I would never go to this place again, I got the iud and shortly after my hair started falling out. When I went back they said it’s not a side affect it doesn’t do that, I called multiple times and they repeatedly said that that’s not a side affect. I lost half of my head of hair it made me have serious insecurity’s about myself. It also made my eyebrows fall out. When I did my makeup I would lose about 3 to 5 eyebrow hairs and every time I called they would say that it’s not a side affect. So I kept it in but over time my hairl was all over my clothes. It was all broken off. Then I decided to get it taken out and all my hair stared to grow back, but I had to get extensions because I was so uncomfortable with myself and being a female and losing my hair is the worst thing a female can have happen, but they just lied lied and lied some more. All drs do is lie to u which is not ok they think they are right about everything but everybody’s bodies are different so u can’t just expect that there won’t be any problems. I will never go here again to be honest it should be shut down so if any women wanna go here for the iud I suggest u look more into it and talk to your primary care cause these people will just lie and say that this doesn’t happen. They get no stars from me
