The employees do great with welcoming every member on entry and keeping the place generally clean. The welcoming faces are great, but a clean workout area to which the weights are racked when finished being used is better. I’m here to do work, not my workout plus the workout of putting other peoples weights up. Thankfully there is an employee like Christian that’s always actively racking up other members weights. If it wasn’t for that, I would definitely be going to another location or a new gym.

This gym is home for me! Everyday I get to watch people achieve their goals and better their lives! The gym is a safe place for people to come and better their selves! The staff is what makes this place, and the cleanliness of the gym! Job well done!

Amazing gym. As soon as I walk in, I am greeted. Staff is always helpful if I have any questions. Kids Fun Zone is great, I can focus on my workout knowing my child is safe and having fun with other kiddos. Great amenities, staff is always cleaning and making sure machines are working right. If you are looking for a gym 10GYM is the BEST Gym!

The trainer, Timothy, is always super excited to be at the gym, and very knowledgeable about aspect of working out. Gave great tips on nutrition, lifting, and personal health and knew all of the answers to every question I had! Super nice, and down to earth personality as well! 10/10 would recommend this place to all of my family and friends just for the trainers in the gym. Love this place!

Don’t go here unless you never want to cancel your membership. They will give you the run around to keep taking your money. It’s taken almost two months to cancel and it’s still not fully taken care of.

Joined yesterday with my friend. Thank you 10 Gym for taking the time to answer all of our questions and explaining the memberships. We loved how clean the whole place was and during our tour we saw employees cleaning even more. Very impressive! Really excited that they have a variety of classes. Excited to start!!

It’s a decent deal, often times find it crowded which really is to be expected. It would be nice if they would update some areas a bit more quickly than they do. Overall decent experience. Fixing the steam sauna in the men’s locker room would be excellent.

I love this location!! It has EVERYTHING! It is not 24 hours ALL the time though… it IS fairly cheap to sign up, yet there is the $50 fee after 60 or 90 days.. The pool & facilities here are AWESOME!! However, if you are very self conscious, this gym from some staff & patrons, are VERY judgmental. I go to Planet Fitness as well for the TRUE 24/7, & it is very much relaxed than here..

Staff at the gym are outstanding. There are some of the nicest people. Every time I come in they show me nothing bust respect and care towards me. If I have any questions or concerns they try to answer it the best way possible. I really do appreciate their services. I have been in other gyms but this is the best one by far. I would truly recommend them for sure. Megan is doing a great job as a manager. I truly appreciate her for everything she does. Every time I come to the gym she always has a smile I her face. She is a full of joy and she is the reason why I signed up for a membership. She explained everything to me about payments and what privileges I had with my membership. So if your looking for a gym this is the one I recommend that you choose.

My wife & I decided to take up membership at 10 gym by way of her Auntie already having a membership. The staff is always eager to help. Although, I wish there was more privacy in the mens locker room. Im not a fan of changing my clothes out in the open. The pool could use some extra cleaning especially on the weekends. Sometimes it gets kinda nasty.

This is a great gym if you like the feeling of working out in someone’s old basement and if you never ever want to cancel your membership. We signed up for the no contract membership and they gave us a big run around when we tried to cancel and they are still trying to charge us an annual maintenance fee even though we only went once and canceled a week later. This is a VERY shady gym.

Place looks like it hasnt been painted or renovated since 1988. And they wont let you cancel your membership here. Bunch of cheats.

We enjoyed LA Fitness but our experience at 10 Gym far exceeds LA Fitness.Megan at 10 Gym in Broken Arrow is a standout. She greeted us by name on our second visit. She always has a smile and a positive attitude. Also Kyle, our trainer is a pleasure to work with. He knows his stuff and helped us formulate a plan based on the goals we want to achieve.You must check out 10 Gym. You won’t be disappointed.

10 gym is a wonderful place to workout. This place have an amazing organization and the customer service is the best ever. Sophia at the front desk is a lovely kind of person, always willing to help. Their equipment is more than enough, there is always the right one for every single task. You can find everything you need to keep your body in shape. 100 % recommended.

