Every time I go to this Dentist office it’s A1 service From the receptionist to the nurses to the doctor…No complaints Here…

I found everyone in the office to be very nice and professional. Dr. Coyne seemed to be very thorough as well. I have to go back to get some teeth pulled but their staff is so kind and compassionate. That makes a big difference in the experience. I would recommend this office to anyone!

Dr. Coyne and his staff are the best. He made sure I was comfortable and even called me after the procedure to see how I was feeling.

My experience was nice and quick! Not much pain, not a lot of bleeding, it really seemed like in all it was only a 10 min procedure. I got 4 wisdom teeth out and I felt great never had such an easy visit with any dentist or surgeon!! I have a fear of dentist and let me tell you I will choose Dr Conely everytime for sure!

Today I got 4 wisdom teeth extracted. It was extremely fast I’m still numb which is great other than the fact I can’t keep the water in my mouth. Everyone was nice and calm I have anxiety and didn’t want to know anything cause if I did I probably would have walked out haha. Service was great just hoping I heal just a fast and smooth.

Quick and painless! I had a single tooth extracted without anesthesia. Dr. Coyne called in a prescription for me to take a single 2mg pill of Ativan one hour before the surgery. I was awake but relaxed and I didn’t feel a thing! The team was very reassuring throughout the procedure as they checked in with me and offered breaks if needed. Highly recommend!

Just had two wisdom teeth extracted today. Procedure went very well and, was super fast. Everyone was kind and made sure they explained everything I needed to know to feel more at ease, as I get bad anxiety at the dentist. So far minor pain and everything seems great. Dr. John is very reassuring. I was deff pretty scared of the whole procedure, getting all my top teeth ripped out. I went to one oral surgeon who was not very reassuring and then I read some reviews on him and it was like reading the description to a horror movie.I then went to Dr. Johns place and was in and out and felt extremely comfortable the whole time.Homeboy even called later at home to see if I was feeling ok or had any questions. I work at a place that help men in recovery and after speaking to the medical supervisor there he agreed we should be sending out guys to Dr John as apposed to the two weve been using.If you want quality work, someone who cares and no pain then Southeastern Oral & Maxillofacial is the place to be.

The receptionist Gail was excellent to deal with. Very polite. Dr. Coyne did an excellent job on my fiancée Kendall’s tooth extraction. He even went as far as to make a personal phone call to her at 8:00 p.m. the same night after her surgery to make sure she was doing well. There needs to be more doctors like him in this world. What a class act. Most professional practice we have ever dealt with. Couldn’t have asked for more. Thank you for your professionalism.

What an Amazing experience I had with Dr Coyne and Gail from my first visit to my final visit today for the extraction! They and the rest of the staff treated me with kindness and patience. I had a major issue with my insurance not covering the work and Gail worked her hardest getting it done ! I was prepared to pay out of pocket if needed and she worked and got it approved for me ! Even after it was all done Dr Coyne called me a few minutes ago to check on me and to see how I was feeling 😉 I wish all Dentist experiences were as kind as this maybe I would’ve gone more often in the past. If I lived closer I would definitely be doing all my follow up care and dental work with this office.I will highly recommend them for your dental needs 💜 🦷 💜

I got all 4 wisdom teeth extracted on Friday (3 days ago). I had severe anxiety leading up to the appointment but once I was there I felt a lot better. The lady at the front desk was super super nice and knew my mom from being there previously for getting work done. When I got into the room I talked to Dr Coyne for a few short minutes before I went to sleep and he made me feel a lot more comfortable and a lot less scared than I was. I got called into surgery room at 9:32 and was in recovery at about 9:50. It was extremely fast and felt like it was one second before I was in recovery room. Dr Coyne called me at 7 pm that night to check up on me and make sure I was doing okay. He’s a great guy and is extremely nice along with all the nurses being very nice and making you feel comfortable. I’ve been just a little sore last couple days but I thought it would be much worse. Thank you Dr Coyne and staff for taking care of me and making me feel comfortable. I’d never go anywhere else for this type of work.

