Loved this entire experience! Everyone was warm and courteous. My invisiline treatment was flawless and affordable. Im very happy with the decision to visit Aspen Dental in Brockton.

This place is great. My first appointment resulted in my tooth being pulled but they explained why and the process was painless. I have been back several times and my appointments are with the same hygienist so they become familiar with their patients, they are not just names in a book they are people they get to know and remember.

I personally hate going to a Dentist but today at my home town AspenDentist. I was treated so kindly and respectfully from everyone there. I was amazed just how everyone cared about you from the receptionist to the doctors and their staff.

I regularly visit Aspen Dental in Brockton and have never had a bad experience. Their customer service is great and Tiffany is one of the best dentists I have ever been to. She is welcoming and very personable, looking to accommodate all of her patients. I get my teeth cleaned regularly and recently got my teeth whitened with her. It was really affordable compared to several other dental offices. I strongly recommend visiting Tiffany in Brockton!!

If would’ve given Aspen Dental 4 to 5 stars if not for the dental hygienist who examined my teeth.The following entails my personal experience:The front desk receptionist, Kayla was very friendly and informative from the moment I walked in to when she explained the cost of my treatments after the exam. After filling out the dental paperwork, I was assisted by the x-ray technician, a woman who is of Haitian descent. I forgot her name but one thing that stood out was her professionalism. She apologized for the uncomfortable x-rays and explained her process step by step. I appreciated that.Next comes the person I interacted with who’s the reason for the 2 stars. I didn’t get the dental hygienist’s name, but she was a woman of South East Asian descent. When she came in to look at my x-rays she talked to my x-ray technician. I overheard her say something like she didn’t want to explain the process unlike her predecessor. The one thing that signaled red flags however was when she examined my teeth/gums. I haven’t even felt the dental tool touch my gum, but she started spouting off numbers 3-4-4, 3-4-5,… It was ridiculous. Now I understand that she may be a pro at her job, but based on my assessment and my prior dental experiences, she seemed in a rush and almost as if she was giving arbitrary numbers that’ll fit what type of dental treatment she wanted to give me. I say this because of what happens next when I talked to Dr. Hooda. Her assessment was that I didn’t have any cavities, unlike my dental hygienist’s assessment that I needed deep cleaning.Needless to say, I’m getting a second opinion for my dental treatment. I won’t be coming back here in the future.

The hygentist was very good and they were gentle. They explained everything i needed to know as well.

I’m kind of torn in my rating for this dental office. The people there are very nice, from the front desk all the way up to the Drs. but the service I received is the reason I won’t be going back…A few months ago I came in to get two small cavities filled and they were either very busy that day or dealing with a difficult patient…. Either way the hygienist came and put a temporary numbing solution where they would give the Novocain but left the Q-Tip there for over 30 mins!! To the point where I fell asleep and the temporary numb wore off. The dr woke me up and proceeded to give me the shot!! That pain…. I’m a overall strong individual but this pain had me messed up I literally jumped in the chair. The dr was trying to be soothing but I don’t think she realized how long I been in the chair waiting. I told her the numb solution must of wore off and she said it should be fine and did the other side and same thing… same amount of pain. I’ve had cavities filled before but they have never been this painful..

Scheduled a day off from work, to have dental work done, only to be told at time of appointment, that my work could not be done. Totally unacceptable. Definitely wont be using them going forward.

Everybody is really nice: Tiffany is a great hygienist and dr Hooda is wonderful, she found undiagnosed infection in the back of tooth which several past dentists did not.

I was expecting great service and I can tell you that I did receive excellent service and at the fullness everyone was very polite and was very helpful Aspen Dental is a great place and I definitely recommend it to my family & to everyone else so go to Aspen Dental I guarantee that you will get treated with the utmost respect and you will receive great service on everything i promise you so when you show respect you will receive it too

Waited about 4 minutes. Got right in and filling done in 15 minutes by 2 professionals.

Tiffany was wonderful! Cleaning was very fast and friendly and check up was even better.

Dr. Hooda is simply amazing. She makes me feel less nervous and explains everything she is going to do. All of the staff are so kind.

Everyone was really great from the time I checked in until the time I left each and every one one made me feel comfortable Doctor Hooda explained what she was going to do and what I needed to have done even the girl at the insurance desk explained to me in detail what it would cost and I thank them all for such a great experience I had in the office

Rather extremely busy or not, they take the time to address your concerns. Good Custer service and no pain!! Ruth was the best cheer leader when it was time for my Novacaaine shot.

I have not ever met people more uninterested in their job. The woman walking me through the financial part kept saying caps for the bottom but it was for the top and had to keep checking with the dentist because the pre-treatment plan made absolutely no sense. Very upsetting considering the amount of pain I was in talking about Invisalign when the goal should’ve been to fix the broken tooth immediately. Her recommendation was just pull it, “but yeah we could do a root canal, up to you”😳

Excellent dentistry and very understanding. On todays visit had a bridge put in. I arrived late but they were still able to take me in reasonable time. The dentist assistant Ruth has so much patience with me. Sometimes ill have to redo an x ray and she never faults me for it. Also Dr.Hooda talks you through the whole process and prepares you for the uncomfortable parts. Forever grateful! Thank you guys for all the amazing work you do.

