People in the front desk take too long to check you, especially with three people behind the desk and one only being attached. As a result the wait time to see the doctor will be 20 minutes or more and that’s with an appointment. Unbelievable!!!

I have never experienced such a lack of professionalism in a medical Care facility the inability for them to answer the phone or to get back to their clients because thats what we are clients is horrific. If I wasnt forced to contact people like Dr gandagi and or his staff because of my wifes illness I would never deal with them theres no way of giving negative Stars so what Im giving you is is a gift by giving him one so what Im giving you is is a gift by giving him one star.I wish the Massachusetts medical board would take us more seriously and actually investigate them properly

I echo the sentiments of the other reviewers. Horrible service on liberty street. Needed help with a problem with my leg- it took urgent care 45 minutes to see me. Then I received a call asking if it was ok to get other meds and never did. I called several times and was given the run around with a prominse of a callback.After a week of agony, I got results, but I had made a complaint on the website. I r eceived a callback and explained the situation. She stated it would go higher and would get back to me. Its been a month- no response.

Dr.Noreen Iqbal was my fathers pcp. I needed his paperwork filled out so I can take care of him at my house on hospice. It took 3 weeks for that to be filled out. In the mean time I had to pay people privately to care for him. Then to top it off hospice contacted her to sign the death certificate and REFUSED. What kind of doctor does that. I really really hope she does not care for any loved ones. I wish there was a - star on here.

Horrible- No communication between offices/Drs. On hold for 45 minute- No one cares- No follow through-This hospital is a drive through medicine- If there were o stars I would do it
