Insulin dependent diabetic. My pharmacy tried to contact for a refill of my long acting insulin and never got a response. So Monday morning I call the refill line and my request is taken by a person. Called again Tuesday stressing how important it was to a person. Day three and have no long acting insulin at this point. Call the office refill line and told I never called and that I have to wait 24 to 48 hours still. Tried to explain the situation and was spoken to very rudely. No care or compassion or even try to help. So unprofessional. I am beside myself and will probably end up in the ER because of this situation.

The doctors are great and really try to help you...the administration however is the wort Ive ever encountered. Rude as ever. They will literally just hang up on you. If it wasnt for my doctor being so good Id leave. Best to show up right on time for your appointment because you are going to wait anyway

Like my doctor, get appointments quickly. The language barrier is a problem. I speak english they also speak it but their accents are so heavy that I had a misunderstanding about. Instructions on a Covid app.If the situation doesnt. Improve I will be looking to another doctor.Since Ive been coming there for fifteen yrs I have watched this.problem become worse.

The customer service is horrible. It takes forever to get a hold of anyone on the phone. When you do get someone on the phone, they’re unprofessional and generally not helpful in any way. I have been trying to get my records so I can go to a new place and no one is willing to help. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Can’t wait to change my pcd, I have no problem with my doctor ,my only problem with this place is the way they have their phone system set up . they’ve literally made it impossible for me to schedule a check up with my doctor they make you wait so long just for nobody to answer the phone and to be hung up on then I leave voicemails and nobody gets back to me highly disappointed!!!

It is really hard to contact your doctor. It is really a mess. I cant say doctors are bad, but definitely administration is below expectations. In such a leading country, BNHC does not believe in technology, otherwise, why such bad telephone system?. It is going from worse to worst. one simple question, where are the management?

This place is a absolute nightmare! You are better off just going to a minute clinic. The staff never answer any calls and are sadly misinformed of a lot of there own policies. If you want to speak to your doctor staff make it impossible. I hate it here and will be leaving as soon as I can.

Brockton Neighborhood Health Center is run professionally and the trained staff is precise, consistent and friendly. The dental dept. Is amazing and Dr. Gabriel is the best professionally - not only as a dentist but how he runs the department.

Brockton neighborhood health center is a joke I called to make an appointment because of a fill in I had done less then a year ago at this place fell out they told me to call in a week and hope it’s not booked up it’s seems like they don’t care and the woman told me to go to the hospital last time I checked the hospital does not do fillings please avoid this place at all cost if you need dental work I recommend not go to a place that looks like a communist refugee center

This is insane first the way they answer the phone as if you call they personal house2- don’t matter if you there but the staff will tell you NOT asking to wait because they want to go help someone in their own native language and never mind you get thrown on the back of the line so the staff family or friends comes first3- personal phone call while you are been helped and Cary a conversation about their personal issues with co-workers and at the same time helping you....STOP speaking a different language at work with your co-worker at work when you have a patient that are been helped 🤯🤯

Please fix your phone lines ! The only unit that can answer phones is eye services. And no one seems to understand that everything I call I choice what area Im calling for and it rings but then as soon as the second ring it disconnects. Why??!! This is a doctors office, a medical field. None of us should be worried about making appointments for ourselves, or our children !! And also It doesnt help when they were able to anwer calls that you waited 7 to 10 mins before making your official phone call. I mean this is ridiculous. If you cant fix it , then who can? And who do I need to reach out to in order for them to help you fix it? Board of health???? No one wants to go to the doctors appointments but unfortunately sometimes its a must. But to have to deal with this is above anyones tolerance.

This is the most deplorable place ive ever experienced., cant wait for when i can change, ...i dont know what their business is..its not health care, ...ive only been getting sicker since ive been stuck with them, ...im truly just a number, this place might as well be closed for the help you get, i was just told by someone answering from their home, i have nothing to do with that (what i was calling about)and i cant transfer you because im at home, with screaming babies in the background., not a decent health care facility.

