Started coming here every week and Im enjoying my workouts!

Always clean. Nice temperature when working out. And the massage chairs or water massages are a plus after a nice workout. Love the people counter so I know how busy they are and they’re open 24 hours so I can work out anytime and really anywhere as in many states.

LOVE the new manager at this location! She was so sweet and friendly. She really had me excited for my fitness journey, and ready to come back to the gym! I also noticed the bathrooms and equipment were SO CLEAN! One of the best experiences I have ever had in a gym

This is my FAVORITE Planet Fitness! It is straight forward & everything fits well. I have NEVER felt criticized going in here, & I’ve been a member over a year! It’s super clean, staff is friendly, people are friendly... LOVE this location!

Everything was easy! Today was my second time working out. Yesterday I was kind of nervous...but I quickly found out there was no need to be! I walked in, was greeted by staff, then I checked in and got started! Everything looked clean and smelled clean. I liked that when I wasn’t sure how to use equipment, all I had to do was scan a QR code to see the correct way to use it. It was an all around great experience! I’ll definitely be back several times a week.

Hydro bed was not working right and they fixed it immediately.Wonderful customer service felt very welcome

There are 3 locations in Tulsa and depending upon where Im specifically working on a particular day, determines which facility Ill visit to work out. I love going very early in the mornings. The parking lots are well lit. Upon entering, the front desk people greet you with an encouraging comment like, have a great work out, which really helps because Ill must admit, some mornings are harder than others. Nonetheless, their encouragement helps me endure!

Equipment is almost always in perfect shape and the prices are good. The BA location I go to also doesnt fit any of the stereotypes of other locations. Ive never even heard the lunk alarm go off at the BA location and Ive seen people carrying around jugs of water periodically and they dont get sneered at by anyone.Only complaint I have is that the place is quite popular compared to its size so youll often be waiting for equipment at peak hours.

It was a different setup than the 91st and Memorial gym. I like the way they have their express machines setup. I will say that the cardio area seemed a little cramped and then the rest of the purple machines seemed to sit on top of each other. I did like the tanning rooms and beds. Overall, it was very clean and nice environment staff was super helpful and friendly.

It is a nice quite Gym especially at night. One of the few Gyms that are open 24 hours 7 days a week which makes it easy to work out with any schedule. Prices are reasonable and their machines are well maintained.

Havent been to the gym in about a year because I had two elbow surgeries. But I went today with my husband to work out only my lower body. I really enjoyed it

So many different pcs of equipment to choose from for a workout. The time goes by quickly when you can watch your favorite show on TV as you exercise.

The BA gym is not that big. It definitely gets crowded at times but that also happens at bigger gyms as well. The equipment looks new and inside feels clean also looks new. Staff is friendly. Has low monthly fees, massage, hydro massage, tanning, red uv light beauty enhancement with a certain membership. It also is a 24/7 gym which is a plus. Theres options to purchase beverages inside as well.

Planet fitness in Broken Arrow is where I choose to workout. The facility is always clean and well maintained. The staff are friendly and very helpful.

Nice, clean gym with friendly staff. Great selection of cardio equipment and machines. The free weight selection is basically just dumbbells. No bench presses or squat racks, just a few smith machines.

Equipment great the guy who claims to be a personal trainer is not.

Decent small gym - new equipment. They keep it clean and functional. The staff is friendly. My only complaint is the absence of squat racks and barbells, no daycare and sometimes it smells like the sewage backs up.

My wife and I just started a new membership here. The employees were very straightforward and knowledgeable. We enjoy coming here for our workouts. Non-judgmental environment.

I have been going here for about 4 months now. This location is always clean, equipment is always maintained and in peak conditions. Staff is always very friendly and Im greeted with a smile every time I come in.

If people want to social distance, let them social distance. You dont have to shut machines down 🤦‍♂️

Weve been going to this gym for about a month now. We typically go 3-4 times a week for an hour. I signed up for a black membership, and I take my friend as my guest each time we go.The gym has plenty of bikes, treadmills and equipment. It is pretty busy between 5-7 p.m. on weekdays, but Ive always managed to find a bike or treadmill. I love the strength training equipment. There are a lot of options to choose from, and it gives me flexibility.The womens shower and bathroom area is nice and clean. I took a shower there recently and the shower stall wasnt scary at all. The hydro-massage table and massage chairs are a great way to finish up my trip after my workout is done. Ill be glad when the renovations are done and they have more tables!I like that it really is a judgment-free zone. When Im not sure how to use a certain piece of equipment, other gym members have helped me out and didnt make me feel inferior.

Everything is generally clean and rarely is equipment out of order. Staff is usually very knowledgeable and helpful. They make positive suggestions to help you achieve your goals. Always a smile. I dont have to dread going here. Truly judgement free. Black card membership is the best way to go.

Both of the massage beds were down. The only reason I went. Employee didnt even know it until after I came and told him the beds werent working. Do I get a discount on my membership nope

Hot chicks in spandex and guys who think they are better than everyone, yup its a gym. They have free pizza around first of every month, which seems counter intuitive to the healthy lifestyle, but hey whatever. Grab a slice and hop on the treadmill. Tootsie rolls are also available if you have a sweet tooth. Clean facility and rarely does the equipment have out of order signs on them, nice change from the muscle head gums.

