I called with the hopes of using my expired Groupon (for the purchase value) and was told by the staff Id be charged a fee of $15 and an additional $20 for the expired coupon. When I explained that this is not the Groupon policy she reiterated that this is what her manager told her and would not budge. I will not use my Groupon nor will I ever consider doing business here.

Service is awesome, but POOR COMMUNICATION!I love this place very much and recommended it to all my friends. So this rating is not for the massage therapists. They are awesome. I would give them five stars if google review lets me make the review separately.I found a discount on Groupon yesterday(Attached picture will show) and after the discount the 60 min body massage(tuina) is $45.6. So I called this place, the girl who answered the phone said you can just take a screenshot and we will do price match for you. This morning, I came to this place. The service was wonderful, but something happened when I was paying the fee. We were having conversation as below.Cashier(A guy. The cashier is usually a sweet girl before, she is super nice. I mentioned this because I dont want people get confused): Hows your massage?Me: Good. I have a screenshot of Groupon. Can you help me do price match?Cashier: Yea. Your total is $51.Me: wait. is it $45.6? See, this is the price I saw on Groupon. (I showed him the picture)Cashier: it is for the foot and body combo. (I got confused now, cuz on my screenshot, it mentioned it is for 60 minutes body massage. I am pretty sure about that)Me: No. It is not. See it here. (Show him again)Cashier: No, it is for the foot and body combo( Then he said it many times)Since I have something else to do, I dont want to talk about this and stay here any longer.Me: ok, fine. what price you think it should be?Cashier: $51.Me: Fine. (And I gave him $70. He gave $19 back).I gave him $4 for the tips( I was not happy now, so I dont want to give the 20% tips as what I did before).He accepted the money without thanks and suddenly he said if you feel the service is good next time, please give more tips.Now I was getting very MAD. Then I said I could give more tips, but I am so mad about his attitude.***Then the cashier said what this matter with the massage therapist?***(His words made me never ever want to go this place again!)Me: I am paying $55 in total, $45.6 for the service, $10 for the tips. You as an owner wants to get more money. Then all I can do is to pay less tips. Why I want to make both you and your employee happy, but not making myself happy?Cashier: it is for the foot and body combo. (He said it again!!!)Me: No, it is not. I showed him again that picture and read all the sentences and final price on that picture.He finally admitted that is is $45.6 and he said ok, $10 will be the therapists tips.I came here for relax, but I left without any joy. What a horrible experience!

The decor, the music, the staff, the massage therapist are top notch. It was easy to call and book an appointment. I got there and was really impressed by the clean, spaciousness and the way it was set up. I also provided feedbacks on small things and they will implement them. Overall great experience.

This place is simply an oasis — great tuina technique and peaceful environment.My friend and I went for the 60 min Tuina with hot stone and the massage started very on time and went for a solid 60 min without any disturbance. Our therapists Cici and Sam were very professional and responsive. They asked us many times if the pressure was alright and they would change accordingly (you can choose to have conversations during the massage but you don’t need to! Blessing for me being antisocial). The vibe is great — those alpha wave music just calms you down and everything looks cozy and clean. One tip is that do not forget to screenshot a good price from Groupon and they will do price match. Will definitely come again! And very soon!

Reflexologists really know what theyre doing. Have had all treatments given at different times and all have been best ever. Its clean and prices are good, especially for what you get.

I have been a regular customer for a year and a half and I absolutely love it! I have been to spas all over the country traveling for work and this is definitely my favorite. My favorite massage therapist is Lucy. I get the foot massage often because I stand at work for 12 hours a day and she does such an awesome job. She’s accommodating to all my special needs like a pillow under my back and light pressure. I would definitely recommended this place and Lucy! Everyone is very professional and the lady that works the front counter is very friendly and kind. It’s always very clean and feels very safe in the current covid world we live in.

This place is great! Boho chic vibe. Very open floor plan with hanging curtains. I got foot reflexology and chair massage and both were excellent.

Nice, relaxing atmosphere, friendly and humble staff. The foot spa includes a full body massage with clothes on. However, they can run their hands inside your top to message from neck until the end of your shoulder blades. I got the massage done by a man. He was respectful and didnt make me feel uncomfortable. The massage is very basic. The pressure on the back was a bit too much for me. Theyll tone it down if mentioned. However, language can be a bit of a barrier. Got some rashes on my legs later; I had shaved my legs before the session. It probably added to the rashes+my sensitive skin. I think its better to mention any injuries or sensitivity to receptionist beforehand as itll be hard to communicate to the masseuses with the language barrier.

This place is great... Definitely a hidden gem, and worth every penny!

The massage was absolutely wonderful and the atmosphere in the place is serene.I had to share the room with one other person who was getting a massage at the same time, which was a little awkward.At the end of the massage they (the masseur and the lady who came over from the front desk) asked if I wanted half an hour more for a body massage. 30USD more was called ‘special discount for you’, while this is the standard price.When I paid, there was a lot of very explicit pressure to give a tip, done in such a way that it made me uncomfortable.

Love this place! Its very relaxing and clean. Everyone is very nice. This the first time coming here and had the best experience. The person that I had was really really good. Always checking if it was to hard and making sure that I was ok. I will definitely be going back.

This is one of my favorite places for foot reflexology.Typically, I try to get an appointment rather than walking in. Ive managed to get same day appointments on a few occasions which is great. The waiting area is small but cozy. If you opt for a foot reflexology, you get to choose which herb mix you would like in your foot soak. Personally, I havent found a difference using one or the other but the booklet is fun to browse through.Here, a one hour foot reflexology session also involves a body work massage, clothes on. A couple times, I felt the pressure was too much on my back so now I make sure to clearly specify my preferences. I ask for a mild massage (I dont like to be sore after!) and no back. Language can be a barrier with the massage therapist, so it might be better to let the front desk know before your massage begins.Ive had some great relaxing massages here especially after a long activity-filled day. The work they do on your feet really makes you feel rejuvenated. Pro tip: Carry a big bottle (reusable. Because why not?!) of water with you, for hydration post massage! Walked in on a Saturday after seeing them on Groupon. Took me right away and got the reflexology /bodywork combo. The entire hour was amazing! My body felt free of aches and pains right after and even better today! I’ll definitely be back.

Massage itself wasnt bad, it was ok. I went here because it is nearby. I put 3 because receptionist insisted to leave more tips, which is a bit weird.