Every person who I interacted with here for a Covid-19 test seemed to be on the same page while managing a fast paced environment with a lot of people with diverse needs.People were relaxed and happy while also working effectively.I wish the phone number on the state stop-the-spread website was up to date, but once I reached somebody over the phone, they transferred me to the proper line to leave a voicemail and instructed me to register online, and I received a call back in less than an hour and was even seen the same day.The nurse practitioner shared multiple points of medical insight with me to improve my prognosis in case I did in fact test positive.In times like these, it felt reassuring to interact with personable, knowledgable, and down to Earth people.I recommend that anybody who needs to be tested for Covid-19 for any reason stay calm and visit BNHC at 63 Main St.Thanks BHNC for all of your help!

Everyone is busy talking to each other about their personal affair especially the front desk . They refused to pick up the phone even the phone is ringing for 25 to forty minutes . They turn this help center into A communist refugees camp. I wonder who oversees this department. A complaint will be filed to the State of Massachusetts.

Its unfortunate that I cannot give the receptionist in the eye department zero stars. I encountered the same receptionist three times while calling in. the first time I spoke with her, she was already very rude and also rushing me. she told me in order to have an appt as a new patient, I needed a consult/referral from my doctor. So I requested for one. we spent about a half an hour on the phone to register me as a new patient and set up an appt for a televisit. I figured she was having a bad day and excused her poor customer service. When I called back today to check if they received the referral from my doctor and to confirm my appoint, she didnt even listen to what I was saying and proceeded to tell me she was transferring me because it wasnt the right department. I called back immediately and she then asked for my name and DOB and said I did not have the appointment t(hat I made with her last time) and that she was transferring me again. At that point I had had enough. The customer service here is a joke and it is unfortunate because I cannot give anyone else a good review here because the bad experience ends here. I usually dont judge the entire staff by the actions of one person but it looks like the rest of the review here speaks volume. it is a disservice to community to keep a place like this open to provide health services for the public.

I HATE Brockton health center! I’ve called my doctor to get a referral but the referral office has never reached out to me to make an appointment and it has been a whole month! Even my doctor said they should have called me back since the first day.HORRIBLE!It’s time for a new hospital that actually cares about the patients! If you can avoid this place DO IT!

Every Dr. I get assigned to has quit! Ive been pushed around and assigned 5 doctors sense Ive been there. Just like the Doctors I also am quitting! See you latter! Worst hospital of all time! They are all waay over worked and tired of dealing with negative locals. Its effected the overall performance of the hospital very badly. I cant even blame the doctors its the local area.

Can anyone answer the phone or return a call in this place. I have been calling for the last two days, and all day yesterday there was a busy tone - ie the phone could have been off the hook... and today the operator took my name, phone number, DOB and everything at abut 8 am, still no call back. Lack of professionalism is absurd. any time i have an appt the doctors are always running 1-2 hours behind... if i show up 1-2 hours late you reschedule my appointment but the doctors running 2 hours late and I am not notified? ABSURD.

Worst hospital. I am waiting for a practicioner to call me.back sine 1:15 when she called me the phone did not ring, she just left a message. And the phone operator or secretary are very rude. This is the worst customer service experieence i had in my life, not professionalism at all, definectnely Im looking for another doctor. This is the worst hospital service I have ever received.I have been trying to get across to my doctor for the past 2 weeks. I have been complaining of not eating for more than 2 months and nobody is interested in helping me out. I have kept calling and they keep directing the call to a wrong person. For God’s sake, can’t the hospital personnel show some humanity ???It’s really terrible. I couldn’t even get them to send a referral to another doctor that was willing to help. You guys should wake up and do what you took an oath to do!

I went here for a COVID test due to the Fallon site getting rained out. I was told they would have results in 2-3 days, specifically NOT business days after confirming they would call on the weekends. Guess what? They mean business days and do NOT call on weekends. Lied twice to me.

I wish I could give this place no stars. I used to work there many moons ago and the best thing I did for my sanity and my career was quit, something Ive never done in my 16 years as a nurse. Very unprofessional, staff would benefit from a complete overhaul, especially those picking up the phone. Unfortunately, I still have to be in touch with BNHC for information on mutual patients. I usually never do reviews but this morning after being verbally violated over the phone by Dr. Scotts medical secretary or nurse (Im not sure), I had to say something. She was extremely rude, cutting me off and not letting me speak. I was in disbelief when I hung up. I wanted to tell myself that this person was having a terrible day but who knows?Brockton deserves better.

