Very rude! Tina took over the office. I foresee major issues if she is left up there. She is the owner. I’m sure she isn’t leaving. She will destroy her business with her poor attitude and lack of personality. It’s very sad. Moran, and the others are great. Tina should not be dealing with public as she has zero skills. I saw her talk down to folks. She isn’t professional at all. I understand folks embezzled and she lost her husband. It isn’t the clients fault. She doesn’t need to treat them as if they owe her. She needs to take some classes on dealing with public. She needs to realize this is not her world with us in it. Maybe it’s her insecurities. She is not the face that needs to be up front. She is rude and condescending.

The doctor and nurse are nice but the people that are at the check in desk are such trouble and aggravation. Its like ur watching a couple of high schoolers in there and they act like they are above you just because they work there for some reason, like thats some amazing job but whatever. YOU ARE A RECEPTIONIST!!! My recommendation is find someone else. They are really just annoying snooty little brats honestly lol
