They are very friendly and they listen to what you have to say. They truly care about theirs patients. They call them personally if they are worry about their health. One on one care. One of doctor gave my son his personal cell phone # told if he needed anything to call him. My son was having a hard time in his teenage years.

Robin Bunn is the best there is. Shes been someone who really listens and helps her patients instead of assuming & brushing off what youre saying. I genuinely feel like she cares about my feelings and well-being, every time i have to go in.

I LOVE this place!!! I hate seeing doctors and have never had a primary doctor! Dr. Carole Howard literally just changed my mind about hating to see doctors! She is So friendly, non judgmental and seems very wise! Her nurse was just as kind and sweet!! I will definitely be recommending this place.

B.A. Family Clinic has been providing my medical care for over 10 years now. Excellent staff. The front desk workers are the best: smiling, polite, and efficient. Dr. Jim and Nurse Samantha are always ready to listen and help if they can. They’re very efficient, knowledgeable, and compassionate.

I have been visiting this establishment since 1986. They have grown to serve a lot of patients and do a incredible job at serving them. What has always kept me coming back, is they have the knowledge and expertise to fix your ailments. They dont play the lets try this, then lets try this. They know right away the best coarse of action to get you well in no time the first time.

Never go here they are so inconvenient lack common sense, the staff seem to always deflect questions and will always tried transferred you to different department to play there mouse and cat games very unprofessional. I went to get my covid-19 test I was told to wait outside the parking lot in my car when I have arrive and give them a call, which sound very reasonable, the nurse came give me a quick swab in my nose, while I was trying to finish my paper, they told me to give the front desk lady a call back when I finish up my paper work, I called the front desk lady to let her know my I got my paper work done and they came and did a nose swab, she said I still needed to wait to see the nurse, I told her the nurse already did, but she still insist and totally deflect all my question, and just told me the nurse was supposed see me again and I can handed the nurse my paperwork, so I wait for 30 minutes in my car, no one show up of course this just show you the lack of common sense and games they played. I called the front desk lady and told her Im waited for 30, and no one show up, at this point I can be a (Karen) but I kept my cool and was just try to get out of here, the front desk lady was apologetic with this incident which can be avoid with common sense she came got my paperwork and told me I should get my covid-19 result back in 24 hours. So past 24 hours no called....I have to called them and get my result, and got transferred in there called just like a mouse and cat game again and finally got my result back. Then 48 later they called me and give me the same test result lol. Just safe your money and time people go somewhere else, very unprofessional and they waste your time.

I love Karen and Brian. They are very thoughtful and caring. Jen the NP couldn’t care less if you live or die. Doesn’t seem to know or care to do her job. If you are scheduled with her you should ask for someone else. Told me I had either covid or flu after I told her I tested negative. Nothing else done. Came back to see Karen and I had something truly wrong and she found it immediately!

I will not go anywhere else. Doctors who CARE. All of my family that lives in BA comes here. We usually see Karen Yaruso or Dr Coder, both have been amazing. The front desk staff is always kind and helpful. They fit us in when we need it for sick visits and emergencies. I personally see Karen and she will take care of as much as she can so I don’t get charged to see specialists unless I really need it. They have labs and xrays on-site. They listen and are thorough and give follow-up calls to check on us when needed. When the occasional issue has arisen (it will no matter what doctors office you go to bc we are all human) I just communicate with the staff, they listen and are quick to correct things. I can’t ask for more than that. Also, when it came to COVID, regardless of popular opinion, they followed the SCIENCE. Their approach to treating COVID and their mask requirements were 100% in alignment with state and city mandates. More importantly they were in alignment with what was scientifically factual and is now being more widely acknowledged and accepted as such. I am so thankful for doctors and staff who are committed to treating me as an individual, listen and advocate for my health regardless of what is popular. My whole family is so grateful for BA Family Clinic!

This dr office is very rude and unprofessional had the worst experience with them and getting a new dr. As I type this. I wouldnt recommend this office to anyone.

