I saw Dr. Wang for a skin cancer check a while back. She was extremely thorough. Very good bedside manor and explained everything in a respectful way. She found a couple of things which turned out to be skin cancers, and she was able to treat them in her office. I was very anxious at first about the procedures but she did a great job of keeping me calm and explained everything to me along the way. I felt very comfortable with her and my scars have healed very nicely without any issues. I had some questions after procedure and she called me back personally after hours to address my concerns. She is kind, professional, and caring. Over all Im extremely happy with the care I received. Highly recommended!

I dont know why Doctor Wang tries to rush through things every time. I waited for my appointment for over two months and she did the whole face checking for only 10 mins. The prescription and solution she gave did not even help at all. Idk what to say about her professionalism. A person seems nice but not very helpful at all.

I was seen at this practice for the first time for a skin check in late May 2021 as I have a history of skin cancer. I saw a dermatologist named Dr. Wang. I was shocked by the cursory nature of her exam. It was not thorough, and I had no confidence that if I did have anything suspicious, that she would have noticed it with the extremely rushed exam she performed. When I expressed to her that the exam did not seem thorough, she said that she was sorry that I felt that way, and proceeded to peer at me for another couple of minutes and then to assure me that everything was fine. When I was a medical student, there was a joke that when WNL was recorded on the physical exam, which was supposed to stand for Within Normal Limits, it more accurately stood for We Never Looked. I was charged a $150 co-pay for this pro forma exercise. I will not be returning to this practice.

EXPERIENCED, KNOWLEDGEABLE, COMPASSIONATE PROFESSIONALS. APPOINTMENTS ARE ON TIME AND I NEVER FELT RUSHED. I HAD THE DOCTORS FULL ATTENTION AND IT RELIEVED MY ANXIETY.

Was a long time patient with Dr. Rockoff going back to the early 2000s. Had very good success with laser treatments for hyperpigmentation. As time went on when making appts with Rockoff, I was treated by his staff. Even after I requested to be seen by Rockoff. Trusting his staff was catastrophic to my health which affects me negatively every day. Physician Asistant ( Meghan Webb) performed a dangerous procedure on my face ( electrodessication) which permanantly scarred my face, and caused nerve damage.They misrepresent and lie. Destroy lives.

We went here to celebrate my fiances birthday and it was absolutely wonderful. Along with the baths, we also sprung for a 45 minute massage-- it was definitely one of the best massages Ive ever had in my life!

Great practice-understanding and helpful. Megan Webb is a super and caring clinician!

I see Megan Webb once a year for my annual skin check, and I have to say I have never had a physician so warm and caring. I only see her for maybe 15 minutes once a year, but I always feel like Im meeting an old friend. She always takes the time to explain things to me and answer my questions, and I love going to see her. Ive never said that about going to the doctor before!The front desk staff is also great. I left my cell phone behind at my last appointment and the receptionist came running out to the street to catch me and return it, with a friendly See you next year! Highly recommend The Rockoff Center and Megan Webb.
