Always a great experience with Dr. Patacca and his wonderful staff.

The office manager at Dr. Pataccas office does not care about the patients at all. I had a billing issue that according to her was a continuous issue they have dealt with when a patient has Delta Dental insurance. BUT...in her 30 years as an office manager it still has yet to be resolved or communicated with new patients. She was extremely rude on the phone with me when I tried getting an explanation as to why my 100% preventative care coverage did not cover the cost for my cleaning. Her tone of voice was condescending and she had no care to resolve the issues with me what so ever. Dr. Patacca was great for the 2 minutes I saw him and the Hygienist was wonderful. Neither me or my family will be going back to his office completely because of this office manager. I recommend getting the insurance and print out of the charges before you get any work done so you dont run into this surprise later because they wont confirm your insurance beforehand. In fact, they originally wanted to charge me $300 for this cleaning because they didnt verify my insurance during my visit. When I called the first time to get this charge cleared up they didnt even bother to call and tell me what was going on. Rather my insurance claim came in the mail weeks later for me to find out. The office manager needs to be more patient and definitely needs communication skills when dealing with the heart of the business, the clients!

ZERO Patient Loyalty. I am now a former customer of this practice. I have lived all over the country and gone out of my way (for twenty-five + years!) to utilize ONLY Dr. Patacca for my dental needs as well as those of my family of 6. Today I was confronted with the reality that my loyalty has been misplaced and One-way. Particularly disturbing in that they have known I have an Urgent issue since January which the COVID lockdown has prevented them from.assisting me with.

This was my first visit to Dr. Patacca’s office and it will certainly not be my last! Truly exceptional experience from when I was promptly greeted at the front by the wonderful ladies, especially Pepe, she is a true asset to the office and deserves a raise. My hygenist Sandy was very thorough and her attention to detail was outstanding! She did a phenomenal job cleaning my teeth. The whole process was quick and most importantly pain free, which usually they aren’t in my past experiences. Dr. Patacca was very nice and made me feel at home. I enjoyed it so much that I am coming back in June to have my wisdom tooth yanked from my skull! I am psyched and glad to be a part of it! Highly recommend Dr. Patacca to everybody!