I waited in the waiting area for doctor Etienne almost an hour and the another 40 minutes in the room to be seen. no one checked on me or updated me as to when I would be seen, so after about a half hour I went to the restroom and saw my doctor in an office with coworkers making plates of food. I asked her “how much longer would I be waiting for her to eat” she gave attitude and told me to wait in the room. Ten minutes later she came in the room I was waiting in and started asking questions without so much as an apology, I let her talk and then told her how it was very unprofessional how things were being done around there and I deserved an apology she talked over me and was very rude wouldn’t let me finish and proceeded to tell me I was rude and aggressive and said something about I didn’t want to see her nurse and she was leaving the room. I told her that was fine and I would still expect her to apologize when she returns. Etienne never returned, instead sent in a mediator that explained they were celebrating thanksgiving and Etienne was hungry and hadn’t eaten all day. All she had to do was apologize and we could’ve gone forward instead she acted bougie like she had done nothing wrong knowing full well they were in the wrong.

I’m not a patient here but went with a family member and, the amount of people that I knew personally that works there (old classmates/ coworkers, neighbors) unfortunately most love to gossip a lot about people so I could never see myself being comfortable with being seen here cause I know for a fact hippa laws would be broken and, this place is a true definition of neighborhood because it’s literally every one you’ll know from Brockton. I would go with signature health care or somewhere eles.

I have a fantastic Dr. but they ad so busy it often takes months for referrals and the other staff can sometimes be difficult to deal with. Given the number of patients to Dr. ratio I think they do the best they can. If you have an emergency they will see you same day but its going to be a wait. The pharmacy inside is convenient but often packed full and length of wait can be upward of an hour just to drop off a prescription.

I do not go to Brockton Neighborhood Health however, I keep getting someones health ins card & information mailed to my address so I just called them to notify them that their patient is not receiving their insurance documents. The woman puts me on hold to ask a co-worker what to do. Then this woman comes back & says Call on Tuesday. (Labor day weekend). I told her that it took me weeks to call about this in the 1st place since I am a busy business owner, mom, etc. I dont have time to call back. I was being courteous enough to call about this in the 1st place because Id want someone to do this for me. She says Well I dont work in the insurance dept. I say, Can you at least take the pts. info & forward this message to the correct department? She hangs up. This is troubling because she didnt care to help her patient. I work as a secretary in a mental health practice. This shouldnt happen. Patients come 1st.

This Brockton Neighborhood Health Center really suck! The service is bad. They Were Getting Little Better Recently, But Now Um Noticing Thats Really Not Worth Visiting Brockton Neighborhood. The staff dont even know how to make you feel welcome! They created a website so you can communicate with your doctor, and u did send my doctor two emails and she never replied. They told me they would replay in just 24 hours. You go in for an appointment, and they take over one hour to call you in. The people working there talk about different things with coworkers and not pay attention to the task they doing. No smile on their face at all to make you feel special. Its really a bad choice going there. The people working there are unprofessional. They have plenty of staff members, but unfortunately they dont perform efficiently.DONT GO THERE!WASTE OF TIME!!!!

The medical staff Ive come in contact with for the most part have been spectacular. But the staff you have to deal with before seeing a medical professional forget about it. They seem to think their side conversations are more important than the actual patients checking in, they can be unprofessional as well, Ive had some of the ladies speaking in a different language as I am waiting to finish my check in. Place has great potential, just needs to re-train the frontline on their customer service skills, or bring in new people. Their the faces of the establishment and dont seem to care how their actions effect it.

My dad was in the hospital with pneumonia, can home unable to do nothing for himself. We the daughters and niece are taking of him. We have been asking my dad doctor for medical equipment to care for our dad unable to get it.

I love my providers however no matter what you are there for (adult, OBG, pediatric) they are so slow. I am always 15 minutes early and end up waiting sometimes 45 minutes...30 minutes after my scheduled appointment. Not to mention they call you a million times to remind you of your appointment. Terrible service in scheduling and being sure to have people seen on time.

