate it sooo much as I’m a scary chick for the dentist 😁

I am always impressed at how fast I can get an appt. regardless of the amount of work needed. Dr. Rabady is very compassionate, understanding and skilled. She is a joy to deal with,considering I dread going to the dentist. Great staff of helpers also.

This was the most professional dental visit Ive had (11/3/2020). I was able to get an appointment the same day after speaking with Monica on 11/2/2020 and she took the time to listen to my dilemma; especially after my being treated by an (unethical) dentist for dental implants. Dr. Luke Hearty is the BEST...he agreed to take me on as a patient (after conferring with Dr. Nassif) and I will be forever grateful to both. Dr. Hearty took the time to listen and answer all my concerns regarding my (previous) dental issues and presented me with a Proposed Treatment Plan which I agreed to. I am so happy I found Biddulph Family Dental and I wished I would have found them sooner!

Since coming to Biddulph Family Dental I have changed my outlook on dental care and look forward to each visit. Staff are warm and welcoming.

I went in Friday for the first preparation for my implants. Everything went smoothly, and Dr. Nassif assured me of that. He even called me early Friday evening to make sure I was still doing well.

I having been going somewhere else and the office I was going to was closed so I went here because I have before and I realized why I choose to go else where I wasted my time needed to get work done and could not because the dentist does not work on my insurance was not in so I would have to wait 2 more weeks until that one was in I just left I will not return Ill find a new dentist office that can give me service that day never again! FYI..... I have got sliver and white fillings at another place and my insurance did cover it no excuses this is my married name it is different in the computer its under SARAH VAGNER

This was the first time I saw this dentist because I usually see Dr. Nassif, but he was INCREDIBLE! I have high anxiety and a very low pain tolerance, but he went above and beyond to make sure I was completely comfortable and not in any pain! One of the worst things is getting the novocaine shots, but he made it almost painless..he has a very gentle touch and isn’t heavy handed. I had a root canal and was very nervous, but it was over faster than I expected. He was very friendly and even sang Christmas songs which helped to distract me. He explained everything he was doing and kept me updated on how much longer it was going to be, and after the procedure he showed me what he did and explained everything so throughly that I had no questions for him afterwards. I also loved the assistants who were very friendly too. Hands down an awesome appointment and for a root canal it was a pretty nice visit.

Dr Nassif took his time and answered all of my questions and concerns about dental implants and other issues concerning my dental health.

I went in for a long overdue visit. The staff was wonderful. I had to have a deep cleaning done and my hygienist was fantastic. She was gentle and made me feel at ease. I had to some fillings to take care of, and I continue to go in for cleaning and maintenance. It’s always a good experience and I never thought I would say that about the dentist. I wish I would have found Biddulph Family Dental years ago. They have been life changing for me and that’s the truth. I just recently stop going there after I was told by the Hygienist that she felt it was nothing more she could do for me and I should go somewhere else for cleanings. Well it was a good thing I did because I found an excellent Hygienist that has gotten things under control like never before. It just goes to show, change is good sometimes.

Wow! I am impressed by the service and professionalism from the Biddulph Family Dental team. I HIGHLY recommend this wonderful office. I was visiting family for 4 days and decided I wanted to get my teeth cleaned and whitened. The friendly front desk ladies at Biddulph were very accommodating and was able to get me in within the 4 days I was visiting. They even called to inform me of a cancellation and offered me an earlier appointment (this was wonderful because my schedule was already tight).From the moment I walked in I was greeted with friendly smiles. Lenora did a wonderful job instructing me as she was taking x-rays. Beth did a fantastic job cleaning and whitening my teeth. Like most people, the cleaning process can be overwhelming but Beth was very gentle and did such a thorough job. Biddulph has made my dental experience a positive one. Exceptional work!!

I went to Biddulph Dental in February of this year to get some fillings done. Over the past months Im still having toothaches but worse than before. I decided to go somewhere else to get a few x-rays done. I found out my cavities was not filled in all the way which caused bacteria and more decay. Now I have to get a couple root canals. Iam so disappointed with the services you gave. I WILL NOT be recommending your office to anyone.