Everyday I’m greeted with nothing but the best attitudes. This gym has great management and great friendly members as well. Gym looks real nice and clean with nice equipment and real clean pool and locker rooms. They did a great job helping me get signed up and communicated my access real well. I always look forward to coming in everyday.

Terel and Timothy have been extremely encouraging and knowledgeable and have helped encourage me and make me feel that I can reach my goals. Staff is awesome! They great you by name every time you come in and they are always cleaning! For 22 dollars a month you can’t beat having access to a pool, saunas, unlimited group classes like yoga and Zumba, and you can use all locations and bring a guest! Thank you 10gym BA for making such a clean and comfortable environment so all I have to focus on is my workout!

I have been a member for 12 years at 10 Gym. I have found the facility to be clean and well maintained. Most of the staff is professional and those who werent professional are not employed there for long. Gym10 cares about their members satisfaction and happiness.

Best gym for the money! The staff is always friendly, helpful, and cleaning the equipment making sure its a sanitary environment. Along with the vast weight equipment they have tanning beds, a pool, a sauna, and one of our favorites Hydro massage beds. Would definitely recommend!

I love this location! I got the preferred membership so I could try some different locations and this is my favorite. Im not as young as I used to be and the whirlpool is the best way to loosen up after working out. Staff is always friendly and helpful and that has been true at every location Ive tried!

Weve been members since 1996, back almost to when it was Broken Arrow Racketball club. Have never considered going anywhere else. Staff is always willing to help and any issue ever encountered has always been quickly addressed.

JUST WORKOUT AT HOME! They don’t give you proper information. They will lie to you about their training and you will end up being scammed by Lighthouse Fitness. I was lied to about the cancellation process as well. They’re awful and keep taking your money.

The wet sauna is disgusting and it’s defective with no warning sign to tell anyone where the steam is going to shoot out from. They have poor customer service.

I workout here every day and I love it! Megan and David call me by name and always help me out. They are always cleaning too which is nice!

They have everything you need to get fit at 10GYM. The staff is extra friendly and they are always cleaning making sure that all the equipment is sanitary. They also have aerobics classes, child care, a pool, sauna, tanning beds, and hydro massage beds! What more could you ask for!

Not fair that they have a sauna in the womens locker room and they keep the one in the mens locked at all times. Does our money not cover repairs or something been here 4 years and nothing has been done.

New experience for me... They take the Covid thing serious with sanitizer and cleaning supplies everywhere. The facility is clean and welcoming. I enjoy going and get greeted as soon as the door opens to enter the building. Plenty of parking but the road work makes it hard to get into the parking lot. Would be nice for an alternate entrance from the other cross street.

Most excellent staff I have ever seen run a gym, I believe the manager, Megan is one of the most personable and kind person! Great looking gym with lots of equipment that the staff ensures is clean throughout the day. Would recommend this gym to anyone looking for a great workout and a gym with great staff!

10 Gym BA offers a variety of group fitness classes, and Dianna Brown’s are the best, especially pump. I’ve gone to her classes for at least the last ten years and I’ve also hired her in the past for my personal trainer when I needed to reach a specific goal. Her classes are tough, but she always shows options for your level of health or experience. She’s fun, positive, challenging, and motivational, and you will see results if you follow her advice. Dianna’s classes have a lot of camaraderie. She’s helped me personally with food choices, encouragement, and advice on different health issues, even recommending I seek medical opinions when necessary. You won’t be disappointed with her classes, but get there early! They fill up fast. And be prepared to feel it the next day! 💪🏼

Dont be taken advantage of by their deceptive marketing. This is the kind of marketing that gets you in trouble.$10 No Contract? Thats what their website says in big bold words. My ass. I come home for Christmas break for 2 weeks. I need a place to workout so I come in to sign up for a month membership, thinking its $10 since I see their signs, ads, and flyers literally everywhere. Guess what, they tell me its actually $45 if I want to sign up a month. And what about the dime signup fee they have signs up everywhere? Well, thats for the $20/month plan, not the regular one! Why dont you say all that on the flyers so people dont waste their time?People see your signs and go in there just to be hit with hidden fees left and right. Nothing but a bait. The gym is already crowded so. I could barely find a parking spot coming in. So why do you feel the need to get people to sign up by deceiving them? You should be ashamed of yourselves for lying to people for profit.Im seriously thinking about reporting this organization to the BBB. This kind of marketing should be wipe out wherever it is seen.

