The dentist here was awesome! He fit me in (as a new patient) on short notice to treat an abscessed tooth, got me much needed antibiotics and scheduled me for another appointment with a specialist before I left. I would recommend 100% if you need a new dentist!

The Dr is personable and efficient and the hygienists are pleasant and professional. The scheduling is easy and they even offer spots for cancellations. Id recommend this location to anyone before anywhere else. Its def worth the drive for a stress-free experience! Thank you guys for being part of our healthcare team!

Never write reviews but will take the time in this case. I was never made aware of a balance which was owed back in April of 2019 because statements were being sent to an incorrect address. As a result, the outstanding balance was sent to a collection agency. The confusing part is the balance had been paid off for nearly 2 years, yet the collection agency informed me that the balance was still owed? After calling Hudec Dental, I was misdirected to a company called Credit Glory instead of the collection agency which Hudec Dental sent my account to. This led me to believe that they (Hudec Dental) are not aware of the collection agency they may be using. If anyone knows how to pay a balance when you are not notified via correct address please advise. The main issue here is that if I had not called to verify the balance with the collection agency this would have remained on my credit report. This is the reason I will never seek dental services from Hudec Dental again.

Everyone was very patient with me, I gag easily and they and the doctor helped me thru the process.

I always hated the dentist but this Hudec Dental Broadview Heights location is absolutely awesome!!! They make you very comfortable, you barely feel a thing!!! The best dental service I have ever had. I was very self conscious about my teeth or letting anyone look at them but they made me feel good about myself. Alot of dentist will talk down to you about that and make you feel ashamed. Not this crew!!! I love them and they make you feel great and I am almost done with everything!! My husband and I recently relocated to the Cleveland area from Cincinnati and were having a hard time transitioning dentist thanks to COVID. I stumbled across the Broadview Heights location and called to find out that they were actually accepting new patients! I was able to schedule an appointment for us both and am so glad that I did. I went to the same dentist pretty much my entire life so I was very nerves to see someone new but Dr. B and all of his staff are AMAZING - so amazing that I fall asleep in the chair while they are working. I highly recommend the Broadview Heights office to anyone looking.

I’ve always had a big fear of going to the dentist. My previous experiences with dental work haven’t been good, probably the reason why I hate going so much. But this location has actually given me my first positive experience with going to the dentist, the staff is so kind and welcoming... I can’t explain how much it means to have a comforting staff while going into something you’re scared of. Would definitely recommend this location to anyone.

Hudec dental in Broadview heights is the best dentist I have ever been to! My teeth are very soft and I need a lot of work! Dr Berning Is very professional and great at what he does.I have been going there and having my teeth done on and off for the past year.Maria at the front desk is outstanding! My crowns I needed were denied recently by my insurance. Even though they were approved last year. I couldn’t have the work done because I was pregnant at the time. Maria walked me through all the steps to appeal the work needing done. She did an amazing job and was super helpful. She went above and beyond to help me get the paperwork and information I needed. Sure enough, She called me three days later and they were approved! I am so happy to start work on these teeth and feel confident again with my smile. Thank you Hudec Broadview for going above and beyond! You have a great team of workers there. Always making me and others feel welcome. You truly stand out and I recommend many to go here!

Abby and Maria at the front desk are the best and super funny, knowledgeable, and responsive. The hygienist Mackenzie is nice, has a lot of personality and does a really great job. The dentist is nice and does a super job as well. Five stars!

These people are magicians. I could not recommend them enough. I showed up with an emergency, in agony, misadvised by a previous dentist. They made time for me, tolerated my incoherent babbling from the pain, did everything they could to calm and comfort me, and saw to it I was taken care of immediately.I cannot recommend this dentist enough.Read that again. I cannot. Recommend. Them. Enough.

Every Time I come to this office everyone is so very kind. The rooms are clean and everyone is following the COVID requirements . I had deepcleaning with my gums today and McKenzie was absolutely excellent. She always made sure I was comfortable and not feeling any pain.

