Had them take care of my dad when I was at work and can not say enough good things about them. The office staff and caregivers really care deeply about the people they take care of. It is not a job but a career they care about. I would highly recommend them!!! 5 stats is not enough!

My daughter called Synergy and Antonette came out to see us the same afternoon. She told us Synergy would find a caregiver and that in the mean time, she would help me personally. I love her energy and she’s always smiling! She even helped me decorate for Christmas this year. Thank you Synergy.

Its difficult for me to leave the house having respiratory issues, especially in the winter. The fact that Antonette volunteers her own time to come and help me is amazing to me. Shes an angel! xx

Synergy started off well with a dedicated aide for my mother who showed up mostly on time and steady for a few weeks and then was reassigned with no notice or explanation. I was left not knowing if anybody would be coming to look after my mother. I spoke with several people at the office and could not get a answer on why the aide was reassigned or if they had another aide for my mother. It appears as if there is no one person overseeing operations at the office. My mother is 95 years old and can not be left alone or with aides not familiar with the type of care needed. The owner made no attempt to contact me to resolve these issues.

What a great experience with Synergy HomeCare. My Grandma has been in need of help and I have yet to find good in home help. The staff from when I called in to the care taker in home was nothing short of amazing. In an industry where it is tough to find good, reliable help you do not need to look any further than Synergy!!!

I am here as a community support liaison. I have visited the office in Broadview hts. Its been over a year. I found the synergy card today and referred someone to them, and of course I expect the individual to ask the necessary questions prior to selecting an Agency to care for their loved one. I do believe in the power of the pen. In this case The power of internet🔭 and people reviews. I support facts and reviews.I want to mention in this business I have had to assist people in need of care because H.H.A workers are unreliable. Now ask when searching for a company how do they deal with that issue. And follow up with the appropriate people to handle such negliegence.

Very poor service. Workers are unreliable. Management does not return phone calls. Management did not provide workers for several scheduled visits and did not communicate with me to explain why workers did not show. Management allowed my elderly father who is unable to walk to sit for hours into the night when worker did not show and never provided a replacement to help my father go to the bathroom and into bed. When my fathers scheduled worker quit, management did not communicate with me or my dad that no one would be showing up for his scheduled visits. Company started out doing a good job in the beginning but then went downhill drastically. Its apparent to me that Owner/management does not care. Elderly customers depend on their home care service providers to live up to their commitments. A company who treats their elderly customers this way should not be in the home care business. UPDATE as of March 13, 2017: Owner has since contacted me, apologized, and is showing a genuine desire to rectify the problem. I believe the apology is sincere and I appreciate that.

Synergy provided great care for my grandparents over the holidays . They were very responsive and made a last minute request happen. The caregiver Sarah was very thorough and took great care of them. I scheduled I would highly recommend their services and plan to use them again this holiday season.

Office staff was OK, this homecare agency just seem like a struggling agency. Clients I had was GREAT!!! I was sent to a client who cancelled an they didnt communicate so I thought that was very unprofessional. It just didnt work out plus the pay is very low for the care you have to do in home care.

My favorite person at Synergy Home Care is Antonette Haswell! She met with us ASAP to discuss my mother’s needs when she was searching for care in her home. Antonette made a special effort to help with setting up services quickly and has always been there to help with billing issues. No organization is perfect however, Antonette is an asset to this one and her caring attitude really shines through!
