Careless customer service: I waited more than 2 months for my appointment to be informed by letter few days before my consultation that it was canceled. When I called to reschedule, the front desk assistant said the only thing they could do was to offer me another data in 4 months. When I asked then to be referred to another eye doctor, she suggested me to find it somewhere else.

Impossible to get a prescription for contacts; After my doctors appointment just before the lockdown, I called for a prescription of the trial lenses I received. The first few times the doctor wasnt available, after that they were no longer able to find me in their system (as if Id never been there). I was never demanding or unfriendly despite initially being given the run-around; front-desk staff is not unfriendly, but also not helpful either (and seems unwilling to figure out the situation).

Dr. Erman did cataract surgery on me a month ago. Since then I have had double vision and I am not able to work. He cannot give me any answer for what went wrong with this highly perfected surgery. My last appointment he told me there was nothing else he can do for me and he ran like a little boy, I guess I will see you” my friend!
