Superior Customer Service by Shela and the lady head of pharmacy, a true professional gave me the Covid shot. Right on time. Make appointment. Fill out paperwork then must stay 15 minutes after shot. No pain smooth shot! Shelas pleasant positive attitude takes Customer Service to a whole new level. Also nice Deli in back of store. Someone staffed this store with many incredible helpful employees. Well done!

For being new this store is gross. They always have expired food in the case. Their deli doesn’t sell enough so it’s old. The produce is a joke. Goes bad in one day. And everything else is just overpriced. Can’t wait for Aldi to open. Gonna end drug marts business.

Terrible pharmacy customer service!!!! Waiting on customers for Covid shots, everyone else didn’t matter. We waited forever to drop off prescriptions. NO ONE ever came over. They took 3 people for shots who walked up after us! Don’t go there!!! Went to Walgreens and was treated like a customer should be!Shame on you Discount Drug Mart! Hire people who care!

Its great having a DDM in the neighborhood since they have just about anything and everything but I must say that their Pharmacy is #1 in my book. They go above and beyond to make you feel like a valued customer by reaching out to doctors and insurance companies or just giving you a alternative outside the the insurance companies. They think of the little things, too - I had a prescription that increased my sensitivity to the sun and they included a small tube of sunscreen.

The pharmacy went above and beyond for me today. Specifically Sheila! My 20 month old daughter was running a high fever and I was running low on Tylenol for her. I called the pharmacy to ask if I could run through the drive-thru to pick some up, so I didnt have to run in the store with my baby. Sheila was kind enough to not only say she would grab some for me, but asked if there was anything else I needed- she didnt hesitate to grab me some pedialyte as well! HUGE thank you, Sheila! DrugMart is the best!

I was a victim of fat shaming by an employee here when this place first opened. One of the older women who ran the checkouts took it upon herself to tell me to lose weight in response to small talk when I told her back pain was a cause of my odd gait. I did not tell this older cashier I had MS at the time, but was incredibly upset, and later informed management about the way I was treated via their website, as I was too humiliated to say anything in person. While one of the managers did call to apologize for this employees actions, this is simply unacceptable at any level, given this was not only fat shaming, but essentially making fun of someone with a disability. This Drug Mart is very close to my residence, and because of this experience, I will never go to this or any other Drug Mart ever again so long as this particular person is still employed.UPDATE: My concerns being addressed at the time I posted this comment included my tearful phone conversation with a store manager. As far as deliberate discrimination.. she deliberately called me fat so...? What else is needed for deliberate discrimination?But please, go ahead and discuss the semantics of your employees denigrating remarks of a disabled person.Is the employee, Debbie, still working there?

Nice, smaller facility. Wish they had a butcher like independence drug mart does but they do have the deli which is nice because their lunchmeat is always top notch! Dropped off and picked up a prescription today and Sheila at the pharmacy was awesome! So helpful and so friendly.

Incredibly rude in the pharmacy department. Put on hold for 15 minutes. Answered me with one word and hung up the phone.

Everyone here is always so friendly and patient and Ive always had good experiences! Today I had Kenneth as my cashier and he was very patient as I dug around my wallet lol. Anyway I cant say enough good things about this store! :)

This was my second time at this location. It is very clean, bright and open space. Not crammed like some others I have been to. I will be making this one my home DDM. The staff is always very friendly and pleasant. I have always liked DDM, but this one is very top notch!

So far seems a lot better than the other local places.

The prices are inflated to offset the cost of the new building. Many things there are more expensive than other places. Very disappointing. I walk out often shaking my head.
