I work in a rehab facility in Texas so I knew exactly what to look for when finding the right place for my own mom. Call lights were answered between 30 seconds & 3 minutes which is an awesome response time, the nurses & CNA’s were wonderful, helpful & understanding with all of my mothers needs along with all the requests from the large family who came to visit every day, several times a day. The therapist were always encouraging my mom to participate & very knowledgeable when I would ask how she was progressing. They have a beauty parlor in the facility & was able to accommodate her the same day I requested. I would recommend this facility to anyone looking for a facility for their loved one.

One star is too much. Very dirty, smelly and sadly not quality care (some bad care-givers might ruin for all) because in the short time we had my father there even with my mother there 12 hours a day we couldnt prevent him from having a bad experience. Avoid this place and search out options. That said, nice and caring social worker there is kind and supportive during tough time.

I was just in there for 8 days. I fell and fractured my left tibia and sprained both ankles. After hearing horror stories about rehab facilities from people I know, I was quite nervous about what to expect. The nurses and aides are wonderful! I couldnt have asked for a better staff of proffesionals. The physical and occupational therapists, with their expert knowledge, made my recovery easier and a lot more pleasant than I thought it would be. My room and facilities were always clean. If I had to go to any rehabilitation center in the future, I would definitely go back to Baypointe in Brockton. I recommend this place to anyone who needs the services.Sincerely,A very satisfiedpatient.

Soon after this facility was sold from private ownership to a nursing home conglomerate a couple years ago, the standards fell so sharply, I feel it is a dangerously negligent place to rehab or be in residence for nursing home care.Severely and negligently short staffed so often, there are days when only a few long term care residents even get out of bed. Nurses and aides repeatedly not abiding by written physician orders, overcharges that are always errors. There are some very nice people who work there but they are so overwhelmed due to short staffing, they cant do a good job. Administrators just say they will see that the care standards improve but nothing whatsoever happens. The food went from decent to grey stale cafeteria food after the place was sold. The place and the residents are always dirty.Look elsewhere, especially if you are private pay and have more choices!

The receptionist at this building is very unprofessional and unpleasant to approach. I know when I walk in a business the receptionist is the first person you will approach and you want them to be helpful professional that way the business place is successful. But my experience with this receptionist was far worst customer service I dealt with. Who is she to say that my mom can not work here because she speaks a little bit of English. Someone from this facility called my mom for a interview and she forgot the name of the person this where all the madness came from. Had my mom shaking and scared. My mom is just trying to do better there are so many people not wanting to work my mom 59 year old still wants to.

Do not let the one star fool you, no stars at all would be more accurate. The staff is rude, inattentive, and straight up repulsive. They made my father wait an hour on the toilet before my mother helped him up and cleaned him because theyre to lazy to do their job. He had an accident because a nurse never came when he rang the bell for help to the bathroom and a nurse put his underwear and whole feces in my mothers fabric laundry bag! Didnt even have the sliver of consideration to put it in a plastic bag first! Oh, and they never took his catheter out and said Brockton Hospital would which they were very confused when he arrived with a catheter that was supposed to be removed by BP!! Its still in there and its been a week >:( Do not send anyone you love or even remotely care about here. This place needs to be SHUT DOWN!! You wouldnt want to be sent here so dont do it to anyone else I beg of you on behalf of human kind. (Plus he was only here for 2 and a 1/2 days so thats saying A LOT).

We were VERY dissapointed in the overall quality of care that my mother received during a 4 week period of rehabilitaion. The amount of patients requiring care are overwhelming for the short staff. Most employees are unhappy with the poor working conditions and this is taken out on the patients. One angry night nurse worked double shifts and repeadedly ignored my mothers call for help. The food is extremley low grade, and often times unedible. My mother lost 8 pounds that she could not afford to lose. The drinking water supply is a cooler with dirty ice in the hall way. Toilet seats are broken and rooms are not kept clean. My mothers favorite pajamas and jeans were stolen on her last day. I will say, the Physical Therapy staff were professional and friendly. Otherwise, this place should be investigated by the local Board of Health and the American Medical Association.

Ignored patients who required assistance, esp. those in need of immediate attention, i.e., help getting on bedpan. Dehumanizing and embarrassing to those there for rehab.
