I did an Ayurvedic Consultation at this school last summer. I went into it not knowing a lot about Ayurveda, and I left with a few really tangible ways to modify my daily routine and diet (e.g. putting less ingredients in my smoothies, cooking veggies for salad instead of eating all raw ones, etc.) and with a desire to learn even more about the science! The space was clean and cozy, the Ayurvedic Health Counselor I met with was super easy to talk to, and her follow-up was very much appreciated.
