I have been going here for several years now. I went to multiple different facilities before finding east tn counseling. Out of all the places I’ve tried, this has definitely been the best, and I’ve actually done well in recovery this time with 0 relapse since I’ve been going here. Dr. D is absolutely amazing, one of the only drs I’ve met that actually cares and listens to what you have to say. He will always help you any way he can- he’s definitely the best! The front desk staff are super nice too- love them ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️10/10 recommend if you’re looking for a treatment center ❤️

This is a great treament facility if u are ready to get clean. They treat everybody with respect and staff r great they will help u anyway they can. Dr diaz is so caring about each person may take longer but you actually talk to the doctor because he truly cares .Thanks staff for my getting my life back

My experience with East Tennessee Counseling was exceptional! The staff, Loretta, Dr Diaz made me feel at ease with talking about the traumatic aftermath from hurricane Laura. I had to evacuate from Lake Charles LA and Im currently staying in Blountville. I cant thank them enough for helping me during this difficult time. I would recommend this place to anyone seeking help or treatment.

Dr. Diaz is one of the most smart & the sympathetic, truly kind hearted Dr.s I ever seen. If youre sick and just dont want to even go to doc., then just throw on jogging pants &,tee shirt and go. Bc Mrs. Loretta will check you in and sweetest, easiest to talk to person and then Dr. Diaz. Hes so kind and will take care of you!! Take Care

Their ok. Counselors are good but the wait time can get to be ridiculous on some days.

I love the doctor and the staff! They are always kind no matter what mistakes anyone makes, They get you in and out as fast as they can & they don’t act like their better then everyone else like all the other doctors offices do. The place is amazing. The staff and doctors are wonderful. The wait time is sometimes frustrating but well worth it. Ive never seen an employee have their phone out during urine screenings or group. I love the facility it has saved my life. Clean and sober for over 5 years with the help of my Dr. & Counselers. Highly recommend this treatment facility.

My people rock they take care of u dont treat u no different and the doctors help the best they can the weigh is a have to and it really does help people at times

I dont go personally but my husband does. Everyone is very nice and helpful on most days, Saturdays receptionist is very rude and she isnt helpful at all!! Other than that and the weird hours I have no complaints!!

The doctors are rude asf they talk to my dad like he was gum on the side walk told him his drug test was saying he had other stuff in his system and he has heart problems and cant do the drugs they say he is or he could die.. Next they told him he stinks when he has clean clothes took a shower and our home is as clean you could eat off the floor.. I will do my best to make sure this doctor will regret what he made my father feel. I never seen him hurt and embarras.. Every week this doctor gives him problems so Im talk to some higher people and find out whats wrong with this doctor

I completely understand urinalysis being witnessed but employees are doing so while using and pointing their phones at you. Complete invasion of your privacy and I feel, illegal! Thankfully the doctor is very respectful, knowledgeable, and considerate (a 30 second visit with a professional isn’t enough to raise my stars). The staff is the worst I have ever encountered, extremely unprofessional. Office staff is more focused on chatting and texting than checking in patients. The “counselor” you must visit plus the entire process is a joke. You will sit 2+ hours in group, lead by a washed up-white nuckling addict, he allows hours of discussion on how to buy drugs, get/make drugs, and mainly how he used drugs. Otherwise it’s the most idiotic discussion group I’ve ever heard. I really wanted to like this facility but the violation of basic privacy, 2+ hour wait time, immature staff, and lack of professionalism makes me post 1 star. I’m in recovery and this facility acts worse than anybody when I was using.

Great employees and decently priced. But the hours are weird and can be hard to work with