Literaly worse receptions’. I called last week to book a appointment, the receptionist never put my appointment down. So I get rescheduled to a random day and time and come to find out I can’t make it so I call to cancel and then they tell me I can’t ever book again because that’s what the last receptionist told me. Ummmm... no that’s false. The girls on the phone were so rude and ghetto! Both my children’s Nd myself go here but that’s over with! Time to find a new dentist !!! Do not recommend only because the people answering the phones has no idea what’s going on and no communication skills! 👎

I went there for dental work and even took my 3 year old for his first dental check up. The staff are so friendly and caring. The dentist did great work and the dental assistant that cleaned my sons teeth was awesome. Even the women at the front desk were just so nice and professional. The entire staff was friendly and ready to help. During my visit I was called promptly at my appointment time. While in the dentist chair every part/ step of my treatment/service was communicated and explained. All of my inquiries were welcome. After my visit when a mishap happened with my insurance the staff was very helpful and patient with me and the insurance company. I am very happy I switched to this practice.

Took my kids and myself there for the first time. I was really looking to going to a new place because the place I went to before had left both of my kids, with the wrong impression of what an experience at a dental office should be. I chose to seek other dental offices because the staff members were really rough with my kids, and had very little patience. When I first walked in this office I was immediately satisfied, the office was clean, all the ladies working the front desk were very welcoming, and they took us back almost right away. When we checked in I explained that I preferred my daughter go first so my son (who was terrified) would be able to see there was nothing to be afraid of. The woman who went to clean his teeth had an unpleasant look on her face, like visibly annoyed with my son. Her tone in her voice was not friendly with him when she was telling him to sit in the seat. And she said “keep crying, I’m not doing it.” As she walked away. I then was told next time I should make an appointment with a pediatric dentist because they don’t work with kids that cry. Which I didn’t know was a thing. I was just under the impression that if it was a family dentist, they would work with the entire family, including children. So then I grew frustrated that I had taken the time to go there only to find out at that point they didn’t work with children who cry. My son is 5!!! Of course when they go to a strange place that has an unwelcoming stranger telling him to sit in a chair with all kinds of intimidating tools next to it, he’s going to be afraid. I felt terrible because I took the frustration out on my son for crying, and then after reflecting realized that, that was irrational of me. All in all, I left there with my kids feeling completely humiliated and felt extremely judged for trying to have my son get his teeth cleaned at a place that didn’t treat crying kids. My son feels like he never wants to go to the dentist again, and I feel awful for not making the decision to leave immediately after I was given the impression that my child was a burden to someone’s work day for crying. Legit made me feel like crying when I sat and thought about the entire experience. I definitely will not be returning and wouldn’t recommend anyone with kids to even consider this place. And I wish they would’ve said they won’t work with children who are afraid at the time I scheduled the appointment, because I wouldn’t have even wasted the time to go and put us through that experience, or cause a disturbance to someone’s work day.

Yes biddulph family dental is very good place for dental work. If you have questions they get answered the ladies that set up the appointments will work around your schedule to accommodate you. Overall I would recommend this dental office to everyone

The only good thing they do here are cleanings. DO NOT GO HERE FOR ANYTHING ELSE. Rabady did TWO fillings on a tooth that fell out within a month both times. I wasn’t going back a third time. She doesn’t even wait long enough for the novacaine to kick in. I had to tell her to stop because she immediately started drilling and I could feel it!!! Not to mention they lie about having cavities just to get you to pay for fillings. I declined getting them “filled”. Fast forward a few months to me going to a new dentist & they tell me I don’t even have cavities that need filling!!!!! They also informed me that the tooth that had the filling fall out twice, now needs a crown because it was so poorly done! Don’t waste your time or money. Go elsewhere.

Refused to work on my daughters teeth due to her being nervous. Took a day off of work and lost out on money to have to deal with a dental place worse than hudec. We transferred here due to the poor service received at Hudec dental but at least Hudec never refused service and NEVER made me or my child feel the way we did with you. My child is 11 years old and scared of needles going into her mouth. YOU AS DENTIST SHOULD HAVE EMPATHY AND COMPASSION instead of insisting on not completing her work. Disgusted buy the actions of this place. Shame on all of you.

I am extremely disappointed in the way they handle business, you literally tell someone that you don’t have time to type out a letter that might I add should already be a default letter u send to confirm that the patients received all procedures to move on to the next steps with their dental care with other doctors such as Orthodontist, and you come out your mouth and say you don’t have time, well I got plenty of time to say not to go to this dentist office ever for nothing they are extremely unprofessional and then they tell u to come to a appointment 1hr early to fill out one paper and then make you sit and wait a whole hour after your appointment to even be seen and then everyone that came after you leaves before you. Eww I’m so disappointed in this so simple situation

All I can say is EXCELLENT!! I expect bad service these days but when it is good I want everyone to know. I have never been to a doctors office where 1) I get in on time 2) dont have to sit in the room waiting all day 3) has a staff this nice and 4) is very reasonable in price. I mean you can not beat $93.00 for a cleaning and x-rays! If you need a dentist you need to make this one yours!!

