I thought Dr. Spero was was friendly. When he first walked in he shook my hand which many doctors these days do not bother to do. He was very professional and knowledgeable. I was informed that I needed spinal cord surgery. At first I was very nervous however after reading about Dr. Speros credentials and experience and patients reviews I felt better.

Great and very knowledgeable. Great down to earth person who is a pleasure to discuss the problem you’re in for. Treated me like family, awesome person and Doctor. Looking forward to feeling some of my pain go away. I trust Dr. Spero.

I love everyone at LHOA. The assistants, the PT dept, and especially Dr. Spero. Dr. Spero is very attentive to me and gives me honest answers which I really appreciate. He is a brilliant surgeon and I trust him implicitly.

Unfortunately, after a spinal fusion I was told had taken.... fell apart in my neck and tore my spinal cord. After everything I had to go through because of negligence I would not recommend his services. Two other family members had back surgery with him and both are still in the same condition from before they started. I am not sure why his success rate is so low but, lesson learned. I do not recommend him. Dr Ashish Upadhyay Is the best surgeon ever!!!! He fixed my tear and removed the hardware the fell apart. Go see him!!!!
