I absolutely love this place, I feel like I am heard and the selection of frames is incredible.I always leave getting exactly what I want when it comes to my eyeglasses.

Dr. Mansour listened to my needs and gave me the best advice and feedback possible.

The eye doctor was very Thorough in my exam and explained everything

My doctor was patient with me as I was trying to adjust to new issues. He explained everything well and was very knowledgeable.

Though most appointments are not very long I have always walked out pretty happy with the care I received.

The customer service in this place is horrible. I will never come back to this place again. The doctor and employees are rude. They never called me to let me know my glasses were ready for pick up. I had o call them and wait for 20 minutes in the phone just to hear my glasses were ready for pick up. Finally, I went to pick them up and when I said to the employee ( I think she was Jennifer or Jenni) thank you he never responded to me. Definitely, I do not recomend this place.

The entire staff here is fantastic. The front office ladies were friendly and very helpful. The Doctor was through, patient and explained everything. She wanted to make sure she answered all my questions and was very kind. I will go back every time I need eye care.

The doctor needed to move my appointment, but still made time to see me. She kept me informed about everything she was doing and took time to answer all my questions. I was very pleased.

Very thorough. Dr. Davidoff is very good and is patient and answered many of the questions that I had. I did not feel rushed. Very good experience compared to other experiences I have had with other eye doctors in the past. Will definitely go back.

The optometrist is great, however the staff is misleading when you ask “do you take... insurance” make sure to clarify if in network. I asked if they took a specific insurance and of course they did but when it was time to pay the bill they were out of network, so I feel like that should have been his statement when the conversation first took place. Had to pay two separate times on debit card the first for the Dr. and second for contacts and still had to go into store to get contact solution. A $10.00 co-pay turned into $85.00 and another $74.00 for contacts when my insurance covers $175.00. Bottom line shame on me for not being more specific with my question and waiting until last minute to use whatever benefit I was able to. Will not be going back.

Dr was beyond helpful, explained in extreme detail what was wrong, why it was this way and what to expect going forward. I was put at ease with my concerns and look forward to my next exam.