This is to continue my review for Lawrence Taylor the to be continued..So after that I went to give blood again. Didnt see my caseworker or doctor yet again. As far as they are concerned I could be in a hospital from these side effects which there were nights I considered going to the e.r. I tried calling my doctor myself to tell her but would spend 20 minutes to get hung up on.. the way they run there operater system is horrendous. If they transferred your call and the person didnt answer youd just get hung up on..But anyway I give my blood.. even tho I made my appointment for 12 and they said it was at 1130.. no they dropped the ball on that but anyways.. lets get to today. The reason Im upset and done with this place.I make an appointment for 12 pm. I wouldnt make it earlier or later. I know I wouldnt. But as Im pulling up the hospital, there is a car accident right smack dab in the middle of the intersection thats blocking my way into the dreadful parking lot Brockton neighborhood has. I wont blame them for that but they should consider that for a patient to find a parking spot takes at least 10 minutes but with the accident it took me 20 minutes to get past the accident find a place to park and get in line to be seen. Again the appointment was scheduled by me 2 weeks prior for 12. I get to the clinics desk at 1155 miraculously.. 5 minutes early. And Im met with a guy who seemed to be having a bad day. Could just feel his attitude brewing. Anyways, I check in and he says to me your marked late and that I need to rescheduleIm ofcourse just done. I ask him politely what time my appointment was supposed to be according to them and he said 1145. So basically what my caseworker did was wait 5 minutes for me, didnt hear my name, and went to lunch. The gentleman than called her for me and she DIDNT ANSWER! Seems to be a trend here. Reminder this medication Im now on my last week of it, struggled pretty hard with zero support she literally had no idea how I was doing but couldnt give me the time of day to tell me if this whole process has been successful? I went this whole time anticipating if it would work I wouldve been fine if she just walked out my results on a piece of paper and asked how I was doing but she snubbed me. UNREAL! So Ive got 3 more days left of this medicine and I have absolutely no idea where Im at. They have the results but now Im supposed to reschedule for another week away, 4 days post treatment to get my results because your clinic screwed up my appointment time.. AGAIN.. and because you need to go on lunch break? Thankfully Im almost done with this treatment . Im going to ask for my results to be faxed to another doctors office that I find.. you know a place that doesnt screw up your appointment time and actually follows up with their patients. I wouldve let it go if I received one call asking how I was from either Patty or Dr p but I got nothing. As I left today I sent nurse Patty a text just asking for my results but yet again I got no response. Not only will I not be back there but I will avoid it like the plague and will make sure everybody I know in the south shore knows as well. A 1 star is being kind. You guys know you messed up and its possible Im not getting a response because they are utterly embarrassed and ashamed as they should be. I would at the very least like an apology but I wont hold my breath.. just like how you were supposed to check up on me. Thanks it went terrible but Im almost finished if youd like to know!Do not come here!

Other than my doctor, the rest of the service is bad. The front desk, medical assistant, and nurses look like they hate their jobs. They dont smile or talk to you. It made me feel very uncomfortable. I dont like going there. It feels like a downer. My doctor is good, but everything else administrative like dealing with the getting records is really confusing. They can only fax documents, which makes no sense since nobody really owns fax machines anymore. They make you sign up for this electronic system that does not work. Your messages to the doctor or staff are not responded to.