Terrible! Absolutely terrible! My appointment was at 9:30 a.m. and I didn’t get seen until 45 minutes later. They even asked me to arrive 15 minutes early for check in, in which I did. The dentist was horrible. She seemed as if she was in a rush to take care of other patients besides myself. She spoke very fast and recommended treatments without explanations to why I need to be treated with them. She referred me to specialist and stated that I may have a hard time getting appointments with them or my insurance may not be covered by them. Also, while checking my teeth and gums, she performed a painful procedure that I have never had performed in my 40 years of living on this Earth. After telling her how uncomfortable it was, she said that my gums were bad and recommended that I floss and brush everyday. I told her that I floss and brush everyday along with using mouth rinses. I also asked her why my previous dentists did not see what she is seeing. She could not provide an explanation. I saw 2 dentists within the last three months by the way and they never said anything about gum disease nor did they perform the procedure that she performed. The only reason I could not go back to my previous dentists is because my insurance changed and my previous dentists don’t take my new insurance. She recommended a deep cleaning and fillings in teeth that didn’t even need to be filled. She also recommended an expensive electric toothbrush. She made me feel like a number instead of a patient. She also made me feel that she just wanted to do things for money instead of actually taking care of my actual needs. She was horrible!!!! If I were a decision maker for Hudec dental, I would recommend visiting Dental Works and getting tips from their culture and staff!!!!!

The people here are wonderful. They young lady Diamond fixed my tooth. She did an excellent job. Although the other dentist wouldnt let her the tooth next to it. Im still satisfied.

I want to give a loud shout-out to Dr. Berning and his staff at the Broadview Hts. office. Over the last year. I have had extensive dental procedures done due to my Sjogrens Syndrome. Numerous appointments, surgeries, and dental work. He and his staff have worked closely with my periodontist on numerous situations and have coordinated my procedures with outstanding teamwork. Dr Berning is a caring and conscientious person. I felt completely at ease working with him. His whole staff is friendly and very caring. I am almost looking forward to working with them on my next procedure.

I had cavity filled here which took like 2.5 hours to do it. They had to fix it once or twice when filling it. After six months, I go to my other dentist, Solon Smiles (excellent dentist) and they tell me the filling was poorly done and needs to be drilled out and redone. I am not surprised as the actual filling process was long and awkward. I think a PAC not a full fledged dentist did the filling. I am glad you got to practice on me, but your practicing on someone on disability in pain everyday. Thanks for adding to the load. Oh by the way, I went to Garfield Heights Hudec and they suck as well. Caused jaw pain and could not even get me numb enough to begin filling any cavities. What a joke. Hudec family, I hope you leave Ohio. I would gladly pay out of pocket to not see any of your locations ever again!

The service is great! Dr. Berning is great, very attentive, professional, and knowledgeable. I usually dont get anesthesia well, on the first try the anesthesia worked and everything went smooth. Also the dental assistant is very professional and attentive. The whole working team is great and great atmosphere. Definitely will come back to this office.

The staff is so friendly and helpful. I had 5 teeth extracted by Dr. Berning and he did a fabulous job. The whole procedure was done quickly and painlessly. He and the staff made sure I knew all the post operation care instructions. They also made it clear that if I need anything they are just a call away.

The Hygienist, Tracey, is excellent. She is always on time and gentle, yet effective, in cleaning my teeth. Shelley did an excellent job at explaining all the details of my dental procedure being performed, she was very patient and answered all of my questions completely. My only criticism is that nothing was being explained to me at first, until i started asking questions, I then found that everyone from the front desk personnel to the Dentist himself was more than willing to take whatever time needed to make me feel comfortable and answer my questions. The new dentist (sorry I forgot his name), ran on time and used excellent technique in performing my dental procedure, it was relatively painless!! I normally do not write reviews, let alone positive reviews, however, I have been impressed with this dental practice. If you previously had a bad experience with another Hudec Dental location I have found that they all kind of run independently so you very likely can have a much more positive experience at a different location. I have had many different dentists at different locations over the years. I may have found a dental practice that I can stay at for a while.

Front desk secretaries are rude. The dentist spoke to us condescendingly as she rejected my mothers insurance card. Office was poorly lit. Waiting room furniture reminds you of 1983. Unsafe neighborhood. I will find a more qualified dentist for my elderly mom..

Being in the dental field for 20 plus years, I am very particular and it is important for me to feel comfortable from the moment I walk into an office. Well, Hudec went farther than that, the first call I made to make the appointment was impressive, and the person on the phone was polite and patient when helping me find an appointment time. The Broadview Hts. office has a top notch team. The front desk, dental assistants, and Dr. Berning were all amazing. They lied about submitting a claim to my insurance, kept making appointments that I wasnt sure I could make because my schedule varies, therefore causing me to either be late for work or miss the appointment, putting me on same-day only and had to call every morning to see if I could walk in, which I couldnt. Never listened to what I said was bothering me the most, and remember, never submitting claim, and the end result being that I can either come up with a couple grand to replace the tooth or just have it pulled. Because Ive had to wait so long, the tooth finally broke and here we are. Hudec has always been and will remain butchers! I wish I had never wasted my time with them.
