The front desk at Boston Obgyn is completely useless. I called them to confirm my existing appointment and learnt that they messed up that which happened to me there before. When I was trying to solve the issue with Jenny , she did not help me at all. She just remained silent.I assume she is a really great doctor but I was not able to test that assumption due to repeated mistakes made by front desk.