As a current patient there, i have some issues i must speak upon in hopes the next person gets proper treatment. Going to full out be honest on my personal situation; my primary care doctor is great, no issues with her, she is out of the extended building and alot of the issues that i have with the main building does not pertain to her and that staff.This one star goes out to the 2nd floor, hepatitis c clinic. So Ive been on a life altering medication for 7 weeks that can cause severe side effects but can also cure me from a deadly virus. So getting started, i went and met my case worker Nurse patty & then doctor P. (Her last name is too confusing to spell)(Sorry im name dropping, but this is now an issue that neeeeeeds to be handled)So upon meeting them, nurse patty informed me on the road i would be taking to be cured. A blood test. A ultra sound. Then begin the medication. So then im told id be getting blood drawn that day, and with that i told nurse patty how i didnt eat much that morning and that needles are just not my thing i hate needles and that i wasnt thrilled about getting blood drawn. But she assured me id be ok. So i go upstairs and get prepared. And the gentleman who takes my blood was training.. And then informs me theyd be taking 12 viles of blood. 12!! (Thats a ludicrous amount of blood to take for anybody in one time, let alone a guy who hasnt eaten much & hates needles) but i go for it. 10 viles in i start to feel light headed. When i hear im at 11 iam closing my eyes.. I wake up on the ground, all i hear is code red aka somebody passed out.. The doctors come down and wonder why on gods green earth are we taking 12 viles in one sitting.. I felt terrible the rest of the day but i move on.Ultra sound gets done a few weeks later. Then a week after, its medication time. Nurse patty explains the side effects. And then explains how shes going on vacation but she assured me how shed be in contact with me at minimum once a week and if it wasnt her itd be another nurse.. (Remember this medicine is practically poison so checking up is crucial to make sure your patient is ok) she then gave me her phone number if i ever needed her, and i was off, ready to go, motivated thinking i had a support system around me and that these 8 weeks id just power through them.. Well booy it has been a nightmare.. Complete opposite of what i hoped for.Absolute hell. And that day was the last time id speak or see nurse patty in my 8 week treatment..My first week of treatment went ok, i was actually hoping for a call so i could tell my caseworker everything was going smoother than expected but no call came. So i went and texted her how i was feeling, explained it was larry so she knew who was texting her.. And no response.. Talking still havent heard back lol. 2 week was brutal. Fatigued. Low motivation.. Migraines.. Everything i was hoping to not get. I got.. And still. No call from anybody associated with brockton neighborhood healthcare.Now moving along its almost my 4th week, and with the medication i needed to go back and get my 2nd and last bottle of my medication. I show up, on the day i was supposed to be there to see my doctor and caseworker, and get my bottle of meds. And instead i was forgotten about.. The nurse was in a meeting and i waited a half hour for some random nurse to come down stairs to hand me this bottle of meds. The crazy thing about it: this bottle of medicine is literally worth almost 25 thousand dollars. Thats how much my insurance is paying.. Per bottle!! And this lady doesnt know me from a hole in the wall. She simply knew to ask for larry.. And she gives me the bottle no questions asked didnt ask how i was doing. And said goodluck ON THE BOTTLE IT LITERALLY SAYS YOU MUST GIVE IDENTIFICATION TO BE GIVEN THE BOTTLE!! I COULDVE JOHN DOE AS FAR AS THAT LADY WAS CONCERNED AND IF THAT BOTTLE WAS GIVEN TO THE WRONG PERSON I WOULDNT HAVE BEEN ABLE TO CONTINUE MY TREATMENT FOR THIS VIRUS THAT AGAIN IS LIFE ALTERING!! but thats not why im upset. Ive been going to this place since I was 10 years old. The only reason why I stayed was because of Dr. Madeline Mbuyamba, she is awesome. She used to be my pediatrician and now she is my daughters. Other than that, the front desk is awful, they are rude and they dont give a crap about the patients. I tried to book an appointment for my daughter and they only had in November, I said thats fine. Then I get a call back saying my daughters insurance wasnt active, i told them I knew that but I was taking care of it and it wasnt good until November I would pay out of pocket not a problem, they said no and that they couldnt schedule it only when her insurance was all set. So I got the insurance all set, and I tried calling Saturday before labor day weekend to book the appointment for November, they said I had to call back on Tuesday to make and appointment? Ridiculous. I always try to see the good in people but their front desk, theres no way with them. FIRST IMPRESSION IS EVERYTHING!

Horrible service every time! i was told i was late for my appt although they told me to be there at 730pm which i was right on time & they told me that it was at 7pm when i got there even tho i know they 100% said 730 because i questioned the person asking if they were open that late& they told me yes.. Also been trying to get a refferal for the last 3weeks to get a lump in my breast checked out but they havent showed any care in the world about it & still havent gotten me in...defiently dont recommend this place!!

Since 2010, I have been going to this place and I never had been satisfied in a way or another.I just spoke on the phone with a lady in the billing department. Right at the beginning of the conversation, she was sharp im her words. I felt that she was bothered for my call but it is her job to answer calls and to answer questions.I cannot wait for the day to come when I wont have to deal with such impolite person like that anymore. They seem to forget they are working in a health facility where respect of human dignity and empathy should be their number one priority but it seems this notion has never came by their mind!

I went here to take my mother in law for her appointment here today ( 2-13-17 ) the people that Work theyre are rude and unprofessional. The doctor Chavan MD , Sunny is very rude and unprofessional , lets start with when he came in the room he had an attitude and just moving in the room like he didnt want to be bother with us , are you serious ? Then I missed a day of work to bring my mother in law for her appointment and I asked him to sign the paper for my work and he refused to sign it which got me a little upset , because first you came in the room with an attitude my mother in law has a strong accent so I was helping translating and he said if I need you I will talk to you basically telling me to be quiet when Im trying to help how unprofessional can you be ? My mother in law is older and said this probably had to be the worst experience shes experienced at a clinic / hospital. I will be calling the CEO to report this also trust me find any other place to go this place sucks and has so much unprofessional people working there.

