My husband who is not a drug seeker saw Dr Jain and he had never been rescheduled for a return visit even though he prescribed him medicine. Called last night to be told that the dr had recommeded a spinal stimulator however that had never been discussed with him and that he would have to see a psychologist to have this done. Today they called and the Dr has decided not to see my husband anymore because they are unwilling to prescribing anything more nor was my husband willing to do the shots which was a lie so what I was told last night must have been a lie. This is the worst place on earth and the nurses are rude and disrespectful! Why did this ignorant doctor prescribe something if he had no intention of following up.

I have never left a medical facility in tears as I did when I left this place. First of all I am going to start with the fact that I am not a drug seeker frankly I avoid taking prescription pain medication unless it is to the point I have to so I am not an addict but do have chronic pain that I deal with daily and interferes with my quality of life. I seen Dr Ward after waiting 2 months to get an appointment and an hour in waiting room he spends a total of 3 minutes in the room with me. He ask me nothing about my pain and never examines me at all. He did say he wasnt going to give me pain medication ok thats fine I was more interested in injection or something for relief. I was offered nothing no muscle relaxer injection nothing I am left to suffer. I have never been treated like this before. I hope this doctor never gets treated like I did today. And Thank you Doctor Ward my kids Thank You as Well

There is 1 Ankush Jain that practices as a doctor at this facility that makes the whole place a joke! He is rude and speaks to our senior citizens aggressively, can NOT answer medical questions or REMEMBER what medications hes prescribed already! Please do not allowed your loved one to be treated by this doctor! This facility should do personal BACKGROUND checks as well...this Ankush J is laughable!

When Dr.Pearson was there, she cared about your pain level and your well being. After she left the place has done a complete turn around. They care nothing about how bad your pain is and all they want to do is injections, which would be fine if they worked for me. Every visit they cut my meds down and tell me I could have a injections. I am in so much pain I am unable to do anything, my blood pressure is running out of control, I have diabetes and was keeping it under control by walking now I have been put on diabetic meds. When I told Painter about it she did not care and told me to lose weight and then cut my meds down more. Dr. Pearson told me that painter was uncaring and that she would never put me with her, after Dr.Pearson left I was stuck with her. If you are truly in pain stay away from these Doctors.

Im a 24yr combat Veteran I could not get the care and treatment from the VA mountain home. I sent up an appointment and 30mins later I knew these people actually cared and came up with treatment plan. The doctors and nurses here are top notch! NP. Weaver is a great doc! She actually listens!

Dr.pearson is great but like alot of other patients I was dropped by her pa...even through Iv had 6 nerve blocks. Acupuncture and anything else that may help with pain..I was talked to like a some sort of addict...instead of a adult hardworking person who still works every day...

I absolutely loved Dr Pearson. I been with them for a few months and have reactive arthritis , degenerative disks, three bones that need fused. Recently had a flare, a bout with Flu, and a stomach bug. I have had 1 injection but missed 2 due to having infection. Called and cancelled 1 and the other in office. Even was prescribed more than normal on last visit, had pharmacy call with deacrepance and give me the regular amount. Well I get called for a medication count and drug screen same day as a drug screen for DOT card. Some how they say I had no medication in my system there but at my DOT I did. Explain this?I am now dropped, wont even finish with my injections or nerve ablation. Kick out the pill seekers faking the issue and let us who want to work be treated. Ive had various drug screens for employment and all have read lortab over the past few weeks. My pain keeps me from working. I can barely even pee to get yall a good sample because of my urinary inflammation. I have taken a driving position so hopefully, but doubtful, I wont need medication. I even asked if decreasing it so I could take this job was a option and asked for a letter to be sent to my DOT appointment that would allow me to pass. If not back to disability and you doctors can pay my bills. I would have came right back in if you would ask. Im tired of jumping through hoops wearing ankle boots, taking 12 medications, and having to rub compounds on me everyday just so I can work. Shame on you. Get rid of Rebecca or you are going to lose patients. Everyone else there is great. And furthermore both test were done at Ballad facilities but you cant except the one done just a couple hours later at Occupational Medicine? Or follow through with your responsibilities as a nurse to cancel a procedure when I asked you too?

Hate this place. And they DONT give a Damn about the pain you suffer with. They treat you like a criminal the Minute you walk in. Thats what has happened in the South.

This was the worst place I could have gone for treatment. They treated me as if my pain really wasnt as severe as I was telling them. They made me feel like a junky every visit. The nurse practitioner they stuck me with was atrocious. Her name was Rebecca. She made me feel unworthy of being there at all, even though I had back surgery while being a patient. I have multiple herniations of discs in my neck and lower discs that ruptured as well as nerve damage that cant be fixed. My last visit I was one pill short on my pill count and she kicked me out. She said it doesnt matter if its one or a hundred your short. I explained that I may have over looked one in my daily dose pack at home and She said that was a personal problem. She made it clear to me that she doesnt like poor folks so if you arent affluent I wouldnt even consider going here.

This office is the only one that I feel really listens. They are friendly and helpful. I have had to go in a few times to get things straightened out like a prescription that my insurance wouldnt cover ect. Alway got things fixed same day and normally within a few minutes. I love the Drs I have seen they really listen to me and care. They also do not try to push pain medication as a magical fix.

No options offered to help with chronic pain. Some of staff was unhelpful as phone calls was not returned at all or after business hours. I would not recommend this facility to any family or friends for treatment of chronic debilitating pain treatment.