Love all the amenities, elm location is small and missing important equipment such as squat cage (it has 4 Smith machines which are terrible for you and shouldnt be used) full barbell assortment (they only have 4 total in the entire gym) but its also hard to find room to use this stuff unless you want to do it in front of the mirror and the entire room of people. Besides its space and equipment issues, the staff is great and its a great gym for basic cardio and tanning

Staff are friendly and helpful. There is always equipment available for me to use. It’s clean and well appointed. And they offer free tanning with one of the memberships. I love it!

Overall my experience at the Broken Arrow Planet Fitness location is always good. Its usually never crowded and very spacious and lots of equipment to choose from so anybody can get a full workout without having to wait on a piece of equipment. Another good thing is they keep the temperature on the cool side which I absolutely love. The only drawback I have on this location is they need to change the music venue which has been exactly the same for the last couple of years but other than that I always enjoy coming to this location

Ive been a member at this location nearly since their opening, 10 years now. Its maintained well, and the experience today is very similar to what it was 10 years ago (theyve expanded, but still clean and pleasant). The staff is regularly busy cleaning the equipment and are attentive at the desk.

It is a good place

Easy sign up for membership online on their website. Check in process is very quick. Machines are set up pretty well for design of room.Would like to see signs about where in the workout room are some of the machines by muscle grouping. I have been 4 or 5 times and still looking for machines for groupings at times.

Been going to this gym for years. They have gone through many team members. The recent group has been the best. Always keeps the gym clean, actually keeps the lunks under control, and easy to converse with. I will not go to another gym.

Planet fitness is a great affordable gym. It is clean and the staff is always friendly. I mainly go in the mornings, simply because I do not like how crowded it is in the evenings.

Great location and friendly staff! The staff is always helpful and willing to accommodate. The gym is very clean and is a comfortable environment to workout in at anytime of the day or evening.

So far, so good! Gym is super clean and has plenty of equipment. Staff is always friendly and theres a personal trainer included in the membership. Im also able to bring someone with me and thats included in my membership. Ive had memberships at 10 Gym and Golds, so far Ive felt much more comfortable at Planet Fitness.

Perfect but is to very cold

This club would receive five stars if they improved their water stations. The water fountains often have too little pressure to fill up your water bottle and the water itself doesnt taste very good.Its a basic requirement to have good sources of water in a gym.

Attempted to switch locations as I recently moved. My husband has a black card membership, and after telling him he was welcome to work out while the transfer for my membership processed, I was told I was not able to look around to compare to our previous location (91st street, which I highly recommend). I would have been his guest today. Will not be going back to this location. Side note: while this conversation was taking place, another employee was talking loudly on his cell phone with a vacuum swung over his shoulders in the lobby

Nicely remodeled gym with plenty of different machines and I had no problem getting thru my workout routine with no waiting. The only issue that I had was the stand-up tanning bed was out of commission due to a fan problem. You really need to have more than one stand-up bed!

Take my time and I never feel uncomfortable I or put in place. Its so clean. And the staff and guest are always so nice and respectful of the equipment and its just a place I feel comfortable working out . Its just wonderful

Not a bad place until you need to cancel. I have been working on cancelling for 10 days and might have to get an attorney just to cancel my membership. My recommendation would be to not join planet fitness because it is a nightmare if you need to leave.

These folks have been through alot of changes. Staff is always friendly and gym is clean. Hopefully I dont have a bad experience if I ever have to cancel my membership. Told the staff I was going through a divorce and they worked with me. I appreciate that. No complaints here.

We always have a great experience going to our location in Broken Arrow! Everyone is friendly and is always smiling!! I don’t feel judged going in to workout!! I recently had surgery and I’m going back to get my cardio back to what it used to be and my strength back the way it used to be before getting sick!! I wouldn’t choose another location or facility to go to!!

Planet Firness is a great gym. Staff are friendly and keep the facility clean! Im happy I joined Planet Firness !!

Great location for me coming from Coweta right off the highway. The gym is always clean and has good equipment options, but the employees are not very friendly. Like they dont even address you when you walk in or leave. And they told one women her tank top wasnt allowed that it was too revealing(because she had curves) while another woman with a similar top(no curves)was told nothing.

I have been really happy with the friendliness of the staff here. And, very helpful. I love the Hydro massage beds and massage chairs after a workout. I was just introduced to the red light therapy and will see what kind of results I get from it. And, for the forest time, I am going to check out the tanning beds.

My home gym! I love this facility!

Always clean and I’ve never had a problem accessing the equipment I’ve needed. Usually not crowded but I’m usually there later in the evening. The music is definitely too loud so to hear my audiobook I have to use my 3M Worktunes headphones, which are designed for construction work or shooting.

Good for the price. Clean and not very crowded. Missing a few pieces of equipment if youre a hardcore gym rat. Gets the job done for most people. Very friendly staff.

I would only visit this gym again if i absolutely had too. What happened to a dress code? Girls wearing shorts so short their butts are hanging out, also girls wearing crop tops showing off their bellies. No thank you, makes me feel uncomfortable. Ill stick to my Claremore PF where people abide to the dress code

I wasnt in shape when I started going to Planet Fitness, and I still have a long way to go before I get to where I want to be. Planet Fitness has great equipment, staff, and perks. I love the Hydro Massage tables. I went from eating junkfood and sitting on the couch, to spending my free time at Planet Fitness getting in shape, and working towards a healthier me.