Supervisor and employee against other employees, gossip around, talking personal matter from other employees close to the patients no respecting the HIPPA Law. No ethical or professionalism, bad educated employees. No respect...there is no words how to rate this place called Health center.

I was physically, very aggressively blocked from returning to a receptionist (who had directed me to do so) by a large blonde nurse. I complained to her superior and was essentially told to get over it. Dr. Benjamin Lightfoot laughed at me when, after he diagnosed my MS, I requested a second opinion. He scoffed and said your homeless so I dont know how youd even get to BostonSince I left, I believe hes been placed in charge.At the pharmacy, a woman rudely announced that I couldnt waive co-payment of a narcotic. This is in a bad part of town and I was then followed home by two people who had been standing behind me, who just learned I had narcotics.I went to the mental health department and was treated in a cold manner. I was treated like a junkie. I believe every single bad review. And I truly hope they miss me with the stock apology.

I was misdiagnosed by Brockton Neighborhood Health Center, saying I didnt have Lyme Disease when I did not only that but 2 other tick diseases missed. And misinformation from doctor about Lyme disease, horrible!

The two ladies at the front desk were extremely rude to me. They gave me dirty looks and kept glancing at me and speaking in a different language. People that came in after me that were here for the same reason got called in, and as Im typing this Im still in the waiting room. Ive been here for an hour and a half and Im about to freak out. This place is terrible, the people working do not care about you, its a waste of time, go elsewhere.

Every time my wife goes to a appt we wait 1hr -2hrs n then just to have to rescheduale , also went to the lab for some blood test wife to them she had floating viens but only (long story short ) was left with numbness in her left hand n fingers ,if wasnt for the insurance would not go !!

They only see who complain first that’s the order off appointment!!!! If you complain u r the first to be seen!!!! Unreal!!!! Looking for some other options not going back!!!And forgot to say, when I was taking to a room, who ever got there didn’t even bother getting the room ready, the way the last person that was seen left it, it was and she didn’t bother cleaning!!! Unbelievable!!!!! Really frustrated!!!! Get people that are willing to work!!!! And after a complain some unreal explanations!!!!! Just treat people with truth and respect!!!! That’s all

My PCP is amazing. Love her and her Nurse Practitioner! I attempted switching my therapist a few months back to have all my doctors in the same building but that didnt go as planned. The office was inside the urgent care office which was a nightmare, the two appointments I did go to I waited over an hour at each with a 5 year old mind you, and to top it off the second appointment was at 10am I got there at 940am and when the doctor finally came out at 1130 she said she wouldnt see me because when she peeked out at 1005am I wasnt there. The secretary told her I was in fact there early and that she was wrong and she still wouldnt see me. Unacceptable! I filed a complaint, never got called in for it and still to this day havent heard back about it and that all happened in February! So unprofessional. Its super disappointing. I have contemplated numerous times changing my PCP but its such a hassle and I really do like her. I will not go to this establishment for anything other then my yearly physicals! If my arm was hanging off and it was the only urgent care facility within 25 miles, I can honestly say I wouldnt go there... I hate this place.

Place has come a long way! Have been going here for about ten years and up until 4 years ago everyone was rude from the front to the doctors. I think alot of people complained because it began to change for the better. My only complaints i still have is the staff turnaround i have had 3 different doctors in 5 years and my last doctor dropped me becouse of my insurance which is crazy cuz i have masshealth. Now i have a nurse practitioner and she is super nice but i go to urgent care for appointments! I HAVE INSURANCE! And was basically told thats why i dont have a doctor. And the nurses who check you in/take your vitals could be nicer. But staff even in the front have improved 100% in my time.

The entire organization is bad. Customer service basic knowledge is the worse in the business that I have ever seen. Patients confidentiality is also bad. You if have a decease such AIDS, you better put it on a newspaper because the employees will tell their families and friends and next thing, it will have a snowball effect and the entire community will know about your medical condition(s). I am well known in the community and I help people with many lifes issues. My advise to you, please think twice before you go there. However, sometimes you have no choice. If you are unemployed or underemployed - what can you do?