My daughter Ruby has been going to here since she was 1 week old. She’s now 9 months and I have nothing but positive things to say about this office. The front office is nice. Dr Robin Bunn is amazing and will answer all of your questions no matter how silly they are! Her assistant Lisa goes above and beyond and remembers us which is something I love. If you aren’t taking your child here your missing out. I highly recommend this office. Thank you all for taking good care of us.

Dr. Brian Coder is amazing, but the other staff are just awful. I tried getting my immunization records for school, they gave me incorrect information, and refused to help me when I told them it was wrong.

I did my research and I found Dr. Brian Coder through heathgrades. My family sees him and we are very pleased with his knowledge and bed side manor. He’s very down to earth and listens. I would give more stars if it was available.

Dr. Carole has been my doctor longer than either of us want to admit. She gets me. Shes been through a lot with me, including several bouts of pneumonia. She knows me well enough if I am too sick to get to the clinic she can call a script in for me. See a lot of comments about the front desk staff. Cant say Ive had any problems with them. Sometimes there can be a wait but not too bad.

Love Dr. Brian. He is always kind, concerned, attentive. Both of my children have seen him for over 9 years and he and his nursing stuff have been incredible. I cannot say enough good about him. And to all of that are giving him bad reviews you should review him separately from his front office staff because Dr. Brian Coder is an amazing doctor!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I would give 0 stars if I could. Staff is rude and unprofessional. Rarely if ever get to see an actual doctor. They tell you they will send a sample off for culture and they dont. Dont go here there are better clinics out there.

My boys have been going to BA Family Clinic the majority of their lives, we can almost always get a same day appt, I love that they have lab and x-ray available there and we dont have to go anywhere else. Our last visit I had soooo many questions and Robyn took the time to answer them all without making me feel like I was a bother. I never feel like our visit is rushed.

I see Dr. Brian Coder and absolutely love him. I’ve had great doctors, but he is by far my favorite. You can tell he cares and he remembers ME and remembers what’s going on in my life and what we talked about last time.He takes the extra time needed to answer all of my questions. It’s just refreshing.My wife has also come here for 15 years and would not go anywhere else.Their front desk works are always friendly and do everything they can to help.Definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a great doctors office.

I keep trying to call and no one ever answers.. it says press 1 to continue, i press it and then nothing happens and then it just repeats. How am i supposed to pay my bill when no one answers.

Our daughter sees Brian Coder. We may wait from time to time, but when we see him it feels like she’s the only patient that matters at that moment. Other offices have rushed us or we have been interrupted during our visit with questions about OTHER patients. Dr Coder talks to HER (she’s a teen) as well as me and/or my husband. I like that he treats her like she has a voice in her own care. I’ve been to serval other doctors with her. This office is clean, well staffed, well-equipped, and has a chief physician that I think is out of this world. He is not quick to medicate things that can be handled through diet, exercise, and other lifestyle changes. I never mind waiting, because I just have an idea that he’s making somebody else feel as heard and is important is he’s going to make her feel when it’s our turn. That’s invaluable to me as a mom.

Dr Coder is AMAZING, however the office staff are the most disrespectful and inconsiderate people I’ve ever dealt with. The staff used to be accommodating and care about their patients, instead now they want to waste your time and don’t care about how you feel. Worst staff I’ve ever had to deal with.

Dr. Brian is absolutely great and so is the majority of his staff. He is a very intelligent doctor that is concerned with your well-being. The poor rating is the result of his nurse who takes pleasure in being negative, isnt afraid to chastise you, and all around works exceptionally hard to be rude.

This place is a joke, You specifically make an appointment with your doctor and almost always your doctor is never there. They send you a nurse who is uncomfortable with doing anything. Don’t waste your time if you actually need help.