Ive been coming here since 2009, as recent as 2017 were I presented a very difficult case, as I was suffering from a cyst on my spinal cord and was in very rough shape. Dr. Coyne did his best to rectify my situation, and was so successful. After wards I underwent my spinal cord surgery. Although I still struggle with my spinal cord injury.I am back at dr. Coynes office now in 2021 for extractions, after having two spinal cord surgeries. And still.... I completely trust him with my dental surgeries any day.Completely recommend Dr. Coyne..

I had a 9:00 appointment for a wisdom tooth and an additional tooth that needed to come out I was very nervous even called last night and the front receptionist was super sweet . When I walked in she remembered who I was and reassured me that everything was going to be okay . I got called in the room the assistants asked me a couple questions and always asked if I had any concerns and before u know it I was under anesthesia and woke up feeling fine the staff was super nice the whole step of the way Dr.coyne even reached out to me after hours to make sure that I was alright .That was super nice and appreciated would definitely recommend they are awesome !

Dr. Coyne is amazing!!!!! I had an abscess and tried to get help everywhere, ER’s, regular dentists, other oral surgeons, not one cared that I had 3 days of pain with no sleep and not eating but also the possibility of this infection getting into my blood steam or other parts of my body. He agreed to see me just for a consult even though he was completely booked and couldn’t let me leave his office without helping me! He took his last patients and stayed late to drain my abscess and also remove the broken tooth. I can’t even begin to describe the level of gratitude I have for that! I cried so much when he said he would help me. I was just so happy someone cared. I’ve been seeing him for about 10years now as well as my mother and this is why, we will never go anywhere else for oral surgery needs! He even called to check on me later that night! A REAL doctor!!! Actually in the medical field for the right reasons, to help people! Amazing person and doctor!

They will not accommodate you. The wait is unbelievable. If your in pain and require dental work immediately they so t help you. The receptionist is just awful. Go spend your money elsewhere.

Had 4 wisdom teeth removed from here and I’m left unsure how to feel about my experience. On the plus side the receptionist was very sweet along with Dr. Coyne calling me later that night to check in was reassuring. However I thought the nurses here were extremely rude especially when I was so anxious and so nervous. I woke up during the procedure and when I said ow and tried to alert them I was awake the nurse told me to stop talking. Luckily Dr. Coyne administered more anesthesia promptly. After the procedure they told me to sit up even after I told them I was dizzy and they made me do it with no assistance. A nurse also rolled her eyes at me prior to surgery when I had mentioned I was covid vaccinated. I was also stuck for an IV five times - I have small veins but it was still very painful.

Ive been struggling with finding someone on Cape who would either take my insurance or who could fit me in because of Covid restrictions. Someone finally recommended this office and I jumped at the chance to get in. Im normally terrified of the dentist but, after coming here I dont think I will be anymore. The entire staff was very kind and very patient with me. The doctor was amazing too! I will definitely recommend this place to all my friends and co-workers. 10/10

Oct. 2019 Dr. Coyne and his staff are by far the best I have come across! The receptionist is the sweetest lady ever and super helpful! I have a severe fear of the dentist and they have made me comfortable each time i go.New review 8/13/20 this is my 3rd surgery with Dr. Coyne and everytime him and his staff make me feel so comfortable and cared for. I dont feel like just a Dollar sign. What I appreciate the most is how he calls to follow up and check in on you. Its rare to find that, its usually the nurse, if anyone. I had to have a tooth pulled for an implant. The procedure was completely pain free. More importantly there was virtually no pain in the days after. Only had to take Ibuprofen once.Dr, Coyne and his staff are exceptional, very professional and very caring. I would recommend him to anyone needing oral surgery.

Staff is very Informative & very pleasant. I had to have a tooth’s pulled & Im a big baby they took great care of me. Put me to sleep & woke up with no issues. They called that night to check on me & all was good. I had an issue with a piece of the tooth coming up as it healed (very common). They got me in the same day I called & took care of it. I highly recommend the practice.

