On April 20th I scheduled an appointment for May 21st and was told by woman on the phone that they would call me if any issues arise.I called today as I had not heard anything and I was told they do not take my insurance. Considering I was told they do take my insurance back on April 20th this comes off as a major mistake and makes me think the staff is Incompetent.Please triple check if you make an appointment with this office or simply go elsewhere.

Creepy old man with no appropriate bedside manners as a doctor. Kept wanting to chat with me instead of examining my skin, asked me if I was married and if I’m “always cute like this”...I mean if you want to be harassed by a doctor, I guess he’s the guy...Now I have to go to another doctor who can actually give me a proper body scan, and of course pay a co-pay again...

The doctor is great very helpful and friendly. He has certainly made my second run of accutane much more pleasant than my first run. Although, I must give his office a 4 Star as his office is hard to reach other than Monday or Tuesday

I was really disappointed how rushed I felt. I mean if I could justify paying the Doctor $450 for my visit (Ill lay the heavier blame on my insurance) I would, but Im extremely disappointed. I know little to nothing on rosacea. I got diagnosed, written a prescription, then told to come back in six weeks. He wouldnt have even told me about skincare regimen if I didnt ask. I literally just felt rushed and then I was out in 10 minutes or less. Now Im stuck with a huge bill and frustrated I have to resort to the internet to figure out how to deal with rosacea outside of slathering on a prescription cream. If I knew, I wouldnt even bother agreeing to pay such an expensive non visit. The only supposed comfort I was given was to call if I have any questions. I would have given one star but I gave two because at least they were nice.