I absolutely love this facility! The staff is so friendly and always willing to help or answer any question that you have! The equipment is always kept clean and functional. They have so much to offer including a POOL!! Which personally is my favorite part! 10/10 would highly recommend this gym to everyone!

I wrote a bad review on the Norman ten gym. Saying be forwarded how difficult it is to get out of a contract with them they have huge late fees etc. Karen who claims to be the Corprate Vice President called me to ask me about my bad review I explained to her why I wrote it and she just kept saying well it’s in our contracts etc I said don’t brag about how many loop holes you have. I cussed her out after she refused to acknowledge that when someone walks up to the front counter to cancel their membership that it should be that easy to just click an unsubscribe button she continued to explain how it’s her right etc to run her gym with as many stipulations as she wants.

10Gym BA has a great environment and is a very welcoming gym family! There is a large variety of machines so there is no wait. The staff is extremely warm and friendly, always greeting people with a smile & willing to help!Also, their monthly rates can’t be beat! Super low and include many amenities!

I’ve taken classes for years with Dianna. She always challenges us to be our best, do more, but be safe. I always know she has our best interest in mind when she teaches. I love her classes!The gym also has plenty of equipment to use if you want more than classes. And the staff has been really great!

Love this place! Super clean. Friendly staff. Always updating equipment. Now they have items for CrossFit. Classes have lots of people but not overly crowded. What I love most though is staff is always cleaning and keeping things looking great! For $10 or $20/month this is a great value! Highly recommend!

I give Dianna 5 stars for her classes and commitment to her clients! I’ve taken her classes for years from boot camp to kick boxing -she’s amazing! She’ll challenge you each time and give you a complete workout from start to finish. Super knowledgeable about fitness, mechanics of movement, and nutrition! Love her!!!

Great gym, very clean, every machine you could want and I love the classes. I attend Heavy Pump, boot camp and light pump with Dianna. Amazing instructor....if you want to change your body/health attend her classes. She will work your butt off or build you one whatever you need!!! Love her and her classes!!!!!

Ive been a member at this location since 2018 and so far I have no complaints. The employees are outstanding and Ariel and Edwin do a great job at keeping the facility in tip top shape. Definitely recommend the gym if youre looking for an affordable cost.

I had the BEST experience at this location today.I’m new to the area and needed to get a new home gym so I stopped by this location to JUST get a tour/check it out.I was taken care of by one of the managers there named Ariel. I’ve never experienced such OUTSTANDING customer service before.She was quick, very polite, and had me in and out with all questions answered within 10 minutes. I’m very happy with my decision of joining this gym!Thank you Ariel!

Love the classes with Dianna and Melinda, instructors have great knowledge and personalities. Their classes are always challenging so you leave feeling like you got a great workout but you always get options to modify if its too challenging! These ladies are so forthcoming and nice that they make it a point to build a relationship with you, they literally become your friends so coming to their classes is never a hassle! Not to mention that they inspire you to be a better version of yourself and thats what Im looking for when I go to 10GYM.

I love going to 10 gym for the bootcamp, interval, and pump classes that are all taught by Dianna Brown. Dianna has positive energy and a very skilled trainer. Her classes are a challenge for me in a good way. She makes sure that each person gets the best workout for them. She is a great motivator and encourages everyone to work at their own pace. I love going to 10 gym and workout with Dianna.

Yesterday my sister and I went as guests. The staff acted like they never seen a black person before, not welcoming. The members were all so nice! They assisted in finding equipment, since we were not given the tour youre supposed to get..... but the gym was very clean and nice. The childcare staff was very pleasant!

I love the pool the water Arobic class done by Angela She has more motivation than any other class. She plans her class and has the best music. I wish she has more than 2 classes a week. Please consider more classes with Angela. Some of the guys are now coming to her classes due to the workout is great. I have enjoyed her class and will continue to recommend her as the best. When I get done with Angela I feel so inspired and happy. I wish your other classes could be like hers.