Dr. Coyne does excellent work. If you have underlying health conditions, the Dr is ok with you telling what accommodations / adjustments you need before or during the procedure. He will stop and adjust

I had all 4 of my wisdom teeth take out almost a month ago. I sat in the chair, they hooked me up to an IV and the next thing I knew I was waking up and they were done. No pain, no discomfort. The few days after involved minimal pain. I was eating solid food about 10 days later. I highly recommend Dr.Coyne if you need to have your wisdom teeth extracted!

Dr. Coyne is absolutely amazing! I was 5 months pregnant when he removed my wisdom teeth. I couldn’t go under anesthesia because I was pregnant and I was terrified. Dr. Coyne and his entire staff could not have been any better. They are extremely professional. I had an appointment for an extraction and as they checked me in my blood pressure was dangerously high. Thankfully he suggested I contact my primary care doctor and postponed the extraction. I visited my primary care, addressed the blood pressure and returned a few weeks later for the extraction. The procedure went very smoothly. The doctor even personally called to check up on me that evening. That level of service is rarely found today. I would highly recommend Dr. Coyne and his office.

These people were great! From the staff at the front desk, medical assistant, and Dr. Coyne himself. I went in for a consult and Dr. Coyne went straight to the point about what needed to be done. I was schedule the next day to remove all four of my wisdom teeth. I was so nervous but they took very good care of me. I woke up from my procedure and they explained post op care and I even received a call from Dr. Coyne himself, following up to see how I was feeling and to see if I had any further questions or concerns. I was extremely nervous and they all made me feel very comfortable about the situation after talking with them. I got my wisdom teeth removed from this place and the expierence was perfect. Everyone there is so nice! They made me feel comfortable and safe.

I would rate them 0 stars if I could. The front desk staff lady was so unprofessional. Said I had no insurance. I called and with my insurance on the phone telling her I do have insurance and she would be paid she still refused to take my business. After 1 hour of nonsence I decided to leave and take my business elsewhere. Never even got to meet the Dr.. Hope he gets new staff asap loosing business and money is probably not on his agenda. Think twice before going here. The headache and aggravation is so not worth it.

Had 12 teeth pulled on January 3rd and it was the best experience Ive ever had at a dentist/oral surgeon . He put me to sleep and it Felt like no sooner had I closed my eyes and it was over. He called to check on me that night . Super nice guy. Great staff as well .All also super nice and helpful.

Where do I start! This is the best dental experience I have had. From the moment you call to make the appointment to the time you leave, they treat you like you are the only patient there. They fit me in for a last minute appointment before the July 4th weekend and the front desk staff is super friendly. The office is nicely decorated with very comfortable chairs. The women who brought me back were super friendly as well. They make you feel like youve been a long time patient and very comforting. Now, Dr. John Coyne is the best oral surgeon. I didnt feel the needle. I didnt feel a thing. He is super personable and honest about what he can do for you. I wish we had more caring dentists and surgeons like this place and maybe people wouldnt have such a fear of going to the dentist. If he were a dentist, I would switch in an instant but if you ever need any oral surgery or dental implants, he is your guy for sure. His staff has been with him for years which means he is a great doctor to work for. If you have fear of needles or going to the dentist try him out. No matter how far the distance, he and his staff are worth the trip. They are easily located off Rt 24 and right over the Avon line. Parking on the street as well as behind.

As soon as I got there everyone was so friendly and reassuring that my procedure go great.Got all four wisdom teeth out and I was in and out of the office within an 1 hour (felt like 15 mins).Friends and family were shocked with how good I looked after and how I was barely in any pain even with taking minimal medication.

Wouldnt consider anyone else for these procedures. Had 2 extractions in the last two years. Zero pain involved.I also take satisfaction in giving my business to Veteran owned businesses.

I am not sure how the actual dr. Is but his staff cant seem to figure out how to do their job and is very condescending. I will be taking my business elsewhere and I suggest everybody else do the same at least until he gets a new reception staff.Definitely not worth the aggravation

Dr coyne was quiet but knowledgeable. I was very nervous to get my wisdom teeth out. The staff were friendly. I got my wisdom teeth out under anesthesia and woke up, they brought me to a room and gave me a blanket. Front desk staff were friendly. This place got the job done and within a few days I was back to eating normal food. Barely needed pain meds.
