The staff and services at the Brooklyn Park Affordable Dentures is the absolute best! I got my first set of dentures there 15 years ago. I have had the best experience at THIS location every time! I had to go to a different location a few years ago for a new set of dentures....🙄 The quality and the care wasnt the same. The Brooklyn Park Affordable Dentures will continue to have my business.

This entire outfit should be reported to the American Dental Association. We purchased and spent 3500 for replacement dentures for my father. We returned 9 times, each time they make some kind of adjustment. Each time they got worse. I asked for a new impression to be made, they refused. They NEVER answer the phone, the place is filthy, and the people working in there are completely unprofessional. This is truly a ghetto doctor location

I had a wonderful experience and I would recommend affordable dentures and implants to everyone that needs dentures or a partial whatever you guys are excellent and my teeth turned out beautifully and I got the cheapest dentures that I could afford and they are so beautiful. I had my initial consultation yesterday. I’ve been to five dentists since I moved to Minneapolis. I was about to give up because every single dentist treated me like I was a problem, not a person. I was so discouraged. I read positive reviews of this place and decided to give it a try even though I was expecting more bad treatment by yet another arrogant dentist. I had a terrible experience at the Affordable Dentures in West St. Paul so I was skeptical that this location would be any different.I’m so glad I decided to give Dr. S and his team a try. From the moment I checked in, I felt welcome and wasn’t afraid to ask questions. Dr. S. was so kind and willing to explain everything to me more than once, because when I’m nervous I forget what people tell me almost immediately. With much relief, I was offered a treatment plan that I understood. I was so relieved that I told Dr. S right then and there that he was the most respectful dentist I had met since I moved here. He seemed genuinely surprised and responded that he believed he should treat every patient as if they are his brother or sister. I almost started crying. This whole saga with my teeth has been so demoralizing. To finally be treated with empathy and respect made me feel optimistic about my options for the first time in a decade.I haven’t even started the treatment plan yet, and I’m already leaving a rave review. And I’m not a person that normally bothers to leave a review. I go back in two weeks to start the terrifying process of getting new teeth, but I actually feel calm and ready. I honestly didn’t think that was possible. Highly recommend for anyone with intense anxiety who has been treated poorly by other dentists/denturists in the Twin Cities.

Affordable Dentures made the experience welcoming and comfortable. The receptionist, the dentist and assistant all made the process seamless. The care plan was clearly explained with no pressure and with reassurance of choice. The assistant was professional and reassuring doing impressions with expertise. Excellent experience.

Not good, infection persistsWhen I left that day the dentist failed to send over my prescriptions. So I didnt have meds for 2 days. He also failed to give me an emergency number to call if I had any problems. Which he said he would do but didnt. It was a Friday when I had it done so you can imagine the fear and pain I had. Its been nearly 3 weeks since extraction and Im still fighting an infection, so my experience wasnt good. Im going to have to see an oral surgeon and an infectious disease specialist to find out what actually happened or whats going on. I would not recommend. The dentist seems rushed and like he cares less about his patients. Also a woman was screaming at the front desk lady while I was having my extractions done. It made me feel very uncomfortable. She clearly wasnt happy either -was something about not releasing her records. That should have been a huge red flag for me as well. Something is not quite right about that place.

Had taken my father for some extractions. Clinic was clean, dentist was pleasant and overall experience was great. Pricing was good too. Would definitely take my dad here again to get his dentures when he’s ready as the pricing is very reasonable.

It was a surprisingly pleasant experience. They had a sign stating they were short staffed so I was expecting a long wait. It was maybe 10 minutes. The entire visit lasted less then an hour including x-rays, exam and plan with pricing. They were professional and polite. Most of all I felt comfortable having a conversation about my teeth with them and I have never been comfortable, ever, doing that. The pricing wasn’t bad. Some were as expected, some more than I expected. I would give them a five star rating if the pricing would have been better.

So far I am giving 5 stars very helpful! Very affordable, Cheri help me work it out so I could get it now and get what I wanted in 6 months. She is very cheerful! Very positive good at what she does. I am very excited to get my dentures. I was going to the UofM and it turned out to be a lot better prices here and really cares about your needs and wants!!! Thank you Cheri!!!

I have been to many dentists over the years and spent over $100,000 only to need more amd more work done. This was the first office that looking at my dental history came up with a plan to get me full functioning teeth and restored my ability to eat almost everything. Both dentists I worked with cared about me and the outcomes.

I felt the protocols for Covid were not safe. No shield on technician to protect self and client when in such close contact. Employee’s not covering nose with face mask. Had I known ppe protocol was not in place U would have went eksewhere

The people are amazing at tending to concerns...we are having troubles with my final set and the doctor is willing to do anything to make it right, even offering a location closer to me! All I can say is they want you to be happy too.

If you want to pay 3 grand for dentures that dont fit (fall off when smiling or talking, not just eating) get handed a tube of adhesive and sent on your way, this place is for you!