Receptionist on the phone was extremely rude. Tried to make an appointment to take care of my cavity, but was told that they didnt want my business. This is exactly what I plan to do. They need to hire better receptionist to take calls for appointments.

Took a quick look at my tooth and said he was sending me to oral surgeon at metro. He wasnt going to make enough money because of my insurance so billed my insurance for office visit n pushed me off to someone else. All about the money.

Apparently there have been some changes in the office staff that have made them extremely unorganized. After scheduling an appointment 2-3 months ago and planning an entire day around since all 4 of us are going they cancelled my appointment and never informed me. They stated I had a $60 balance so they cancelled the appointment without letting me know in advance...I paid the $60 on March 28th, you would just think that they would have a better way of tracking their clients information. Once I sent the Office Manager the receipt she offered to reschedule us but I am just really put off by the lack of professionalism and the lack of organization. Its a shame because I really liked Dr. Rabady she was great but the office sucks so unfortunately after 7-8yrs I will be looking for a new dentist. This is extremely unprofessional.

Ive been suffering ever since I went here for a simple extraction and got a bait and switch instead. I Was supposed to get a family discount too but they waited until after service to not honor it. I was deceived into buying a root canal and crown in one visit. I Did not know better that its a 2 visit procedure and the old foreign lady took advantage of that, spoke badly broken English and probably has fraudulent credentials. She did not numb me well/fully and wait long enough so I told her to wait longer but she started drilling anyways and I could could feel 100%. Did not remove entire root either but I felt the extreme pain of it being partially removed and almost jumped out of the chair. She was startled and said oops sorry and laughed because she was so sure she got it. Never removed it completely. Jaws got stuck open during the fill with 4 posts. Could not close it after and she asked whats the matter with you. I Tried to say I cant close my jaws. She got frustrated and slammed my lower jaw closed on the completed build up while an instrument was still in my mouth as well. I paid the pos in full with cash for the horribly done work and was told I need to come back to my surprise. I thought I was done being charged to be abused in a dental office but because the lady cant communicate right (very important) I balked at the come back appointment they set 30 days out. Did not return because of all the pain unnecessarily caused, deception, severe lack of communication and because I hate Hindu dentist frauds which are more common than youd think. The pos had the nerve to keep sending me an $80 bill forsomething for months after although I had a receipt that I paid in full and they had it on file. Should go back again for something and video document how bad her dental care is. I think she got her credentials with pliers on the streets in India. It was also before Halloween so the assistants had ridiculous costumes onMaybe the other MD is okay but definitely dont let that hindu lady near your mouth. She is the type of dentist to put a larger bill before your comfort and best interest. This wasnt even a she knows best for my sake issue. It was straight up greed and ignoring whats in the patients best interests.

STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. I needed a root canal about three years ago. Had to go back several times for them to fix what ever it was that they messed up the first time. The final time I went was when they told me they would have to pull the tooth. I left.Three years later and having pain from the same tooth. Went to a different dentist who told me that the tooth is able to be saved but must be done by an endodontist because the root canal was done improperly several times. Three years later. Not to mention my insurance coverage has changed in that three years and thus affects me from having this procedure fully covered.STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.I really hope the quack that performed on my tooth reads this so that she can know how bad she is at her profession.

I wish I could give negative stars. They did more damage then good. I was there last week and was brushed off and wasnt herd or taken seriously so now I sit in another dentist chair about to have a tooth extracted that could have been saved if they would have listened to me. The dentist was more concerned with making a mold for a partial over helping me with the issue that was causing me pain. I would like to go take out his front tooth and see how he feels about it. I need 4 fillings and one extraction today. Last week family dentistry said I didnt need anything but partials in the back. Dont go there if you want healthy teeth.

Biddulph Family Dental is amazing, except for the awful front desk. The front desk women are extremely rude over the phone and in person. Its a shame that they give such a bad first impression for a group of amazing dentist, dental assistants, and hygienists!

Honestly there were too many things bad to write about this place but right off the bat, the receptionists are so rude I would never return because of them alone. The dentist was very brief when answering my questions if at all. There was some drama going on behind the scenes and that was all the employees could talk about. Will not be returning.

Best staff ever! Everyone is so friendly there.
