I’ve worked directly with Prairie House with a few different patients. Their staff is always so kind and cheerful. The Activites director, Pam, is hands down one of the most creative and bubbly personalities I’ve ever met; they are so lucky to have her. The facilities are beautiful and always very clean. I would highly recommend this facility to someone in the community.

This is a great facility for assisted living for our loved ones. Cherie Wallace and Anthony Fleming go above and beyond expectations to help with your needs. The two of them has assisted my husband to be able to move into a larger apartment during this Covid -19 pandemic. Pam Lay is fantastic as activities director. I have met Zach Henderson and think he is a great Ex Director.

One of the things that enticed us the most was that Prairie House sits next to and is in collaboration with St. John hospital in B.A. Unfortunately , we have found out the hard way that they send their patients via ambulance for EVERYTHING to St. John in Tulsa. St. John in BA wont even put a bandaid on you if youre in Prairie House. UTI and broken bone sent to the Tulsa hospital, to the tune of big $$$ for ambulance service each time. This is marketed to give people the false notion that they will be taken care of at the Broken Arrow location. And.....St. John has declined horribly since it was sold to Ascension. Two really bad recent experiences there. My loved ones will not go back there. Other than that, the staff at Prairie House seems to try to do their best with the residents.

We could not be happier having our father at Prairie House. I cannot say enough about the wonderful staff who takes such great care of him! I love how respectful they are to the residents. For example, they have a prominent area where they display pictures of residents who are Veterans. It brings a smile to his face each time we pass it.

I have been in many nursing homes and assisted living facilities and Prairie House Assisted Living is by far the best of the best! The staff is friendly and caring, the facility is clean and feels like home, the food is good, and the activities are over the top! Naomi and her family highly recommend this home away from home.

My dad lived here for a short while, in the memory care, before his passing. The management and staff were very warm and loving to him as well as the entire family. He had hospice coming in and the staff worked well with them. It was a very peaceful experience for our family.My mother currently lives in the assisted living. She has had a very good experience so far.

I had the great joy of visiting Prairie House this weekend. It is absolutely beautiful and the staff couldnt have been friendlier. My highlight was talking with the residents and hearing about how much they enjoyed the activities and the fantastic food.

I just love visiting my grandmother here. They are all so sweet and patient. We dont worry about her care and know shes thriving here. Shes 96!

The staff is super friendly and caring. There are lots of activities and excursions. The food is fine and will get better as they bring on a new chef. The facility is new and very clean. Its architecture is somewhat inward facing, as is typical for assisted living facility.

The Praire house is a very nice place for your loved one to be, if looking for a compassionate, loving environment. The staff, nurses all our friendly and ready to give a helping hand, if you need help, GREAT PLACE.

I attended the grand opening celebration of Prairie House last month. Wow, what a beautiful community and knowing that this community is right on the campus of St. John Broken Arrow adds another level of comfort when looking for a place for mom.
