I am a new patient (two visits and one filing in) and I am so grateful. Allowing someone to stick sharp metal objects in your mouth is never easy, but Dr. Longo is absolutely amazing. Her rapport, her skill, her commitment to her craft are all 5 stars. It has been hard for me to find a dentist I could trust. I am so glad the search is over.

Dr. Maria Longo, DMD, is remarkable in her expertise, in her focus on what is important, and her techniques. For example, keeping up with technology Recently I had anesthesia ( for one molar ), provided by guided computer technology. She has the ability to have the wider perspective about the patient as a person. Also about how the specific work she is about to do fits into the broader perspective of the patients total mouth health. Dr. Longos referral to an outstanding periodontist, Dr. Milagros Serrano, is also improving my challenges. Dr. Longos staff is attentive, well informed, helpful. In addition I recently had the privilege to be treated by her at the same time hearing her teaching a new assistant. Impressive how Dr. Longo kept her focus on my mouth, while diligently coaching. It is exactly as an excellent University Medical Center teaches. I moved to Boston 3 years ago, most of my doctors are at Tufts. I am also familiar with teaching models because I have been Ph.D. faculty in a medical school in another city for 50 years.
