Dr swerdlick is a amazing dentist ,cares for his patients. Does great work. The receptionist on the other hand. I ended up coming out of pocket because she didnt check my insurance. I found this out a day after I had my cleaning done an had to pay cash.Not good .

35 years after my first appointment with Dr. Swerdlick, I keep hoping that he will remain happy in practice—-he’s a soup to nuts professional, and has done right by me from the get-go through the present.

In addition to all his years of experience as a dentist, Dr Swerdlick is very personable. His sense of humor should help put a nervous patient at ease.

Best cleaning I’ve had in a while. The dentist is actually the person who cleans your teeth!

I have used Dr. Swerdlick and I have always been happy with his services and the job he has done. If anyone has written a bad review on here they are obviously niot correct and a hater.

Horrible, Horrible!! After confirming the appointment twice and ensuring he knew what the problem was - arrived at the dentist office (due to traffic I was 15 minutes late, however I called to let them know). As I arrive after leaving work early and driving an hour, he informs me that he cant fix my tooth because it does not have enough time plus it is late in day. WHAT??? Why would you schedule an appointment at 4pm if you dont have time to fix my tooth? Now, I wasted a week for getting my tooth fixed, plus an hour drive, plus having to leave work early.

At first I had the same opinion as the other reviewers. After I lost a filling on the upper right side, he really f***ked up. He took a full mold/impression of my mouth for the tooth (later my latest dentist said that method is OLD SCHOOL. He rolled his eyes and chuckled.When Dr. S prepared the base of the tooth, I was in complete agony! The pain never went away after a few injections. My teeth are somewhat sensitive so I didnt consider that Dr. Swerdlick was incompetent.The cap he installed did not fit correctly. He never billed the insurance company because he knew I would get wise to him. I returned several times to Dr. S. because my gum was bleeding around the cap. Finally, Dr. S said I had gingivitis; he sent me to a periodontist for a full gingivectomy. The periodontist didnt think I had a serious problem other than the lousy cap.Dr. S. did refund the entire cost of the cap. I did complain to the MA Dental Board, but I never heard from them! (Shocked, totally shocked).If youre going to get more than routine care, I would NOT recommend Dr. Swerdlick!
