I brought my 4 year old daughter in for her first dentist appointment the other day. I was blown away by the staff and their dedication to making me and my daughter feel welcome and comfortable. A special shout out to Dr., Shana, and especially Amy for their gentleness and hospitality.

Today my son was in a lot of pain and even though we had not been to Sandpiper in awhile they still had all of our information and got him in as a priority. Dr. Dave has always been amazing! I brought my kids here as they were growing up and as they got older I have left it to them to get their appointments made, which they are not always good at. I appreciate all that Sandpiper has always done for us and are very easy to work with. My daughter and I had a wonderful first time visit at Sandpiper today. The atmosphere is so cozy, and the staff was super nice and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this place very nice people and took there time looking at my teeth and asking me questions a dentist has never asked me about my mouth. I have been a patient at Sandpiper Dental since the beginning. I was the first patient with Dr. Glen Anderson in 1960 or 61. When Dr. Glen went downtown and Dr. Waite took over, I stayed. Now that Dr. Dave has taken over, Im still there. Why, the people there are great. I had trouble with an impacted tooth. I couldnt sleep all night. I waited till 8:00 in the morning to call Dr. Waite at home. He said why did you wait so long. You could have called me earlier. That is why I am here. Thats the kind of people that you find at Sandpiper, whether it is the dentists, their assistants, or the dental hygienists, they are all top of the line. If they werent would I have been a patient going on 60 years. The answer is obvious. John

I will not recommend this place to anyone of my friends and family. ( Sandpiper Dental in Brooklyn Park, MN) Very unprofessional receptionist so called office manager. I will not be going back for any services after being treated like I am nobody. I was told by the receptionist (Shann) (you and your family are are not welcome here) all this because i told not to bill me twice after you bill my insurance my insurance covers almost all the bill causes i have dual insurance. I am calling both my insurance company and state about insurance fraud.

I absolutely love this dentist and his employees! That says alot because I have alot of anxiety about having dental work done. I highly recommend this group because they have helped me through many dental procedures with speed and ease!

Thoughtful care and encouragement to do better

I was in need of 3 dental implants and I was not financially able to afford them, I was so desperate that I was even looking at dental tourism as an option. Luckily, some good fortune came my way and I came across a Groupon deal for dental implants at Sandpiper dental. I was a little skeptical at first because it was Groupon. However, in the end I decided to give it a try. In the end, it proved to be the best decision that I made. The Dr.Waite was really great and very knowledgeable; he took the time to explain everything and disclosed all the important facts including pain and discomfort that would be involved. They then put all 3 implants in one appointment without requiring a lot of my time. During the procedure there was no pain that I experienced not even after. Following the next couple months of healing and a few appointments Dr.Waite was able to than install the tops of the implants of my great new teeth. The overall experience was great from the staff to the procedure they were all friendly and accommodating. If you are looking for a place filled with staff that care about your teeth and know what they are doing. This is the place to go to. There was no bleeding, no pain, and a very short healing time to get not one but all 3 implants in. I found this place by chance, and Im extremely grateful that it worked out the way that it did. Some organizations such as these are notorious for screwing over patients with unnecessary wait times, painful procedures, and a extremely long process towards the end result. Dr.Waite was a knowledgeable professional who took the time to get to know me, make me feel comfortable, and give me 3 amazing implants.