Ive been taking my nearly 90 year old grandmother to Broken Arrow Family Clinic for a few years now. We started out with Dr. Art Coder, and when he retired were moved to his sister Carole Howard. However, despite the friendliness of the doctors and the amazing nurses, we will be switching doctors ASAP.The front staff has always been hit-or-miss; sometimes you get someone absolutely lovely, willing to answer all your questions and help you to the best of their abilities. But more often you get someone who is very clearly only there for the paycheck, complete with inattention, ignoring what you say, a lot of I dunnos when they do answer, and the occasional eye roll.Im fairly certain weve only has as much luck filling prescriptions as weve had because my grandmother has been with the same pharmacy for longer than I can even remember, and most of the time (albeit after repeated calls and a lot of patience) the pharmacy has been able to get her prescription requests refilled when needed. Dont bother asking anyone in the office to call them in though; youll get to the pharmacy and they wont have received any communication whatsoever from the office, whether youre there ten minutes or four hours after leaving the doctor. Ever.Im sure young to middle aged adults with minimal health problems are able to get the treatment they need, but I wouldnt not recommend this office for geriatric care at ALL. Fatigued? Youre old. Having trouble swallowing? Youre old. Edema suddenly worse than usual? Youre old. Rheumatoid arthritis severely impacting your quality of life to the point youre lucky you can still get out of bed (most days), but the standard treatments interact with your current medications? And you want to know if theres anything that you can still try...Nope, youre old! Nothing can be done about anything. And why would you expect a DOCTOR of all people to find options for you, or explain why you cant try others?Scheduling appointments with Dr. Howard is a breeze...if youre free on certain days before 12:30. Days that apparently keep changing, as depending on who answers the phone when you call its a different answer every time. No luck for the rest of us, especially if you work from the wee hours til mid-afternoon some days and mid-morning to late afternoon others. Last week we made an appointment for today at noon, then when we got there and checked in and sat down to wait, we were told a few minutes later that the doctor was not even in! No explanation, and not a single phone call to any of the FOUR phone numbers the office has on file.If you want a doctor who will chat amicably with you about non-medical subjects and always greets you cheerfully, Broken Arrow Family Clinic is great for the casual conversationalist. If you want a doctor with a professional attitude who is actually interested in helping you get better and will have patience and understanding when dealing with the elderly...look elsewhere.

First time visit , took my son for a check upI was ask to fill out paper and other information in the waiting room , I wasn’t finished andI was already been called . That I didn’t have to wait long, front desk the workers was very friendly .Amy was a very nice person and very friendly. When she walk into the room , and it was great talking to her .

It took 3 weeks for a certain staff member to return my phone call concerning a claims issue. I ALWAYS got her voicemail, call after call. By the time she did return my message, we were already in the process of resolving the issue, only because my husband and I went there in person to demand help. Adding salt to the wound, this particular woman is most unpleasant and rude; perhaps she needs to reconsider her job or hire an assistant if she cannot return a call in a timely matter. Also, the whole reason we had been in a month-long claims issue with them was because of an error on THEIR end. Dr. Howard herself is great, but her staff needs some tweaking. We are currently transferring to St. Francis, who is much more organized and polite.

Dr. Carol Howard was my pediatrician and Im 23 now….. would never send my kids else where……. best place! They are not pill crammers! They are a little slow but truly believe in getting u or your child better!

They always get my kids in quickly when they are sick. They have called me to follow up to see how they are doing. This office has been seeing my kids for 12 years now. I wouldnt take them anywhere else.

They dont even deserve one star. Doctor and nurse complained about having to work on a Saturday..to me. Didnt call in my prescription to right pharmacy and argued with me about it. Intimating, rude and very unprofessional nurse. Manager would not admit to their wrong doing either. This clinic should fire Shelly for her attitude alone. I had a horrible experience here and will not go back or recommend to anyone. It only takes one sour apple to ruin the bunch.

This is the absolute worst clinic for punctuality! I arrived 5 mins before my appointment time. Their was only 1 person in the waiting room at the time. I waited 45 mins after my appointment to get put in a room. At the 40 minute mark 2 other people came in to see the same PA I was seeing. As soon as the nurse put me in a room she was already bringing one of the other 2 people back. The Dr spent no more than 6 mins in the room and we then waited another 15 mins for the nurse to come in and administer a steroid shot. Convenient location or not, absolutely not worth it.

Im not sure what it is about this place, but they seem to think you have all day. Every single time I come here, no matter the doctor, I wait for at least 45 minutes (usually an hour) even if theres no one in the waiting room. Ive even called, been put on hold, and been forgotten about for 10 minutes more than once. The doctors themselves are fine, but get ready to wait and feel like youre not really a priority.