The office staff was super friendly—all the women were professional and genuine. The hygienist and doctor helped put me at ease. Get there 30min early for a 12:00 appointment for a tooth pull wasnt seen was told at 1:00 they still werent ready but every person walking in after me was seen, then tried billing me for the tooth pull. Poor communication, poor scheduling, and the planning is poor if they knew someone was at the office 30min prior to the exam they have set.

They made me so comfortable.No judgement.

Didnt get to experience this place the phone menu is interminable. The voice is so phony concerned. Wish they respected patients enough to answer the telephone. I had a question, but they answered a question i wasnt even thinking of asking.

Made an appointment with Aspen dental because of their tv ad. Their ad seems compassionate with patients. Saw two other dentists in my area before Aspen dental. They made me feel like it will take a miracle to fix my teeth as bad as it is. Aspen dental were so caring and detailed explanation of how my teeth are infected and what I can do to fix it. I decided to go with them. My only issue is, just like the other dental offices, they could not give me a step by step list of dental work I will be doing . Maybe all dental offices do that. My dental insurance has a cap, probably not even ten percent of the dental works that I need. I would have loved a list of all dental works needed to be done and the estimated price list of each. Anyhow, because Aspen dental seems caring , detailed explanation of what you need and why, and they seems to have latest dental equipment. SO, I INTEND TO HAVE ALL MY DENTAL WORKS WITH THEM, AND WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO FAMILY AND FRIENDS. Will return to edit after few visits.

This visit in particular was not the best. A student dentist was the one who did my cleaning and she had to learn as she go with all of the tools in my mouth. She was a bit too aggressive with the tools; an issue I’ve never really encountered before. I left with my gums hurting and felt like my teeth weren’t properly cleaned.

OMGGGGG!!!! Where do I start!! When I first arrived I was so scared and traumatized!!!! I came for a root canal and my very first experience else where that will remain nameless was HORRIBLE!! So upon arriving I was still stuck in the traumatic experience I had previously. The women at the front desk were pleasant but when I was greeted by Ruth she was AMAZING!! Absolutely unbelievably pleasant! Very gentle while taking my x-rays and explained everything!! I asked so many questions and she was so patient with me and understanding of my fears. She continued to reassure me that I would be fine and the dentist were great, and she was spot on. I seen a specialist and the dentist I see continuously, her name is Isha Hooda! She’s phenomenal!!! Her hands are so gentle and I never felt pain durning any treatments! I’m a big baby so for me that’s a big deal. I recommend Aspen dental in Brockton to anyone!!! Of course no one likes to go to the dentist and have teeth extracted its not fun but the assistants and dentist were fantastic. Showed a lot of care and attention and time to explain everything in detail. Also A+ to Erin that gave me all the info to be able to get my procedure done. My daughter was told that you did not accept Mass Health but its states on the Internet that you do. What is the deal? My daughter now has to pay almost $2000 and Mass Health states they pay for dentures. Help me understand this.Not Happy!!

I am usually not a fan of the dentist, but the staff at this Aspen Dental almost makes me look forward to going. The financial lady, Erin, made me feel very comfortable about everything I had to get done. This is my new home!

The brockton team has provided such wonderful service and experience to myself and my kids. I hadnt seen a dentist in years, and when I went to Aspen I had no dental insurance. They worked with me to make a payment plan, which worked out just fine. I have very sensitive gums, and the dentist and hygienist were so helpful in giving me novacaine to complete the work I needed to get done. I have a wonderful smile now and I do smile a lot, proudly showing off my teeth!

I highly recommended this office to the public because everyone is opened and honest at aspen dental in brockton. All the treatments are thoroughly explained to me and the finances are presented before treatments start, so there is no surprises. Even though the charges are a bit higher than other dental offices around, but I paid for the quality of services I get. My whole family comes here. Thank you aspen dental for bringing my smile back

I thought the specialist was awesome I just felt like the person who does the payment options was forcing people into buying dental cards to pay for their operations she said I had to do an operation that would cost 5000 when really all I needed was a consultation for 160 then told me I wouldnt be credited back for two appointments I canceled two minutes before that and she also told me that she did not have time for me today which I felt was really rude when she couldve just told me aside and said oh youre mixing it up let me explain it to you could not properly explain payment options

The service was excellent

I was apprehensive going to the dentist, i didnt have dental and i was afraid of cost if i needed dental work. I was more comfortable right away thanks to the welcoming reassuring staff! I also think they did a great job with informing without judgment. I think if you have to pay outta pocket for the dentist, why not go somewhere that treats you well and is fair! I went for the free exam/x-rays and got a cleaning the same day! I found my new dentist office and i am not anxious about going back!

I find the professionals quite friendly and helpful. Everything is discussed up front so you know what to expect.

I was apprehensive due to my sons experience. He said there was a Doctor yelling at an assistant that they all could hear. My experience was fine so far. Just proves that you have to be aware that customers can hear all.