My Ob-GYN, optometrist, primary care, psych & councelor are all in this one building and I have been coming here since 2012 - they are the most unorganzied, nonprofessional, rude, uncaring medical building Ive ever stepped foot into. Unfortunately I have no choice but to be seen here.. I love some of the nurses and receptionists but all the others need to go back to school and learn HIPAA regulations and patients rights all over again. The way the receptionists and nurses talk out loud of patients confidential medical records and other things is quite sickening coming from a medical receptionist myself who cringes everytime I walk into the building. Constant language barriers and having a nurse or receptionist speak in a different language infront of you while you wait 15 minutes to check in is the biggest slap in the face possible.... PLEASE DO BETTER AS A MEDICAL OFFICE... respect patients rights no matter who they are... OH AND RETURN PATIENTS PHONE CALLS AND LISTEN TO OUR DANG VOICEMAILS!!!

And this is the first place I’ve ever been subjected to racism. They can’t even take payments for health insurance in a timely manner? It’s ridiculous.

Terrible, Terrible place. The staff are so rude. I couldnt make a appt. I had to walk 7 blocks just to have a paper signed for work. I called 2 weeks in advance to try and make an appt. The front desk kept sending me to voicemail. Once I came in and waited 20 minutes in line. The staff at the desk told me I had to make a appt which I explained to her I was trying to do. This young lady. Threw my paper on the floor and said she wasnt going to help me. Then the man at the front desk called security. I stayed outside for 3 hours after speaking with weenie Pierce who gave me a urgent care appt. At 5:15. Then I came back and the same guy who called security on decided he wanted to parade around the office talking about me in front of my face. I couldnt believe the amount of disrespect I had to deal with today! Im calling the CEO and reporting the behavior asap in the morning.

I think one star is too much for this place...my mother goes to this place..shes been going here for a couple of months..im looking to change her to a better more professional clinic...i guess they hire family members and people they know in this place anddd you dont even need to know, understand, write, or communicate in english lol they are all cape verdians that work there..theyre very rude and ignorant...they will sit there and argue with patients..this place needs to be investigated because more than half (if not all) dont have training or documents..this place is horrible..a nightmare..if you were thinking about coming here..RUNNNN

Very poor patient service. Trouble scheduling appointments; unethical. I will never recommend anyone to this clinic. The essence of patient service by definition is not an attribute met by the employees of this medical division. I was appalled by the level of treatment I receive during the process of helping my mother seek for a primary care doctor. Subsequent to this matter I phoned another medical facility in town, which I was able to make an instant connection and received an immediate response. Maintaining professionalism in a healthcare industry is imperative. I thank the people of Signsture Medical Group for their service snd professionalism. Other clinics/healthcare division such as Bro cotton Neighborhood Health Center should emulate their practice in terms of patient service, and patient retention, as oppose to losing them.

Ive gone here multiple@times bc it was where my ins sent me non of the times did they actually take care of my issue ..i always ended up sitting in waiting area for hrs with a bunch of loud ignorant ppl from outside area ..mostlikely homeless or drug addicts either way it was very uncomfortable and ended up switching my ins so i didnt@have to go to this medical center ever again

Ive never had more problems at any hospital than Brockton Neighborhood Health Center. My Dr. acted like she was in a rush and wanted me out of the office. I felt as if I wasnt wanted there. I explained to my Dr. I had a couple of things I needed checked out on my body and my Dr. never even bothered to inspect. Instead she game me referrals without even looking into my problem. My second visit to this hospital I had to see a urgent care Dr. because my Dr. was out for maternity leave. Ends up my insurance doesnt cover all of a urgent care visit witch was forced on me in the first place. After my visit I went to pick up a prescription witch the Dr. failed to put the notice in. I called and asked that they renew my prescription but my Dr. wasnt there so they said I would get a call back. Two weeks went by and I didnt get the call or prescription. I called and complained and once again they said they would get back to e asap. two weeks went by and I never got a phone call or my renewed prescription. When I called back again they said they didnt have any records of me asking for a prescription or calling about it. Ill never go there again! Im now looking for a new hospital and Dr.

Every once and a while, when l call the main phone number on the website l have to hold on for 20 minutes or more. Then, when l do hear a human voice and l ask for an appointment change, they hang up on me...I call right back and hold on another 25 minutes. This is until I just give up and wait for a miss appointment letter.
