This was by far the best experience I’ve had at a dentist. Dr. Castel took his time and explained everything he was doing. Linda was his assistant and she was very knowledgeable and was very pleasant.

In the middle of the pandemic on a Sunday, not knowing who I was, Dr. Castel was there for me for a dental emergency, so I decided to switch dentists and got my first cleaning there today. Him and Linda were very sweet, knowledgeable, and helpful! I highly recommend his practice, and will recommend him to my family and friends!

My visit with Dr. Castel was the best healthcare service I have ever received. Despite being a new patient, when an existing crown fell out on a Friday evening, Dr. Castel offered to come in the next day when the office was closed. This alone speaks volumes, but Dr. Castel went the extra mile during the visit itself.To start, Dr. Castel offered me my choice of an iced or a hot coffee that he picked up on his way in. Then throughout the visit, Dr. Castel could sense I was nervous about COVID safety and made sure to point out the precautions they had taken. The entire experience was as safe as it could have been, from the socially distanced waiting room to the individually wrapped pen to fill out forms to the THREE distinct filtration methods in each room (HEPA, Ionic, and UV after clients left). On top of all of these safety considerations, Dr. Castel was also religious about mask wearing and switching gloves when warranted.Finally, Dr. Castel has a wonderful bedside manner. On top of being very friendly, funny, and enjoyable to talk to, Dr. Castel is very considerate. At the start of my visit, I mentioned my husband gave me a ride and was in the parking lot. When we were waiting on the cement to set for my crown, Dr. Castel took it upon himself to introduce himself to my husband (at a safe distance) and give him an update on the timing of when I would be out. After my visit, Dr. Castel followed up with an email to make sure the crown was holding and no longer sore.All in all, I cannot recommend Dr. Castels services highly enough, and I am so grateful to my friend who recommended him to me in a dental emergency. My husband and I will continue to see Dr. Castel for all of our future dental needs.

I never feel rushed while I am here, they always take their time and listen to your concerns. Every experience is always a pleasant one! I first visited the office of Dr. Castel in July of 2019. I had neglected my teeth for about 20 years, and it showed. I finally was driven to find a dentist in the area due to horrible pain in a tooth and a necessary extraction. I was ashamed and afraid for a dentist or their assistant to see my mouth, but Dr. Castel and his assistant Lisa quickly quenched any shame or fear I had. They didnt berate me for not visiting a dentist in many years; they instead were just glad to have me there and were ready to help in any way they could. Dr. Castel performed the extraction flawlessly, and Ive gone back many times since for additional work and fillings. He also referred me to a fantastic oral surgeon for multiple extractions I needed.Dr. Castel is extremely personable, has a good sense of humor, and makes great small talk during your procedure to get your mind off of it. Its about as close to a pain-free dental experience you could get, and I dont dread my dental appointments, but instead feel very much at home in his office. If you are like I was and are putting off any necessary dental work because youre afraid of a judgmental dentist, I implore you to look no further than Dr. Castel. Hell get the job done without making you feel horrible about it.

Dr.Castle has been my dentist for a number of years now. He is very knowledgeable in his field as well as very Compassionate with his patients! I had an extraction on 11-8-2019.In short he did an excellent job and did a better more thorough job than one who specializes in extractions. Having 2 extractions in the last 2 months prior to seeing Dr. Castel, Dr.Castel on every level was the best.For myself, being thorough in a dental office is the key to a successful visit! We have been going to see Dr. Castel for 15 years with our family. The staff is amazing! Lisa always welcomes us and makes us feel at home as soon as we walk in the door! Dr. Castel takes the time to listen to our concerns and fully explain what he is doing. When our children were young, the entire staff was incredible with them, making them feel comfortable, easing their anxiety about coming to the dentist, and getting to know them personally to make a connection with them! When Taylor works with us she is always smiling and friendly, and takes amazing care of all us! Now our kids are adults and continue to come here for all their dental needs! Lisa is amazing, working with us to schedule appointments that fit our needs and assisting with any billing concerns that we may have.
