This guy installed a bridge on my teeth almost 20 yrs ago. It broke 2 weeks later and he said it was just supposed to be temporary even tho he permanently ruined 4 of my teeth. He made me pay him to fix it and it broke again so I went to a good dentist who told me dr theobald ruined my teeth too bad for a bridge and I have had a flipper ever since. Going to this guy was one of the biggest mistakes I have made in my life

Dr. Theobald has been my dentist for 13 years and he is awesome! He always takes the time to explain things and he and his staff have always taken excellent care of my teeth. His office staff is super friendly and helpful. I would recommend his practice to anyone!

Dr Theobalder is a wizard with teeth. He has great chair-side manner. And he has helped tremendously to preserve my dental health. Very pleased with him and all the Tooth Fairies who work in his office.

The most Horrible experience. He was rude and mean. He did as he thought best not as I wanted or requested. Even his dental assistant agreed with me. I paid in full, in afvance and would never recommend anyone to go here!

How good is Dr. Theobald? My wife and I travel back to Broken Arrow from Houston, twice a year to see him. Ive also had to reach him after hours for a problem and he got me right in the next day to address the issue. If all that isnt enough, Gary and his wife are good people.

So I went in for a crown and was told the amount it would cost with my insurance. During the procedure the Dentist informed me that it would take a little longer due the lack of useable tooth. He finished and said nothing of any additional cost. Now Im receiving a $400 dollar bill from him for additional work not covered by insurance! This guy is shady he also tried to get me to buy more dental service that I really didnt need. If you go here be sure to ask for the full cost up front!