The cost is definitely good. But I was a bit surprised by the fact that theres not much privacy when it came to people there getting work done. I walked into the back from the waiting room and straight down the hall was a guy getting implants with no doors on any room u could see everything going on. it was not an ideal situation. I was a new patient so I was given the youngest most inexperienced dentist they had. He was really helpful, nice and seemed to know s bit. He just seemed rushed. He was talking like a million miles an hour. I just didnt get all the answers I was looking to get. And I didnt feel comfortable there

My teeth have been failing for it seems like ten years.Another day,week,year go by I kept putting off getting dental care.my mistake. had an infected toothache last couple weeks.made an appointment. got in next dayDr. Sim pulled that tooth quick and painless.its been 6 hours since I left the office. (left at 9 am)the numbing is gone I feel no pain .and at this time I dont feel the need to take Ibuprofen.I felt good about 1 pm had soup for lunch. went down easy and painless.Ill be getting the rest of my failing teeth pulled on my way to gettingmy first dentures at 57.I tried keeping my teeth as long as possible, pushing it. living with minor discomfort for years.I feel relief today with the tooth gone. goodbye tooth.I agree with the other reviews Dr. Sim and staff are Nice People.nice clean modern office. I am getting the snap-fit lower denture with a new upper.Cherry at the reception desk, is fantastic and doctor Sim and all of his helpers are very friendly and easy to talk to. This is not my first rodeo. I have been to many dentists offices where everybody knew everything I needed before I could say a word. They almost ran a cookie cutter operation. Everybody that came in left with dentures that looked identical to the other patients. Ive gone as far as bringing pictures into the office to show the dentist what I would like my teeth to look like. Instead, they gave me tiny teeth that look like they came out of the mouth of a 6 year old. Once I started with those, every dentist afterward followed the Impressions that the small teeth gave them and in spite of my pictures, I got the small teeth a second and a third time from three different dentists. Those small teeth also gave me about a half inch overbite and they all said thats perfectly normal. I never had an overbite when I had my god-given teeth. Theyve gone as far as saying those original teeth were wrong so theyre giving me the correct type of bite. I guess God didnt know what he was doing, dont you think.I believe Affordable Dentures is different. People are listening to my concerns. I think Im going to get my Donny Osmond Smile Back. I would recommend Dr. Sim to anyone needing complete dentures that will fit and look like your original teeth not just some teeth in a picture or in the dentists mouth.

My husband got his dentures in Rochester at affordable dentures, they cracked in the roof within 5 months of having them, then, 3 months later they cracked again...he has been back there a few times for adjustments because they were cutting into his gums and had to be shaved down. I, also got my partials there, and the woman that pulled my tooth was a butcher, and even as i screamed in pain because i could feel my tooth being pulled, she ignored me...she had no emotion at all. when she went to stick my temp partials in, they were to small so she pushed with all her might to cram them in my bloody stitched up mouth, that she literally ripped meat out of including the outside gums when she pulled my tooth...i had to wait a yr for my finals, and we had already paid for them...but now they left like a thief in the night..and i dont have them yet...since then, i have had to have 14 more teeth pulled...so now those finals, which i dont have, which we already paid for, will have to be replaced. They now have a new team in there, so i will see if they will honor the monies already paid for the finals i never got, and apply it to the new pair. Also, after i wait another year to get my finals with these new owners of the same place, I will make sure that the finished product, isnt another temp and is a true final.So i will give the new owners a chance, and give my review when finished and hope i can give them an A+. But, the other owner before , gets a double F-. I did not want to even give one star, but you have to in order to post!

Ive had dentures for 3 years that havent fit right but Alex has so far made my lower fit and this is the soft one that I went until the swelling goes down

Have had my final dentures less then 6 months, have already cracked twice. Would use my temporary set but they broke them without offering to fix or replace. For the amount of money spent this is completely disheartening. Tried to call and was told theres nothing they can do a bnb out it. Thats such a shame because I thought Dr. Sims did a good job at first. Well until they got the money then I was just another number for this company. Would not recommend at all for any cost.

I arrived right on time for my appointment after a 50 mile drive and thru rush hour traffic and checked in.And waited,And waited,And waited.After not hearing a word from the receptionist after more than an hour I got up and left....

I was embarrassed and anxious when I arrived, but starting with the receptionist Cherry, and continuing to the dentist Dr. Brad, everyone made it seem easy!Nobody at the clinic is embarrassed or anxious, they are just there to help you with your problem!

I make an 8am appointment days ago. I drive 5 hours from North Dakota, spend the night in a motel, and you have the call center give me 20 mins notice before my appointment that you aint coming to work today!?! Sorry for the inconvenience?!? Forget my napkins at the drive thru, thats an inconvenience, sell the last 12 pack of Pepsi, thats an inconvenience. Call me 20 mins before my appointment that I was able to drive 5 hours to be here and I made it but youre little tooshy might get cold its cold outside. Thats not inconvenience, that outright unfortunate...You live in Minnesota get used to it 10ply!!! I made it so can you!Luckily the other office in town isnt full of softy butts and showed up fo work!Its cold out.. Boo frickin hoo... Move to Florida!

I was there about a yr and a half ago, my partial broke within the first 6 months, they have now cracked yet again, went to a new place and they said oh you broke the temporary I said no those are my final and then they proceeded to show me what a permanent should look like. I was also told by the dentist there that it is illegal to pull teeth there is nothing wrong with and that was also a lie. Now I am in the process of getting a real pair of dentures, after paying over 3 grands the first time I get to pay it again, Do yourself a favor and go else where!!! Do NOT go here!
