Employees are all involved in illegal pill distribution & abuse pain pills

This place is a horrible place to put any relatives. Not enough CNA’s for the halls. Which means their not getting the proper care they deserve. And all the people that are putting a lot of stars don’t really know what’s going on there obviously

We moved our mother out of the facility within several days of her being admitted. One of the nights when mom called to go the restroom the staff person that came in grabbed the buzzer and threw it across the room and told mom no more peeing. Mom was not treated well at all. The staff persons name was reported to be Tiffany. Shame on her and the way that mom was treated while at the facility. Our fear was that if mom had stayed at the facility she would have passed earlier because of the way that she was being treated. The facilitys mission statement of a loving, caring environment is misleading because that is not what our mom experienced.

My husbands grandmother was a resident here 20 years ago. Now my husbands mother is a resident here. I dont know what is driving these awful reviews because it is clean, it doesnt smell, the caregivers are wonderful, the food is excellent, and the residents themselves will give you glowing reports of their caretakers. My mother-in-law had hospice called in almost immediately. Our family has never been treated with anything other than absolute respect and dignity and our loved ones with great care and concern. They have bent over backwards to accommodate our requests. _ P. Sorensen

I am very pleased with the care my Mother received here.The staff cared about her deeply and did the best they could to make her stay comfortable and enjoyable. I recommend the Broken Arrow Nursing Home to anyone looking for a place to put their loved one who needs special care.

My family and I have had nothing but the best service from Broken Arrow Nursing Home. The administration and staff foster a community of passionate caring, and we could not be happier with the support we have been given. Theres a reason that this facility has been family owned and operated since the 1950s - the bespoke care and personal touch is something that you would not get from a cold, large healthcare provider. If you are thinking of a household for your loved one look no further than the Broken Arrow Nursing Home. Would recommend!

Do NOT send your love one here! The owner and DON are full of BS and are only in it for the money! We have had a nightmarish time getting my mother on hospice. The nursing home didnt want to take her off her medication and do comfort care. They wanted another month of cash from us! Disgusting how they have treated our whole family. We finally moved her to a hospice house, where she is comfortable and it doesnt smell! This place should be ashamed of themselves!

It have ROACHES all over the place. Im just being, real honest.... Joes apartment when the lights goes off at night. I mean I have seen ROACHES before but...My damn. So many that even if you step on a few, your not cutting down on the population at all.

Do NOT work here or send your LOVED ones here. i have a friend that works there & when i last visited my grandma they had kitchen aids working the CNA FLOOR. when I come on the weekends nurses are passing meds & working the floor. administration is hateful to employees in front of family members. they can’t hire people to do their jobs. residents sitting in their feces, to the point family members or kitchen staff is asking who their nurse it because it’s so bad. this place is being ran into the ground.

I have nothing but good things to say about this facility! The staff do their jobs to the best of there ability, are very much on top of the care of there residents, and caregivers needs and or may need moving forward. I know because im going through it with them. And have been for 6months couldnt be more Thankful for there knowledge and compassion dealing with this process. I wished I knew now what I didnt know then and taken control moms care plan a lot sooner. I would have brought her here a lot earlier. So she could of enjoyed more of the social interaction with people from her generation a lot sooner. The physical, educational, entertaining, and creative activities the facility has to offer the residents to engage in and enjoy, things I know mom has always loved to be a part of and do. Although this process is not easy for me, being on the same page with moms care plan, im glad im not alone on this journey with mom. ❤

Horrible prison Broken Arrow Nursing home is. They want to drug residents up then keep them in bed. Stinks, everything in this place is old. Family owns so forget about making a complaint. Needs to be forced to shut down. Had to give a star or it would have been zero.

I tried to do a review with no star but it wouldnt let me. Place is so unprofessional n smells horrible . No one is helpful when trying to get information. Its like a dump there