Doctor coder is fantastic. But the scheduling staff are very rude and unprofessional. They tend to hang up on you, never update your info, and make you wait for hours before telling the doctor your there. The billing specialist Susan is the rudest most horrible person ever. I lose my cool every time I talk to her because she is so condescending and just unprofessional. I am currently moving to another physician because I cannot stand dealing with the front desk people any more. Do not go here .

Never seen such unpleasant front desk girls. I called letting them know I was going to be late due to a car accident and the aftermath traffic, asked if I should reschedule or still go in, they told me to still go in and they would see me. Once I show up they tell me they wouldnt be seeing me and that I had to reschedule.. I get being late is an issue thats the reason I had called ahead of time. Love the back staff but unfortunately I wont be returning here. Working in a front office setting myself I know costumer service is super important but the eye rolling and the mean mugging is ridiculous on top showing up to an appointment and them not seeing you. Whats crazy is that there was a girl who walked out just before and said she wasnt going to be returning either.

From the front desk to walking out the door, nothing but smiles. Nothing but problems after that first visit. Would not recommend for complex issues.

Their docs and back house nurses are great! but front staff doesnt seem to care. Takes forever for prescription to get filled. & when they do get called in they call into wrong pharmacy. This has happened twice now hence the bad review.

Dr Brian Coder is fine. P.A. Jessica Stewart is incredible! However Dr Coders assistant is terrible at returning phone calls and calling in prescriptions. Be prepared to wait a week for your prescription to actually be called in, yes she rudely informed me it takes her 4-5 days - then shell call it to the wrong pharmacy or shell get your name wrong. We regularly wait a full week or more to get our prescriptions called in-And one lady at the front is probably the rudest human Ive ever encountered. I was happy to have found Dr Brian Coder- however we will be looking for a different clinic and a more professional staff. Seeing a doctor costs a fortune as we all know and theres no way we feel it acceptable to be treated to poorly over and over again

I am finally fed up with this place. I dont think Dr. Coder even exists because every single time I see the PA and every single time they say its viral and there is nothing they can do. I am on 3 different meds for blood pressure and no one even checked my BP at this visit. Im done and will go to a real dr. from now on.

James Coder is awful. I went in for back pain and all he did was poke me real hard in the spine and then told me to schedule another visit to get a referral (to see a specialist) because he was leaving for vacation the next day... why couldnt he write the referral then?He said its because he doesnt know me yet. All my old files had been sent from my previous doctor, obviously he didnt take the time to even skim through it.It doesnt help that he can barely hear so you have to shout your medical history to the whole building; but its not like hes listening anyway.Do not use this doctor.

The staff at the front are extremely rude! We gave them multiple chances, everyone has a bad day. But they have one lady in particular that lacks any level of professionalism. Shes really horrid and seems determined to be an a-hole every single time. Eye rolling and annoyed sighs included!Every time we need a prescription called in its a MESS! they forget to call it in, and then when you call to inquire where it is, you still get ignored, and Im talking days!!! We have repeatedly ran into this problem- not one single time did it go smooth- I took my daughter in for a cough and when I got the bill saw they had charged a pregnancy test and lab work - excuse me! I was there! She never gave a urine sample or had any lab work! Just a prescription for cough medicine that took a week to get called in! Three messages left and a week later she finally got her cough medicineThey never return any phone calls.The only good thing at this clinic is jessica Stewart. I cant stress enough that this place is a joke!

My girls have been seeing Karen Russo for about a year is the only great thing there. My girls are healthy and do not require many appointments, however the last 3 times we have had scheduled appointments we wait about 30 mins then I asked when we might get seen only to be told it will be a few hours the excuse they had walk ins, To day I was feed up and said that was not an excuse she then told me I just didnt understand how a Dr. office works, WRONG I work for a busy Dr. office and the most our pts wait is about 10min if that. She then cont to tell me that no one else complains, I asked her if she had seen their office rating lately. I then request to speak to a mgr who I have talked with several times and was told no on else was there I could talk to just her. I asked if I wasnt going to be seen for a few hours I was going to take my kids to get something to eat and be right back she then told me we would be concerned a no show and forfeit our appointments. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME, I had to take off work early and the girls had to leave school early just to get there at the appointment time which they had the nerve the day before to call and remind me to not be late, REALLY.

After a CT scan showed a large cyst on my ovary, I was told over the phone that the results came back fine. It wasnt until the facility I had the scan done at called me for an immediate ultrasound that I found out about the cyst. I called and Karen Yarussos assistant THEN told me I had the cyst and needed to get the ultrasound ASAP.After getting the scan I called the office the next day to try and figure out why I had been given the wrong information the first time and why no one ever called to tell me to get the ultrasound before/when they ordered it. I spoke with Yarusso and she tried to claim she had called me twice but no such calls were found in my missed call log or phone records. I asked to make a formal complaint and she directed me to the office manager who called me back the next day. The manager was incredibly rude and flat out said I dont care what you say, I believe my physician. I hung up on her and switched doctors immediately.I havent beeen back since November and will not be returning. I have warned SO many people about this doctors office. Only once I started mentioning them to people did I realize how terrible their reputation already is. My older sister had a similarly terrible experience here about a year before me and had never told me the office name or I would never have gone in the first place.

They have been very accommodating and helpful in helping me find whats wrong.

My visit was ok. I have been having a wet cough for three weeks going on four. I am unable to sleep at night due to my cough. I finally decided to go in and get a check up. My medical assistant was Christine and she was nice and my PA was Brandy or maybe its the other way around... She said I only have an allergy problem and that she will prescribed mezrytec allergy relief, claritin, and nasal spray.(like seriously, you spend all your money to just hear your PA prescribe you allergy pills and that its just an allergy problem?!?!?)Two days later, I called the office and spoke to the medical assistant Christine or brandy, she was very rude. She state that she they cannot prescribe my anything else that will help me sleep because i am taking allergy pillsok, First they were the one that suggested that i take allergy pills and that it will dry out my mucus and stop the congestion but it wasnt working as they said it will.She also stated that well if thats not working, then we can go ahead and prescribe you something for your coughOK, Second of all, that was the whole MAIN REASON why I went in to get a check up in the first place!!then she stated oh, well it looks like we have already prescribed you some cough medicine but it hasnt been picked up in a very rude tone.OOKK, Third, what they told me was that they were going to prescribe me zrytec, claritin, and nasal spray. they NEVER mentioned about cough medicine. they need to be more specific with their prescriptions TO THEIR PATIENTS.With mucus and being congested for 3-4 weeks now, they shouldve prescribed some antibiotics. Zyrtec and claritin DID NOT WORK AS THEY SAID IT WOULD AND IT SURE DAMN WASNT ALLERGIES!Never going back to Broken Arrow family clinic and I highly do not recommend them. They honestly dont even deserve a one star.

Horrible.First the receptionist was very rude on the phone when I called to make the appointment but anyways I asked her you guys do accept soonercare right? and she said yes. Then when I get there I filled out a ton of paperwork and she copied our insurance cards. So we finally get into a room then the nurse takes our weight, height, blood pressure...etc. Then the Doctor comes in and she says We dont accept soonercare so you guys will have to go to an affordable health care or something then I said they told me on the phone that you did then she says thats not my problem. She was very rude and made me feel bad about myself just because Im on soonercare. She didnt apologize or anything! Its not like I drove for 45 minutes to come see you or anything. Im very upset.

Worst experience ever. Went there at 6pm and there was literally no other patients there. Took them 30 min to get me in a room and sat in the room for 1 hour and havent even been seen. So just decided to leave and that was at 7:40p.m twenty minutes before closing. Will never go back again.

Came for Covid testing to the clinic and had to wait in my car for 2 hours never coming again.

This place is horrible. Doctor carol does not return calls. My roommate has been going without her antidepressants for weeks because she hasnt refilled it. She suddenly stopped taking an SSRI and that is horrible for you. We will be filing a complaint with the state medical board.

My family have depended on this clinic for years. They have always been there when we needed them.

The doctor and staff talked about how annoying patients were who they were seeing that day and who called and were on hold. They used names! They did this at the front desk and the whole waiting room could hear.

Do not recommend!
